I've been a Shoedazzle member for several years, lost access to my old account but i readily opened a new one.
It's great that i can always find beautiful, quality but also affordable shoes any time.

BIG TIME RIP OFF! I ordered two pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle - I really can't tell you about the quality because I never received my order. I did receive an order for someone else. I attempted to return the order but they have to send a return mail label separately. (Why is it not automatically in the box - like most companies do). It took two days to find out they could not send a label (?). Additionally, because of the aggravation, they were suppose to give me an extra 10% discount. I didn't receive that either. Once you get a rep it takes along time to get anything done - also it is hard to understand because many of the reps do not speak English clearly. Finally, I asked for my order to be cancelled and the return of the $39.95 (fee/credit?) whatever. To this point I have not received anything (except someone else's order and a lot of aggravation. But Shoedazzle has made sure to debit my account - even though they have not given me anything. To alleviate this hassle go to Payless, Rack Room, Shoe Circus anywhere - it's cheaper, better service and there are no confusing membership fees or double talk. They don't have negative star ratings but if they did it would be negative -5.

I've ordered from shoe dazzle many times now! This time I ordered a weekender bag, it's actually beautiful and I can't wait to use it on an upcoming trip

Quality, sales, overpriced products, wrong sizes, the sales are faked, and you always paid more for something that is not even worth it. Unfortunately, the company changed a lot.

Sometimes ordering clothing can be questionable. The sizes are pretty true and if not, there are free returns. That's the best part. I was very happy with my order.

Purchases have been a nice experience, shipping time great...if you really want to know how the shoes fit, make sure you visit the reviews for each item before purchasing

In general, I have had nothing but satisfaction with ShoeDazzle. However, when asking about the last purchase, they were beautiful boots, but missing numerous stones. I was very disappointed.

I love my shoes. They don't slip on the floor and they're not cheap. Does not feel like they're going to fall apart or rip. Great purchase over all. I will order from them again.

They were never clear about the whole monthly thing. You would think that after you sign up they'd send you an email in regards to the monthly fee only, but that's how they get you. My boyfriend and I gave them hell for charging us when I had no idea. I ordered once from the site in January and never signed on again because I'm not much of a shoe fanatic, but they continued to charge me for the month of February and March. When I called and asked why if I never received any kind of notice or bought anything, the rep said that it was stated in my order confirmation on the bottom. I got so pissed off and told her that this website is a complete scam by practically hiding it from people. And if it's something EVERYONE knew about why did they decide to take the monthly membership fee off? Because people complained the same way I did. It was completely unfair. Nevertheless I got refunded for the month of March and not February, but was given 2 credits. I don't care for it though, the site can go to hell.

I ordered a pair of furry boots. Received them yesterday and am in love! They are comfortable and pretty! I was wondering if shoe dazzle can provide any info to keeping them clean, white fur!

I've been a Shoe Dazzle member for many years now. I have purchased some great boots and shoes and clothing from your site. Lately, I've noticed that the selection is lacking luster. It's the same styles in a variation of colors. The clothing line does not have great choices. At this point, if that is all you will carry for the plus size selection, then you may as well delete it. Your competition for plus-size clothing is definitely Shein. I have decided to cancel my membership multiple times, but I will lose my credits. I also don't understand why I am still coming out of pocket when I have credits for new shoes. I'm not finding enough selections to make purchases to use my shoe credits. If you changed buyers, they have failed you. Please get someone who is a plus size to make selections for plus-size women. We enjoy being sexy, but some of us would prefer a happy median. Right now its either look frumpy or like you are searching for a pole. Go back and look at some of the earlier days of business and compare it to what you are offering now.

I've been ordering shoes only from shoe dazzle for over a decade now and I haven't had not one problem with shopping, my order or delivery. My recent order of shoes experienced again was perfect.

Picking out a pair was super easy as there's so much to choose from. They came in just over a week which I thought to be very fast. Will definitely buy from this site again!

Shoe Dazzle never fails to give variety and options and great prices. They also have lovely customer service reps that are very helpful if you ever have an issue or need assistance. 5 star service.

My boots were great ONCE I got them! My email keep telling me that they were delivered but I checked EVERYWHERE around my house and they were NOT there! I sent an email to Shoe Dazzle to tell them I didn't receive them. They kept telling me that they were delivered. Four days later my neighbor down the street brought me my package! I emailed Shoe Dazzle back and told them what had happened. Very frustrating! My afdress is 1009, UPS brought it to 1090.

This company is the worst of the worst. They didn't cancel my membership and kept charging me. Then when I called they said they would mail me a check. When I called to find out when the check was coming they said it wasn't because I declined a gift card. They are thieves and moral parasites. THEY SUCK. STAY FAR AWAY!

Shoes came and did not look like the product pictured. This happened with the last 2 pairs of platform sneakers I purchase. They were misshapen and very stiff.

Bought one pair of shoes from there. Mediocre quality at best. They make a big deal that you are getting them for a great price when in reality you are not because they wack you with $39.95 a few months later. So I'm paying full price for a pair of shoes I would never spend that much on. I call customer service and am told it's only a one time fee. Never planned to order from them again. I check my account last week and what do I see another VIP membership charge of 39.95. I am not a rude person but I was so irate I lost it. I told them what kind of scam are these people pulling for shoes that look good online but then when you receive them they look like a kmart special. I use Ipsy and different online membership programs and never have I had a issue. What they say they will charge you they do. I can't believe anyone would order this crap, me included. So I have paid 100 dollars for one pair of strappy plain heels my daughter liked when I could of went to Macy's and got a real name brand. Disgusted. Such a scam.

I have purchased 4 boots so far from Shoedazzle.

Oh boy they are all perfect and fit like gloves.

And such boots at this affordable price is unbelievable

I've had repeated great experiences with this website! It's easy to navigate, they have cute shoes, and they handle returns/exchanges very quickly and easily as well. Highly recommend!

I've been shopping w/ Shoe Dazzle for years now and I absolutely love everything that I have ever purchased from them. Their clothes/shoes are well made with quality materials. And I have not had a single complaint during my experience with them. They have so many different choices and styles and they have a wide variety of sizes to accommodate most women. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE their products, from purses and jewelry to shoes and clothes!
I ALWAYS recommend Shoe Dazzle to friends and family and when people ask about my shoes or clothes I always recommend they try out Shoe Dazzle, because the prices when you're a vip member are incredibly affordable!

I have been looking for some comfortable and yet sexy kitten heel boots, I finally found them through Shoedazzle. You all never disappoint. So excited to wear them!

Not sure what has occurred but both tracking numbers are showing "Exception" but no further details. I really do want my items so I can properly rate them.
