I ordered these shoes about a month ago, loved them, what not. A month later, I get this mail from my credit card company telling me that shoe dazzle monthly subscription charged me almost 100 dollars! I am very angry about it, I want a refund! I'm going to call them tomorrow morning wanting a refund and to cancel this subscription crap. I DIDN'T SIGN UP FOR THIS.

R got a refund or credit. In addition they keep charging me there VIP membership even though I have told at least 6 representatives that I want to cancel the membership! There theifs and liars that con you into thinking your getting a great deal but they never ever stop charging me the $40 a month VIP charges! There cleary wanting a class action law suite! SCAMMER ALERT!

I would never order from here again although they have pretty nice things. When I first ordered they sent a wrong size and took about 4 days to send a returning label. Then when I sent back the shoe I had to call to pick a different one which they said I was getting for free and they still charged me 45 dollars for the shoe PLUS SHIPPING. Terrible experience

The shoes I ordered from here were great and all but thats besides the point. I'm a broke college student and I wanted to get rid of the membership so I didn't have to remember to skip the month each time. I also wanted to take away the temptation.
On the 5th of the month I tried to cancel my membership before I was charged but no one responded in the live chat. On the 6th I was charged so I tried to live chat again and they refused to give me a refund, say that the 39.95 membership charge doesn't have "cash value". I ended the chat and tried to call. I got stuck in a cycle with a recording telling me to use the credit for some "retail therapy". Because of this charge I had literally 17 cents left in my bank account. I persisted until she said I could have a 1 time only refund and she would cancel my membership.
I wish that this experience hadn't been so difficult. I likely won't shop there again (when I hav emore money) because of how difficult their customer service system is.

The "perks" are nice and the quality of the shoe I received was decent. I was fully aware that I would be charged $40 a month and read through all of their support and customer care info on the website. I have been going on spending sprees lately so I decided to cancel my membership and called customer service. I went around in circles with her for about 10 minutes trying to tell her I understood and had read all the perks and benefits to their VIP services, but she kept telling me how sad it was that I wanted to cancel and repeating herself about all the benefits. She did not stop talking until I finally got rude with her and said I just wanted to pay as I went and she STILL was trying to get me to not cancel the VIP and telling me about all the benefits. Hopefully I will not have any issues like these other people had or someone from corporate WILL hear about it!
Tip for consumers:
Be firm when you are talking to customer service and read all the customer service info provided on the support page of the website before calling. Expect what you pay for. If you are getting shoes for $10-$40, you probably wont be able to go dancing every night or climb mountains in them... Just like every other generic storebrand shoe.

I ordered 4 pairs of boots and none of them fit! I have never had such a poor experience with my boot calves. The material is a soft vinyl? If it was a hearder "leathery" boot all around it would look waay better. I know they offer wide calf but I previously bought those and I was swimming in them and it looked terrible becauseit was the vinyl-ish fabric they used on the back it was loose and wavy. So my options are too big or too small I guess. Suuper disappointing

Now the clothing, so far I have only purchased a sweatsuit. It fits well and I love the color. I purchased four pairs of shoes. One of them being booties. I can only fault myself for changing the color from the pictured one. I got booties in white and they looked cheap. The shoestrings were dirtyin the box. Some of the glue on the shoe sole was lifting. I was disappointed but didn't want to deal with sending them back. Hopefully I won't be disappointed again going forward.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and paid for 2 to 5 day shipping, on 5/20, I never received an email confirming my order or the tracking information. I finally logs In My account and tracking states I will receive my shoes on 5/29. I paid an additional $6.99 just to receive my shoes early, do I can have them for my trip... unfortunately they will not be here in time... I will be canceling my membership and I would not recommend Shoedazzle. Very unprofessional and their website is misleading. I will be reporting to the BBB.

Shoe dazzle is full of $#*!. I canceled my subscription in January because i was moving and didn't have the extra cash for the subscription. They still charged my card in February and March. O called in February to get a refund but was never received. Next thing I knew they were charging my card again in March after been canceling in January. I called to get a refund and said it will be processed in the next 5-7 business days. I called the 5th business day and they said the refund is still being processed, check back tomorrow. Here it is tomorrow and there telling me that they cannot issue me a refund that I will have to get it in check and it will take 4-6 weeks. Exactly one week before my birthday. I hate them I will never shop with them again. This ruined everything and put me in a bad mood.

Worse website for shoes eveeerrrr. These people are money hungry. They trick you into a membership you don't even know you sign up for and they charge you about $40.00 a month as a member whether you buy anything or not. And when you realize they're charging you for this scam membership they don't give you your money back!. You can get a new credit card and they still find a way to access your money smh. DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT buy shoes for this website. I lost about 300 dollars from it. Smh Pass it on people. (This shipping and receiving isn't that great either btw.) ZERO stars is what it needs. Hmph

I never ordered any shoes on November 12th. I had ordered a pair of shoes in October. I was going through my transactions on my debit card & shoedazzle had charged my card $39.99 on November 12th. I disputed it at the bank. I got on my shoedazzle account to see if someone had gotten in my account & ordered something. Well, it said on my account that I have been given a credit worth $39.99 so I could order a pair of shoes worth $39.99 for free. No, they didn't give me a free credit, they charged my card, then acted like they were gonna give me free shoes! This is very shady & scandelous. I don't know why I haven't closed my account but I will never order anything from shoedazzle ever again!

It's a scam! The first pair of boots I bought looked good online and after 2 weeks of waiting I got them and they look so cheap! Poor quality! Then you get forced into the VIP account which just automatically took $40 out of my account, AFTER I opted out of it! But the best was I added a pair of boots I liked to my shopping cart just browsing and they automatically charged my card for these $80 boots I never wanted! I didn't click buy or continue just add to my cart and all of a sudden their sending me and order processing email, then trying to return them was the worst experience I've ever gone through, since everything's digital and you have to call them to get a packing slip and form! Plus when you try calling them, they go by pacific standard time, so I called when they were open over there about 5 times and they still said offices were closed, even though it was the correct time over there, this is happend numerous times! WORST COMPANY EVER

Firstly my boots and shoes took about 7 weeks to get to me. Secondly the customer service reps were oblivious and useless every time I called, LASTLY after all the waiting and customer service issues over this order I was soooo excited for the thigh high boots that I ordered in the regular cut can probably fit at least 2 more full legs in them, clearly shoedazzle does not tent to petite women, and by the time I had received my order it was passed the exchange policy point. Fml & ShoeDazzle

I wish I had pictures I will upload when I get home. The army style pants I got in Large looks and fit like a xxL falls right off. The white sandal shoes came scuffed and stained yellow. They a very uncomfortable not qorth the money.

But seen a message stating that i skipped a month so i did nothing further. Check in my account today and saw that i was actually charged for the month! Contact them and the representative was very rude and didnt even read my concerns before connecting back with me. I WOULDNT recommend this site. Theyre total spammers!

I have been a Shoe Dazzle VIP member for about half a year now. I am very satisfied with the shoes I have received. HOWEVER, if you ever try to make a return, they will NICKLE AND DIME YOU! I sent a return in because I wasn't happy with clothing items I had purchased. The material was cheap and not worth the money. They took away my coupon I had originally used to buy it and they applied the return as a store credit. I went to use the store credit and it's unable to be used on any promotions! This makes no $#*!ing sense. It's MY money, not another coupon. I returned something and got a store credit that I can't even $#*!ing use when I want!? How does that make any sense. -_-

This website is great for people that can read policies and such.
I have never had a problem with the quality of shoes or purses I have ordered. Yes some of the styles are a little slutty but you don't have to buy them! You have the option to "skip" by the 5th of the month if you don't then you get charged. The charge is then used a credit on your account. But then again if you read the policies before giving them your cc info you would have read this!
Never had a problem reaching anyone in the CS Dept. In fact I have had them call me to see if there was anything else they could do for me!
Once again READ before you put your cc info out there! As for mmc and uo these sites charge waaay more for some of their product and charge a hell of a lot more than the $9.00 shipping fee to Canada!
I have also never heard of them make you wait 5 years to cancel your membership! Embellish much?

I literally was on the checkout page for a half hour trying to purchase a stupid pair of boots that have been out of stock in my size and color choice, and it kept saying EVERYTHING was invalid! First my phone number, then my CCV#, then my billing address, etc. I finally realized that if I kept refreshing the page it would accept information I input. I got excited thinking it was finally going to work UNTIL it said my billing address didn't match the address connected to my card, and I couldn't get it to work. Done. I'm seriously frustrated and very disappointed with this website. I didn't even get the chance to be a return customer! Zero stars!

Ok, so I've been a VIP member for a couple months now. I am fully aware of the 39.95 charge and that I can skip the months I want to. HOWEVER!, when they bill your account it's first a "phantom" charge just to make sure the funds are there. It goes into your posted column so it looks like it already posted in your account giving you a false available balance. Then the charge drops off and charges you for real a day or 2 later. I overdrafted my bank account. I spoke with my bank and they explained how the billing works with SD. I called SD and they spoke with 2 diff reps and they were not helpful at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
