I received a pair of boots from here for Christmas and there to big I can't even walk in them I emailed shoe dazzle to see if I can exchange them for the right size they never replied back what should I do

Ordered shoes on 10/29 for an upcoming party(11/19). Shoes never made it due to the box having too many shipping label. Chatted with customer support (11/18) and first she said I had to wait because it has been shipped and I still will be receiving the shoes. That shoe dazzle has implemented a new shipping policy of 10/14 days. Wow since we are now paying import fees. She then offered to reship the same shoes. I then asked for a refund and then was told I had to receive a store credit because the shoes are no longer available. I asked why the first recourse was to reship the shoes if they are unavailable, she did not respond to my question and just proceeded to what I'm assuming in the next line in the script. At this point I just decided to accept the store credit to further not aggravate myself. I then just recently tried to use the credit and the system would not let me purchase items at its sale price. It was charging full price for the items that was highly advertised as being on sale.

I got these shoes for my mom she loved them they look so good and they were very sturdy and cute not that cheap quality loved them so much I had to get me a pair I would definitely go half size up.

The people are nasty and rude on the phone and don't have a clue about anything and can't even find out from there warehouse if the item got sold to someone else if there is only one left. They gave me attitude and they say "ummm, like, ummm i'm not sure " they are just the worst. I ordered on a friday and it's now tuesday night and my item still hasn't shipped and they have no idea if I will even receive it! NEVER BUYING FROM THEM AGAIN

Just wanted to buy a cute pair of shoes someone posted on Instagram. HUGE MISTAKE! When you check out you apparently click on terms and conditions that allows them to charge your credit card $39.95 per month. I went onto the website to find out what was going on, logged into my account, which read my account balance was $0, AFTER they took $159 out of my account.
Tried online chat and they just rudely kept repeating I need to call the customer service number. Then WHY does online customer service exist? Just to direct me to a phone number? Called the number, got through verifying myself, only to be disconnected.
Called again, re-verified myself and was told there were no supervisors available (how convenient). I told them I would wait until one was free, after 10 minutes they came back on and said there wasn't a possibility I could speak to one right now. He said he could only refund the last charge. I explained that their subversive ways of doing business and my account no showing any of my money posted to my account was so underhanded and slimy that I wanted all of my money back and they would get a scathing review on every website I could find. When I mentioned a bad review, they suddenly could refund two months.
These people are thieves and not to be trusted. I hate that I fell for this and didn't catch it sooner. Unfortunately I have to spend the remaining $79.00 they stole from me. It makes me sick to think of them getting ANY of my money.

As a member for a couple years I have gotten some stylish shoes from there but they do only have a short lifespan as the stitching and materials aren't as good. But BEWARE of their membership credit charges. The amount of times I have been charged a higher amount in the original charge then what I got returned back after going through a long customer service process is really scam like. For instance, I would see a charge of $70 CAD come out of my account for forgetting to skip in the first 5 days of the month (you have to do this every month) then go through customer service to get my credit back to my account and they would only give back $66 CAD. Trying to talk to customer service about this is a nightmare as I am sure they don't actually speak English and everything is translated making the conversation not make sense at times or having to repeat yourself.
Then trying to cancel your account your asked a bunch of questions and they try to sell you on other credits or money to your account making the process longer.
When I told them about the money differences and that's why I am leaving she didn't even want to dive into it. Just a sketchy operation

Shoes always look just as shown, great quality and usually really soft! Shipping is generally pretty predictable as well and I never feel concerend I won't get my order in perfect shape.

First of all let me say all these bad reviews are the ones NOT PAYING ATTENTION! I ordered a pair of boots from them a couple of weeks ago. I have received them and LOVE them. I ordered them off my phone and I could even see where you had a CHOICE to sign up for VIP and if you do agree in doing so you will be charged $40 a month. You can skip any month as long as you do it by the 5th and you can cancel it at anytime. I recommend this site to anyone.

I believe this shopping site does manipulate their customers into a monthly membership. I was introduced to this site by accident due to my bf letting his relative purchase shoes with my credit card. That inside drama taken care of privatly aside, Shoe Dazzle does charge the credit card on the account monthly, even if no purchase that month was decided. I'm sure this disclosure was brought up in a way that would confuse the consumer. I have no idea since the only way I knew about this company was through a investigation of faulty credit card transactions on my account. I believe Shoe Dazzle does conduct tactics to a younger market to manipulate them Into a monthly membership they are unaware of. This company charges their customers a fee every month even if they didn't make a monthly purchase. I understand how memberships work and monthly fees that could be included. However, I believe Their tactics for payment could be misleading due to their multiple complaints and confusion towards their monthly fees.(even without a monthly purchase). I understand the term " read between the lines", however, if misunderstanding happens frequently by the consumer it is considered "hidden fees" or "fraud"...

Not a good experience you were out of every boot I chose had a credit instead of you using that you used my bank account had to call go threw changes then I couldn't use my credits unless I used enough so I just ordered to get over it

I placed an order and it charged my account. However, my shopping cart was still full and my items did not ship. I called customer service and the man on the phone kept getting snappy with my and gocong attidude when teying to explain that my order disnt go through due to using a prepaid card. Which I did not understand because I have use prepaid cards with them for over 2 years now. I finally asked to just speak to the supervisor, because his attitude just kept saying the same thing to me. He slammed the phone down and nwver connected me with a supervisor. I was places kn hild for over 30 mins before I hung up! My problem is still unsolved!
