Shoedazzle

I put in MY size, shoe type, color, heel height, and found the shoe, the EXACT shoe I've been looking for, to be told 'not available in this size.' What's the point of having a 'filter' feature if it doesn't work? I was looking for this shoe for WEEKS, and thought I got lucky when it came up in the filter results. Removed from my favorites and unsubscribed, I can't deal with a company who can't even run their website.

I always love the shoes I get from shoedazzle! There have been maybe 2 pairs that didn't live up to my expectations in the past 2 years that I've been a shoedazzle subscriber. And let me tell you all, I'VE BOUGHT A LOT OF SHOES! That being said, if I got 2 so-so pairs out of probably 30 or more pairs, I'm a happy gal! Love the boxes and packaging, really cute and classy. Makes me feel like WOW. There's just something about shoes that really put an outfit together, and shoedazzle, you deliver! Speaking of delivery, sometimes the shipments take longer than expected, especially when you buy a bunch at once and literally one pair is shipped separately and that one pair takes forever to get here. But in general- most orders- arrive in a timely manner! Also love the option to skip a month, it makes it easy to manage finances if im in a squeeze at the start of a month or have a project going on. Do NOT fall for the VIP membership if you are only planning on buying one or two pairs of shoes, because $50 was withdrawn and I NEVER got it back! I called and texted the customer service number, and they never answered.

The shoes were exactly the sizes, and they are comfortable to wear
It was delivered within the time frame stipulated on the website

Site is very user friendly but am not Able to get my size for items I wish to purchase at times.

Need to add more colors in jeans pants. I love the jeans and they fit well and last a long time

I was thinkin about tryin shoe dazzle out by orderin my first pair of shoes, but after the terrible reviews i think i will pass, thanks but no thanks, wht ever the problem r you may need to fixs it... bad business

I've been waiting for over a month and still have not received my package and instead of applying customer satisfaction, they kept saying I had to contact the post office when it's THEIR RESPONSIBILITY TO BRING IT TO MY DOOR! WORST SERVICE IVE HAD IN YEARS.

This was my 1st experience ordering shoes online and I must say… I LOVE THEM! They are PERFECT! Size fits perfect, the color is great as in the picture (brown) and the price was affordable! Thank you and I'll be ordering more as well. I'll post picture when I step out in them!

I had some VIP credits in my account, so i used one for a pair of white cowboy boots, which i absolutely love, it was very easy to place my order

Rip offs messed up my bank account said they give my refunds today still waiting caught customer service in lies 9n phone with me I recorded her so 10 dollar boots I ended paying 60 something credits of the 39.95 a lie tried to use they charged my account again now as of today I'm overdrawn again said they send me confirming emails of my refunds I would get back today nothing my boots I wore twice both zippers broke already and believe me my legs are so skinny they didn't do it false advertisements and they lie lie I'll come back let you know if I've ever did receive my refunds this place is b's my name April Adcox

I have been with shoe dazzle for 3 years now and everytime i need assistance with any of my orders or questions they absolutely go the extra mile to help me and are super flexible and understanding.

Im a size 9 wide in all boots ..heels..and sandals this site has tons to choose from and i was iffy on if they would fit..im in love with them and get complimented on them quite often.

I would like a refund I ordered maybe six months ago or four either way I didn't receive anything and there is no customer service number to be able to resolve this matter. Don't trust this website.

Even though I had to do an exchange in my second order of shoes…the customer rep was very nice and helpful and it didn't take long for them to send out the right size for me

It's always easy to shop on Shoe Dazzle. There are so much selections I like, it's hard deciding what I should get. But whatever I end up choosing gets delivered pretty quickly.

I placed an order around mid October. I had to exchange 3 of the 4 items for a larger size. It is November 6th and I still haven't received my new items.

Took no time getting to my door. Comfortable high heel Holiday red shoes. Can't wait to wear them tomorrow at Thanksgiving dinner. Plus I will wear them again on Christmas for sure.

My orders with shoedazzle are generally easy i think I've only had one issue in the 7 years I've been a member. There great with customer service and selections are always amazing.

Loves you dazzle prices are great as a VIP member I get so many shoes for size great prices and they all fit so well. Plus receiving my package is very quick

Shoes are over priced for a product that does not match in quality. It is very unprofessional to try to keep customers within a business when you have requested to cancel services

Everything fits perfectly, good quality and is delivered in a timely manner. I recommend it to all my friends. I could not be happier. In me they have a customer for life!

I have never had an issue with any products. I have purchased many pairs of shoes, jewelry and clothing and everything is excellent quality! 10/10
