F your consider ordering from shoedazzle and you live within the hawaii area be careful as good as there things sound when you go to check out it gives you shipping options what it lacks to inform you that it only applies to 48 states and when you receive an email with tracking number stating your package will be delivered on 11/5... ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE IT IN HAWAII HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT... so unless you dont mind 1 month wait then your all good other then that I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

They don't make it clear that becoming a vip member involves charging you card about $40 every month automatically if you don't make a purchase. I called costumer service and had to talk to a recording for half of it after finally being switched to a person to help. Although, she was very nice about it all and said by bank polices i should have my money back in the next week. MAKE SURE TO READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT!

MGA BOBO! It took 10 days to ship my $#*!ing boots and got the WRONG SIZE AND WRONG COLOR, WILD CALF NOT REGULAR. RETURNED IT I called 2 weeks later BOBO customer representative said they just refunded. $#*!ing a whole month to process this $#*!. Pwe

I also am waiting for a REFUND for my mom getting the run around almost 4 weeks they put the money in her account and then took it back out and WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK so much for the holiday spirit about to BLAST them on line and oh yes they credited the money to my account which I closed must be the wealthy need the money more than us who want to treat ourselves every so often. My comment IS NOT SPAM THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING RIGHT NOW who are you to say it is spam I am a REAL Consumer I have been told SINCE 12/11/17 the money would be put back now I am told 3 more days which makes it the day AFTER Christmas makes for a great Christmas for my family

I FINALLY DECIDED TO ORDER A PAIR OF GLADIATOR SANDALS DUE TO THE FACT I COULD NOT FIND ANY IN MY SIZE ELSE WHERE WITH IT BEING MY FIRST PAIR I GOT A DISCOUNT BUT THEY OVER CHARGED MY CARD AND I CALLED TO CANCEL AND NO ONE KNOWS WHERE MY MONEY IS **PLEASE DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY******* and make sure you check ur account as well.! Ordered shoes on 10/29 for an upcoming party(11/19). Shoes never made it due to the box having too many shipping label. Chatted with customer support (11/18) and first she said I had to wait because it has been shipped and I still will be receiving the shoes. That shoe dazzle has implemented a new shipping policy of 10/14 days. Wow since we are now paying import fees. She then offered to reship the same shoes. I then asked for a refund and then was told I had to receive a store credit because the shoes are no longer available. I asked why the first recourse was to reship the shoes if they are unavailable, she did not respond to my question and just proceeded to what I'm assuming in the next line in the script. At this point I just decided to accept the store credit to further not aggravate myself. I then just recently tried to use the credit and the system would not let me purchase items at its sale price. It was charging full price for the items that was highly advertised as being on sale.
