Ordered a pair of sandals size 12. Was super excited because it's difficult to get shoes I actually like. When they finally arrive the literally SHOULDVE been marked size 10! So disappointed

Ordered a 9, shoe came in at least two full sizes smaller than that labeled as a 9. Shoes also have no padding in them at all. The other two I fit needed insoles just to walk three steps, so painful.

Such a scam. First off... they never seem to have my addresses on file. Work or home. I contacted customer service and the lady kept trying to sell me the VIP membership when I made it clear I did not want to be charged monthly I just wanted to purchase these boots only. She proceeded to tell me the boots were only 10.00 when i could see online that meant I would be charged 40.00 monthly for VIP whatever. Finally she admitted I would have to pay monthly for these VIP charges. Complete waste of time. I ended up canceling my account. This much hassle to order something online is not worth it. SO MANY BETTER ONLINE SHOE STORES OUT THERE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH SHOE DAZZLE.

So I had bought two pairs of shoes you can shoot as well and my order was supposed to come in a week ago and it hasn't and there's been no follow up no concern whatsoever if I had even received my order or had gotten it at all I don't think I will be ordering from shoedazzle because of this I don't know why no one is concerned I've been working so I couldn't make it my priority but very unsatisfied

I enjoyed my experience using Shoedazzle, it was a good resource to force me to spent money since I am trying to be more feminine. So the ease of access and browsing options kept me coming back especially since I had credits to spend anyway. I liked thinking about the look I wanted to go for and I appreciated some of their showcase suggestions. They have decent quality products but in the end the rate of return specific to price: quality was not enough to keep my VIP membership. The regular prices on a lot of the items are ridiculously high but I guess that's to make you feel like you got a deal when you pay $39.99 for a single item. I wonder if most of their business comes from the e-mail marketing they do for all the $5 to $20 deals they offer regularly. My main issue is that because of the VIP membership any deals they offer are voided. So it's basically set up where you can't use the $39.99 monthly credit for any of the sales. You pay the sale price with your own money or you pay the standard VIP price (usually conveniently priced around $39.99) in order to use the credit you already paid for to get the VIP membership. In the end, I just had to keep skipping months, use up the credits I had accumulated as quickly as possible and relinquish any store credit from returns in order to cut and run. I don't know if this model has since been changed but there were a few months I considered canceling the membership and just waiting for the sales.

It's too hard to get to the site to buy a pair of shoes. WHO EVER CAME UP WITH THESE SHOWROOMS AND STYLIST-----THAT'S FOR UPSCALE SHOPPING AND PERSONAL SHOPPING---TIME IS MONEY... All I wanted to do was buy a pair of shoes and I had to register remember yet another password... What's the secret to buying a pair of $39 shoes. I just want to share my disappointment with your customer service team! I sent email and did online chat with a simple request to change the shoe size on 2 orders I placed 2 days ago. First, one of your rep replied me back and asked me to call or chat with the customer service about the issue. And I did! Avery was the person that I did a chat online. She told me changing address is only thing the the customer service can do. Customer service can't modify the order after the order is placed. If the customer service can't do anything, why your company even have something called the "CUSTOMER SERVICE"! I was very excited 2 days ago about becoming a VIP member, now with your customer service experience... I had to call and cancel my membership! Plus, I asked to speak to the supervisor in order to share my concern, but your rep said she is not available and ask me to call back. Great!. I was excited to try on my boots that I received today. One fit great and the other was two sizes too small. I ordered an 8 and one of the shoes were a 6. How does this happen?

Yes! I got a refund from Shoedazzle! It wasn't for the full $119.85 though, it was for $79.90 & I HAD to take the other $39.95 in a store credit, which I promptly used before I got screwed out of that. It took about 8 or 9 calls to them getting more & more hostile with them, but I got it! These people are trained! No matter how hateful & nasty I got with them they did remain calm & polite. They must get bonuses for dealing with irate people because if someone talked to me the way I talked to them I would've just hung up. So here's how to do it- get a prepaid card, use a made up email, that way you can always get the 75% off for new customers. You don't need to put your real name & address until the end & by then you've got your 75% off so take it! Don't ever pay full price for that stuff, its not worth it! I've gotten boots they claim were actually $54.95 but VIPs get them for $39.95, shoot, I got them for under $8.00! Just use different emails specifically for this purpose & you'll make out! I do! I don't EVER pay more than $10 for ANYTHING of theirs! Its not hard to get over on them. I'll continue to do this since they did me wrong!
