I have never been more dissatisfied with a company. SHOEDAZZLE customer service was useless when I requested a refund. I spoke to a customer service rep and the supervisor and neither one could successfully help me. They just kept telling me there was nothing they could do for my refund except for giving me 20% off my next order. DO NOT SHOP WITH SHOEDAZZLE.

I've had two pair of shoes that the heels have broken. Ive cancelled my account with this company - poorly made - I purchased a pair of earrings they broke before I could get them out of the bag.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from SD in one month and the experience wasn't to good this time around. I wear a size 9 so I ordered the next size up 10 just to be sure of the fit. 2 out of 3 was a no go for me the Heeled sandals, Daylee, Morning Glory size 10 cut way to small it fit's like a size 8/half so I couldn't even wear them. I still haven't received the 50% off that was said to be given do to the inconvenience. Next pair the Wedge, Fahari, Bright White size 10 the right Wedge shoe is to wide I have them on looking all fly as I do. I had them on for around two hours I went to take my next step and then it happens boom" My ankle twist and the right wedge brakes I had to call my mom to bring me a pair of shoes because I didn't have an extra pair with me. The messed up part about it the pair of shoes she brought to me they were ugly" luckily I have great Confidence. You asked for my review and they you have it... And I'm still going to need that 50% off Thanks No Thanks.

People... people! LEARN TO READ! I've been with Shoedazzle for almost four years. I've purchased eight pairs of shoes (not all at the same time) and one purse since joining. I am a VIP member. It is very simple: between the 1st-5th day of the month you can choose to skip the month and not be charged $39.95. If you forget (it is nonrefundable) and they will place a charge on your card. BUT that money is credited onto you VIP account to use towards future purchases.
Now for those who said they were "lured" in by "Free Boots", use your heads! There's ALWAYS a catch. READ the terms and conditions. It's not that difficult. I became a VIP a little over a year ago and it was perfectly clear what I was getting myself into. As far as I know, you can only order if you have a subscription (regular or VIP). VIP is better and has more perks. I've had no trouble with returns either.
Finally, a DISCLAIMER: I'm not paid by or affiliated with Shoedazzle. This is my honest opinion of my experiences with Shoedazzle.

ShoeDazzle makes beautiful style shoes but should consider reducing the height of the heels. All ladies cannot wear 3" and higher heels. Give more of a variety in heel height.
