Poor quality and the size is very narrow not true to size as well as I never get any one on the customer service line I have been trying to cancel my VIP membership for two months this is going on the third month and I am very dissatisfied!

Shoe bedazzle has charged my card three times for one item now at least three times a day I get a 39 99 charge that is being declined fromI can't put money on my card because all these obscene charges from shoe bedazzle keep coming up in my account so no I haven't had a good experience with them I've asked him to correct a mistake then surely that they would but why am I constantly being charged $39 for what

I ordered from ShoeDazzle and had to rush a second order because the first one wasn't going to arrive in time they said there was nothing they could do so I cancelled the membership and waited. So then I get a notification saying the first order would arrive before expected and when I go to cancel the second order not only did I have to redo a VIP membership before doing it but now they told me it would be 7-10 business days to get my money back. Then the next day they make an unauthorized purchase after I already cancelled the membership a second time and said they didn't know where it came from! I WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN I had to call several times and asked for a manager. They had me on hold for a while as well.

SHOEDAZZLE has a business model of enrolling you in a $39.95 per month "membership fee" without your consent. The truth and lending statement on the back of your credit card will only allow you to dispute the past 60 days of charges. They make more profit off of the unauthorized fees than they do selling their products. Interesting another company, IBIJUSTFAB has the same practice - THEY ACTUALLY USE THE SAME RECORDING AND CALL CENTER - shame on me for not monitoring my daughter's purchases - SCAM SCAM SCAMSCAM SCAM

Well they don't explain you will be charged excessively after becoming a member luckily I read the email and canceled in time to not be over charged but then I was also disappointed w the Wedge sandles I purchased because due to the funky straps that don't fit right they are unwearable.

My experience seemed thrilling while I was making the purchase. I was waiting and tracking these really gorgeous silver boots that I've wanted for yeeeears! I was soooo excited! I shared all my shoes options with my followers, they helped me pick that pair collectively. I shared the shipping information as it came to my place. When it arrived I opened the package for my viewers only to find a black combat boot that was 3 sizes too small. I emailed you guys, and emailed again and never heard from anyone. I don't understand the return policy and honestly didn't really care for it because I live at home full time with a new born baby… I order online to avoid hassle as I don't have a vehicle to go shopping anywhere. So I was really excited for the boots. I ended up gifting them to the homeless shelter I live near because I had no use for them. I shared candidly with my viewers that I'll never shop from your site again. The fact that my order was handled so stupidly. The fact that months have went by and no one contacted me directly or with any amount of care. Instead it's just another app with, what I assume is some AI ran program so there's no real people to deal with my issue.
Yeah, as a single mother who admires the convenience of online shopping. You really, really ruined my experience. I survive on assisted living income… therefore my online purchases are limited and the reason I utilized your site was because of the deal you get from your first purchase… I can't really afford to order from you guys again/nor regularly as I took a Loss last time & can't afford to buy new shoes every month.

Have been a customer almost since the beginning and Shoedazzle has SERIOUSLY gone downhill. I can't use your credits on sale items without losing the promotional value, have to spend a minimum amount, oh and the worst, have to spend your FULL credit per credit amount. I still have credits (nothing to use them on due to poorer and poorer choices) and am counting the days until I can stop skipping months, spend them on something worth while and END my VIP membership.

I'm a new Shoe Dazzle customer. I had placed an order of clothes and shoes 4 days ago. I was told my order would be processed in 1-3 days. I called customer service on the 4th day to request tracking. I was told my product wasn't shipping for another 2 days. The CSR said their warehouse was behind and told me they could not expedite my order. But, if I wanted I could cancel the current order and start a new order with expedited shipping. Even then, the new order wasn't guaranteed to ship to me in time. I ordered these clothes to go on a trip, thinking 10 days to get my product was plenty of time. Guess not. Lead times on their website and confirmation emails are not the same lead times I was just told by their CSR by telephone. Customer service is a joke. The CSR repeated herself over and over and was not willing to help make sure I was satisfied with this order and the delivery time. I ended up cancelling my membership. I haven't even received the product to review. As it stands, I do not recommend Shoe Dazzle.
Wish I would have seen all these reviews prior to placing my order.
