I always love my experience with shoedazzle, however my last order, I didn't receive the colours I wanted and apparently someone made the decision to ship whatever colour was available, that is my only gripe, I wish for future they would at least inform me of the the colour I ordered being out of stock and allow me to decide if I wanted whatever colour was in stock at the time

I never received my shoes, and it's been over a month. Ever since it left the facility there has been no updates. It just says "ups is waiting for package", which it has said since April 19th.

Always love the shoes I buy from ShoeDazzle. The fit has always been correct for me. Just need more to chose from for flats or low heels/low heel pumps

I requested return labels and I haven't received them and no shipping information was in the box. The instructions given to print them from your site does not exist.

I went a size up (L) but there is no stretch so it didn't even go pass my thighs. The quality is good but I wish it did fit

I got an offer for 2 for $24 for my first purchase when I become a VIP at checkout. So I put 2 boots in the cart and the price was over $100 so I ended up not getting them. Bull$#*!.

NEVER ORDER OFF OF THIS WEBSITE!
I just wanted to order one pair of shoes and they trick you into agreeing to a monthly $40 membership when you buy a pair of $20 shoes! I called the website and the lady goes "oh yes all you have to do is log into your account every month the 1st-5th and Skip that month" SORRY WHAT who is going to remember to do that every month forever she refused to cancel my account I had to stay on the phone for 10 minutes begging her to cancel it and then she offers me a 20% discount and I just lost it almost yelling at her to cancel the account. After all that time she goes "okay I will cancel your account. I respect your decision." She told me she was sending me an email and that I should check for it and then hung up but I have received no such email and will be calling her back.

All of their products look cheap. The packaging is horrendous. That cheap black bag looks so tacky and the items are NOT worth the money
