And when I finally wore a pair not even the end of the day may be two hours in a struts parked on the side so those have to be returned so the very first pair they didn't fit that I returned they sent me a parcel label that I had to print out don't have a printer had to go to the UPS store to get it printed out then had to take the package to the post office to be returned why not have a scan label that will make it so much easier

I always check the latest styles of shoe dazzle and I like the handbags better than the shoes. As the heel is way too high to me. But the customer services always excellent and professional.

I did not like shoedazzle I felt there where shoes I did not like but was forced to order them anyway because while in the pandemic I was unable to get to my bank and remove your store from my bank card, I tried to stick around and order more shoes but it was horrible I will never do that again with any store.

They constantly are "out of stock" even AFTER you've placed your order. And when you do get an email saying they have canceled your order, they refund your money as store credit ONLY. Additionally, I was charged for shipping and my shoes but when it was refunded all I was refunded was for the shoes and not the shipping even though my shoes WERE NEVER SENT OUT FOR DELIVERY. If you call and complain all they do is offer you discounts so they can continue stealing your money. I wish I never got myself into this mess and would NEVER recommend this site to anyone.

Initially I had no issues with ShoeDazzle. For the most part- I'm pleased with my items. As of late- I HAVE HAD THE MOST UNPLEASANT experience with them! The customer service is soooo bad! No one takes accountability; and they seem like they don't want to be bothered for the most part. This last experience was so poor- I don't even have the energy to write my story. BE CAUTIOUS!

Shoes and boots are of lesser quality but they are not cheap looking and are fun to wear and hold up well. Shipping is generally pretty quick and reliable. Sizing is accurate.
