I would say for the most part it is good. Shoes are a great deal I just wish they would have the ones I like in stock it seems to happen all the time I can't get the shoes I want.

It's so nice but too small and I got my size but fits small world say if your a 9.5 buy 10 or 10.5
But was a great buy my friend took it because it fits her so good and she's a 8.5

I ordered some shoes from here in the summer and they weren't made the greatest but I paid $40 for both pairs so I can't really complain. But I did just buy 4 pair recently because I got all 4 pair for $70 bucks (some sale they were having) all together they were around 350 bucks so I defiantly got a deal. Again they were poorly made. But If you are like me and only like shoes for 1 season and will more than likely not wear them next year then this is a great site. It's not that the shoes are uncomfortable at all just the way they are sewn and what not is poor. If you haven't noticed I only buy when I get a crazy deal. I would never buy their shoes at full price!
I haven't had a problem yet with customer service. I am a "VIP" member but I skip every month but you have to between the 1st and the 5th. Also this month I totally forgot to skip it and I called up their customer service and told them I had totally forgot and he refunded me my money and I got it back within 3 days. So now I have it in my calendar as a reminder to skip it because they will only refund your money once.
Tip for consumers:
Don't buy if you want to wear for a couple years. Also only buy when on sale!!! Never worth paying full price

This company use to be the BOMB when they 1st came out. The quality and the variety of shoes/boots have definitely gone down. The customer service is great and the shipping timing is great.

Typical subscription love some of the shoes called customer service to cancel they kept charging me and I didn't know it until couple months call them they fixed it I got refunded and then a couple months go by I got charged again each month at this point I'm not even sure they do cancellations so anyway because of that they said they couldn't refund me again only a one time thing and I tried explaining to customer service that I called and canceled though this is not my fault this is on your end but they told me I could just use it for store credit and they had a promotion going on so I just bought some more shoes and then returned some because some of the sizes ran small but they ended up charging me next month AGAIN! Can we please fix this?

I was veeeeery dissapointed when I heard that we had to pay 40$ a month with the VIP account and was very mad, but they handled it well and were nice talking on the phone.

I think they should make it CLEAR that VIP membership is VIP for a reason, and not putting new customers into VIP right away, but I'm sure they'd lose customers so...

I'm not sure what other people are talking about, since I've never seen Shoedazzle advertise that the shoes they sell are THEIR shoes. They never said they manufactured their own shoes, so its pretty obvious that they go shopping and find shoes to sell. Maybe those same idiots think Marshall's or TJ Maxx manufacture their clothes...
I have been with Shoedazzle for 2 months. I've ordered 4 pairs of shoes, returning one pair because I just didn't see myself ever wearing them (but I loved them!). The customer service here is AMAZING. I comment on the facebook fan page that I want a certain style and they put those shoes in my showroom. I ask for a CS representative to call me, and they call me!
Oh, and I'm sorry, but for whoever thought that the stylists go out and find shoes SPECIFICALLY for them, individually, is an idiot. To think that a stylist goes out shopping and thinks "hmm, would Jane Doe like this shoe?" Sorry, you deserve to get your credits taken away. Obviously they pick shoes that cater to a certain style, and those shoes are automatically uploaded to whatever style you match up with.

I have bought 2 pair boots from shoedazzle and both time the boots fell right apart. The products are cheap and I will not buy from them again. I should have read the reviews before buying.

I ORDERED MY FIRST PAIR OF SHOES TODAY. I WAS UNAWARE OF THE CHARGE FOR THE VIP ELITE PROGRAM BUT I CALLED AND LET THEM CLARIFY THE TERMS FOR ME. I UNDERSTOOD EVERYTHING. YOU EITHER SKIP FROM MONTH TO MONTH BEGINNING OF THE MONTH AND NOT HAVE TO PAY THE $39 OR YOU CAN CANCEL MEMBERSHIP FOR FREE AT ANYTIME. SIMPLE! BEING POLITE GETS YOU MILES BUT BEING RUDE GETS YOU NOWHERE!
