I made a 1 time purchase to see what it was all about. When i decided to cancel my membership i had to call them 3 times before they really did cancel my membership.
And to make matters worst i was frauded twice on my bank account of $60 both times
When i have never giving them my bank info when i placed my order it was with a totally different credit card that had nothing to do with my bank! Now i have to wait up to 60 days to get refunded from my bank! TOTAL RIP OFF CHEAP SITE DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!

DON'T DO IT! They charged me for about 10 months and I realized and asked for a refund because I did not use any points and wanted nothing to do with them then they refunded me four of the nine points and once I made in order before canceling using the four points I've been charged for shipping once it arrived at my door. Everything was good in the beginning. I was actually a member for a couple of years. Customer service has gone downhill. They sent me a promo for a black Friday sale. I decided to use the offer. The discount did not show in cart. I waited til they opened and called and stayed on hold for a very long time and then was told I was wrong there was no special. I argued about this for a while. I was on the phone with customer service for a VERY long time. Finally I was told that that was indeed the special, but it just ended at 12 so too bad (?). I decided to cancel my "VIP" membership. I was told my unspent money would be credited back to my card. It wasn't. I was charged again a few weeks later. They did take back my "style points" which are a frequent shopper program. I emailed too to no avail. I tried the live chat. I got stupid responses like, "if you would like to check your status please go to your account details on the website." That was not helpful. I was told that to cancel I had to call. I called again. I told the CSR the entire situation. She said, "Unfortunately I can't do anything about that. If you would like to cancel your membership I will help you with that. Is there anything else I can do for you today?" I said yes, I would like an apology. This is unacceptable to treat your clients this way. She finally apologized and claimed to cancel my membership. We will see. This site will not last if this is the way they treat customers.

I wasn't scammed by the VIP option, but I have been scammed by their addition of a "duty" charge. I live in Canada and have purchased shoes from here before without having to pay any sort of duty fee... however, when my husband went to pick up my 'parcel', they tried to charge him a $21.68 fee for duty. Our postal outlet said they had to take it to ANOTHER town for me to get it... such a mess. I also already paid the $19 shipping fee, so my total keeps going up and up and up! This all started with a purchase I made back in June. I ordered a pair of shoes ($49) and they charged my credit card... three days later getting an email saying "we are out of stock, but here's an extra $15 for the inconvenience". Apparently this extra $15 only lasted a few days and I lost it. However, a summer promotion came up, so I thought I'd take advantage of it... now I'm paying $80 for a $25 bracelet and $30 purse= $55 - $15 promotion = $40 (is what I SHOULD have had to pay!, plus regular shipping of course, but this is crap).
Like everyone else, I've tried calling only to be put on hold for forever! I emailed a couple days ago, but have yet to receive a response. It took 7 days the last time I emailed regarding the "out of stock" situation. I will be leaving a bad review on their website, unliking them on FB and warning everyone I know that they are sketchy! Oh and their shoes are POOR quality (I can't even get my left foot into the pair I DO have).

I honestly used to love Shoedazzle. I recently called to cancel my subscription, and was treated as if I COULDN'T do that! What happened to Cancel Anytime? I was literally HARASSED during the phone call about why I wanted to CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION! Is this what you all at Shoedazzle train your Customer service reps to do? So Unprofessional!

A week before I decided to purchase two dresses from ShoeDazzle they were on sale for $5 each, instead of getting the free VIP shipping I decided to pay extra so that way I knew I would have the dresses either the day of New Year's Eve or the day after. I was given in arrival date which was January 3rd which I was okay with but when that date came I had no package and my tracker said that my package had not shipped and they weren't sure when it would arrive which is unacceptable it is a whole week late and I'm getting charged for something that did not come on time.

I was unknowingly placed in the VIP awards program in 2013 and I have been charged $39.95 each month as of June 13,2017. It was not until I audited my personal account that I realized that my checking account was being automatically debited by ShoeDazzle. Yes, I should have reviewed my account, but I TRUSTED the company. I entered my credit card number when they expired to make a PURCHASE. I had no idea that my card information would be used monthly.
I have ordered items from the company throughout the years, but the amount I ordered from ShoeDazzle certainly does not equal to the $39.95 I paid monthly. The membership fee is not even stated on the website and when I spoke with Ana "my shoe fashion consultant" she placed me on hold and when she returned she did not answer my question. Instead she kept pushing me to "skip a month" until I had to become very stern with her. She placed me back on hold and when she returned to our call she rattled off a lot of information and told me that I would only receive $79.25 for my FIVE YEARS of monthly deductions.
I am very disappointed and I will definitely never recommend that anyone order an item from Shoedazzle as they will become automatic VIP members and waste their hard earned income for items you can find cheaper in a department store.

To date I have ordered over 300 pairs of shoes for me and my daughters. I have also ordered clothing and accessories as well as over 300 purses. I gift a lot of the things I buy and always receive a positive response.
I have never had an issue that they didn't work extra hard to resolve. They have always been gracious, helpful and understanding. For example, I needed to return a pair of shoes outside of the return window. I called and explained that the shoes were too small and I needed to return them. I missed the window because of illness. My representative was VERY understanding and allowed me to make the exchange and also stated that they hoped I made a full recovery.
Please know that people can write anything on the internet: good or bad, true or false. After all, it's easy to be brave behind a computer screen when you're anonymous. I get nothing for this review. I'm just asking that you completely read the terms and conditions that are right there in front of you. There's a section that's called How VIP Pricing Works and also BEFORE you place an order, there is a box that you must check that says I HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND so if you check that box and haven't read or don't have a full understanding, that's not the company's fault. It's not a scam or rip-off. I wouldn't invest in something that is. You can call the 800 number and someone will gladly explain and answer any questions.
My first review was 3/17 & almost a year and a half later, I'M STILL HAPPY!

I recieved an e-mail from ShoeDazzle after signing up for a free account about getting a $15 credit on my account for some Summer Promotional thing. After finding and purchasing a 15 dollar pair of shoes, I recieved yet another email thanking me for joining their VIP service, which I wasn't at all aware that I'd signed up for. After sending two e-mails (which they promise on their site that they will respond to within two days) and not getting any answer from either, I called the VIP phone line, was on hold for an hour until I had to leave for work, and called again today, and was on hold for half an hour until someone finally picked up.
ShoeDazzle seems very scammy to me and I would not reccomend anyone buying shoes of their site, even if it seems like they're giving you a good deal.

I bought 3 items of clothing using my store credit that I had racked up because I forgot to skip a few months. The clothing items came in and they were TERRIBLE quality. So I decided to return them. About a week later I got an email that my return was received and pending. 2 weeks later, still no return/store credit. So I called customer service and the guy on the other line said that only 2 items were received instead of all 3 so that's why I wasn't given any of my store credit back and I told him I sent all 3 and he told me another reason why I didn't get any store credit back is because it was "returned with no refund" UMMM WHAT?! Then he said he'll have to check with the warehouse and see if they can find the lost item and i'll HAVE TO CALL BACK IN 48 HOURS TO SEE WHAT THEY CAN DO ABOUT IT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I'll be lucky to get a refund. What a joke.

First order nothing fit. Cheap quality. I returned the order. Decided to receive a store credit because I honestly feel the $5.95 restocking fee PER ITEM is a complete rip off if you decide to get the money refunded to you credit or debit card. I placed a 2nd order with shoedazzle.com on May 17,2015. The order shipped May 18,2015. Today is June 9,2015. I have not received anything. When I check the tracking number online it just says the package is "in transit" and the estimated delivery date is "N/A". I've called the toll free number with the representative reading off information I already have from the FedEx website and I've emailed with no response. I've asked to be removed from the VIP membership but each and every time I call regarding this order... I am informed that I am still a VIP member. I've actually cancelled my debit card with my bank and ordered a new one so these people couldn't take any money off of my card.
No thank you. Never again. I just want my last and final order from this God forsaken website so that all ties can be cut after this encounter. It's just cheap custome jewelry that probably doesn't even fit due to the fact that there were no sizes on the website to choose from. I'll either trash it or give the merchandise away if I am unhappy this time around... I do NOT have the time or energy to be playing with Shoedazzle.com about $57.75.

WARNING! DO NOT... I repeat DO NOT become a member with this company. They are a total rip off! I became a "VIP" member in May 2014. I order two pairs of shoes for a Vegas trip. Once receiving the shoes they looked nothing like the picture. They looked very cheaply made. Immediately after trying on the shoe the metal that the shoe lace was attached to broke off. The other pair were wedges and I only wore them once before the sole came apart. I notified them about this. They continued to charge me the next month. I tried to cancel and they explain to me that if I cancel my membership I will forfeit the credit that I had ($80). Unbelievable! So I was forced to order more items before canceling. So I went ahead and order two more pairs from their more expensive line. Well guess what... the first shoe that I took out the box, the sole was visibly coming apart. You could see the glue all along the side of the shoe. The other pairs were too small and the shoe almost look like the were made with recycled cardboard boxes... seriously. They were sooooo stiff. I have finally got to speak with a supervisor in customer service for a refund (minus a $5.95 restocking fee per shoe). Smh... I'm just so glad it's over. Very frustrating.
