Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
I signed up for the site a few months back. I had received 2 pairs of cute heels. When they came, it was quick and the packaging was perfect. The shoes were really nice. I order my third pair. These finally came after what seemed like weeks. The box the shoes were in was not from shoedazzle. The shoebox was almost completely crushed in on 1 corner. Oh, and they included some cheap press on nails for some reason. The shoes were fine from 1st appearances. When I pulled out the second shoe of the pair, it was obvious it was used. They put a new heel tip on it and attempted to resole the bottom. It looked like a hippo tried to squeeze her fat foot in it and run a marathon. I immediately called customer service. The rep told me she would refund my checking account. No sincere apology or anything. She just read her little script. After 10 days had passed, I called again to see where my refund was. The rep asked for the return tracking number. I told her I had not been able to get them in the mail yet. She then told me in order to get a refund, they must receive the shoes first. I told her that I was not a mind reader and that the previous rep never told me that. After dealing with this snotty girl for entirely too long, I told her that I would get their used a** shoes out as soon as possible so that I could be done with that company forever. How dare they put someone's health in jeopardy for a buck. They knew those shoes were used, and sent them to me anyways. Who knows if the previous user had any sort of foot disorder. I will never shop shoedazzle again and I will make sure anyone I know doesn't either. I'm sure Kimora would appreciate my business.

I called Shoedazzle on a Tuesday, asking if they had overnight shipping. They don't. I needed a pair of shoes by Friday, told them and was told, not only by a associate but by a supervisor that if I ordered the shoes by Wednesday 11:59 am (EST) they would be processed and shipped the same day. I live in California but I'm originally from Indiana so I know the time differences.
So on Wednesday morning I called Shoedazzle at 8 am (PST)... 11 (EST), ordered my shoes and was told they would be processed and shipped the same day.
Later that evening, I received a message stating that they had been shipped. Thursday morning, I check the status of my package and nothing! FedEx showed a label being printed. Nothing else!
I called Shoedazzle and was told so many different things from..."it takes 24 hours to process" to "it's gone and it's FexEx's fault" to hanging up on me.
My package won't be here by Friday! It will be here on Monday when I won't be home. I'm leaving Saturday! That's why I asked questions before I purchased these damn shoes!
I've never seen a company that won't overnight a package! Are you kidding me?!
I was lied to by at least 4 people. Hung up on. Told they tried calling me back but I have the phone records to prove otherwise.
Ok... so what you refunded my shipping. That doesn't help me! I specifically stated I needed these shoes by Friday. If I knew you couldn't deliver, I NEVER would have ordered them!
I will never never never use this site again!
By the way... it states on the website if you order by 11 am (PST) they will be processed and shipped the same day. If not, by next business day. If true... then I was WAY EARLY ENOUGH for this to happen.
