Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
Horrible shipping they charge you then pass your packages to a Post Office. The Post Office should not be allowed to take over from retail packages

I love the shoe! However I can't wear it. My feet is a 61/2 wide so I purchased a size 7 wide and it's still tight.

The pump was pretty on my feet and because it had a low heel it made it pretty comfortable to walk in in for longer periods.
