Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
Unfortunately I made a purchase, but the shoe didn't last even 2 months. Very disappointed.

I will not say customer service is not polite they are.Thay however could not help me and did not know their jobs.
Tip for consumers:
Keep in mind that when you’re making the return they only hold the shoes for seven days they did not tell me that I’m not sure how long it takes for it to return to the US from Canada but when my shoes was returned they gave my shoes away and I was unable to make an exchange. They told me they could give me a store credit but I did not want store credit for other reasons and asked for a full refund on my visa. I will not be shopping at Shoe dazzle because it is too risky. seven days is not long
