Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.
I wear 10 and I buy 11 and those sizes r very small was so disappointing

I love the look and style, but I am normally true to size, and it is a little tight, I will need to exchange it for a 1/2 size larger.

I've had to return 4 pairs of boots because their sizes were off. The shoe sizes were too small and the size around the calves were way too big!
