Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm. Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.

I ordered shoes on the 14th of October and paid for 2-3 day shipping because I needed to get them before halloween incase I need to return and order a bigger size and it was sent to fedex and was never moved it was suppose to get here on the 16th and when I contacted shoedazzle on the 19th about it they told me due to "weather conditions" it would hopefully arrive sometime next week which is totally ridiculous. They should not have the option on thier website to have any fast shipping if its not guaranteed or atleast let us know that thier shipping company is currently experiencing delays. Then when I asked of I would of ordered express shipping 1-2 days is it sent to the same FedEx place or is it flown overnight they said they have very limited information due to FedEx decrestion like wtf its ur shipping partner because if it was flown overnight then I would of hoped that they would send out another order overnight and had the one delayed canceled and sent back to the factory warehouse. The only thing they can do is refund your shipping cost and apologize for the delay so I will be canceling my membership and just letting you all know how this company deals with thier customers and helping them. I'm not happy at all!

I bought a pair of boots in my normal size over a month and a half ago. They came way too small and I needed to trade them in for exactly one size bigger. I got a hold of ShoeDazzle and they made me a print and ship label. So then I proceeded to find a printer which turned out to be next to Impossible because, nobody really uses one these days I swear. The post office wouldn't even let me print my label there I had to go do it independently. Then I had the fun time of dealing with getting the package into a postman's hands or a post box that it would fit into. I scheduled for a front porch pickup for some reason my male person didn't pick it up for 3 days in a row, I drove to two separate package box locations both of them were full of packages and I couldn't put my box in there, and eventually I wound up taking it directly into the post office again and putting it into an actual workers hands. Just when I felt like the problem was settled in my shoes were going to finally arrive about a week and a half later my box with the original shoes arrives at my house again. This time to post this note from the mailman said that I need to pay over $11 in order to ship my package and that there was no postage paid. So then I had to get a hold of ShoeDazzle again when I had the opportunity since the holidays it took a few days. That is when I was informed that there was a cancel made on my return label. I did not do it. God only knows how it happened! But now I'm at the point of hopefully tomorrow my mail person picks up the package off my porch. This was the most inconvenient $10 you purchased in the history of my life.

**THIS IS AN UPDATE TO MY REVIEW** Shame on Shoe dazzle on those customer service reps that represent the brand. I spoke to 10 people today in regards to my order that I was expecting today and this experience was so disgusting it's not even funny. The call centers are outsourced and was told different things by each customer service rep.
No one is on the same page, I talked to reps that clearly didn't know policy/procedure, was lied to repeatedly, hung up on, and the list goes on. I was absolutely shocked by the service. At one point, someone "posing' as a supervisor told me that they do not have communication with their third party vendors. Mind you, these are the same vendors that YOU are paying to having YOUR products delivered to customers that paid.
I was blindly transferred, had to repeat my situation numerous times, and had to hear roosters making noise i the background. The 3rd party vendor, LaserShip, should not even be in business. They do not have "real time" updates and again, outsourced so they truly do not care.
After calling 10 times, waiting all day, I get a notice saying it will be delivered tomorrow, yet on their vendors site, it is showing otherwise.
I had planned on ordering yet again and because of the disgusting treatment I received from ShoeDazzle's customer service reps and by the behavior of their "3rd party" vendor, I had them skip this month and honestly do not know if I can ever place an order with them again.
It is mind blowing to me that a company that is clearly profitable can emply people that clearly do not know the very basics of providing even half way decent customer service.
