It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.

I ordered a size too small with the shoes. I had a few hiccups in communication on processing my exchange. The first person I spoke to wasnt super helpful but got the ball rolling. The happy returns options is very convenient, and with the help with a few of the other customer service reps I got it returned and processed. The return is taking quite some time to be recieved but shoedazzle customer service has been very helpful in getting it taken care of.

I have been with Shoedazzle for years and never had a problem with fit or comfort of shoes. This last round nothing fit! At least 1/2 to 1 size too big on shoes and the clothing was all over the place, some too big some too small. I plan on stopping my membership.

I am happy with the shoes; they seem to fit and are likely comfortable, however I ordered them for a specific event and they arrived 2 days after the event. Shoedazzle blamed the delivery company. Perhaps it's time to switch your delivery company.

When I received my order, only half of it was there. I called in and two of the things were now out of stock so they gave me a credit. But of course the first time I got a major discount with free shipping and the credit won't cover everything. Plus shipping.

My latest purchase from Shoedazzle did not disappoint. I was able to use my VIP points to get a pair of the cutest mules. They are so comfortable, and as always, they are true to size. They did take a couple of weeks to arrive, but they were on my doorstep within the estimated delivery date.

I am in love with my new booties! I've been looking at a similar pair for a while. The ones that I had been thinking of purchasing were about $200. My ShoeDazzle booties are just as fashionable, and they are more comfortable than the similar brand. Super excited that I found these!

I like the selection offered in shoedazzle, however the new credit system is awful. Instead of letting me utilize the amount in terms of cash in the system it provides a credit which is awful. This truly deters me from buying more and I now buy less. The credit system is slowly curing me of my shoe obsession. I'm simply not getting the value for my subscription as I used to previously.

I have so many recent purchases that I have lost money on because I travel a lot and missed the window to return and unfortunately the size that I have been ordering for years doesn't always work. So many shoes are too big but my size selection has not changed.

Bought two different pairs of shoes...same size...one fit one didn't.

I've been a VIP member with Shoedazzle since 2019-2020. I've bought over 40 pairs of shoes from them so far, a few different accessories, and a few items of clothing. And I can confidently say that they're overall ok. Their materials are not great quality. Their shoes fall apart after steady use, and this goes for all their shoes from boots, sandals, sneakers, wedges, and stilettoes. Some of their heels and stilettoes especially are hard to walk in due to the design and improper heel to sole length ratio. Some of their stilettoes are amazing, but for the sheer amount of money i've spent on a the multitude and variety of shoes that have either been uncomfortable to wear, have fallen apart, from zippers breaking, to soles falling off, to the insides falling apart...They're just NOT a quality company for the money they're charging. It's a great way to gain a shoe collection, but at the end of the day it all lacks quality. Their clothing and accessories aren't that much better either.

I'm dissatisfied with Shoedazzle because I forgot to Skip A Month and they took out $49.00. But when I ordered a pair of heels and they did not match my dress I returned them. But I did not get my $49.00 back as credit to my account. I am very dissatisfied. I have been a customer with Shoedazzle for years.

Ill fitting. I love the shoes and clothes on Show Dazzle. I just wish they had a better fit. The shoes were usually too wide,and the clothes were to small on my waist,even though I ordered my regular size. They were usually too big in my legs. I really wanted to love them, but fit is important.
