Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.
Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!

I made the mistake of buying some shoes from Shoedazzle a year ago. They arrived and were complete trash. They were way too big, felt like cardboard, and didn't look nearly as cute in person as they did online so I returned them. I was honestly shocked by the poor quality of the shoe considering the original price. The shoes are about $50 without the first-time purchase offer. That's a decently priced shoe. I could buy a pair of converses or some nice flats or heals with that money from DSW. When I returned the shoes, Shoedazzle said I can only get store credit for the shoes. I was annoyed but oh well, figured I'd find something else I liked eventually. I knew I didn't want to pay $50 for cheap cardboard shoes so I waited for a sale with a few items I'd like. Finally, I run into a 50% off sale so I figured now was the time to order some products with my money. During checkout, it says YOU CANNOT USE STORE CREDIT ALONG WITH THE 50% SALE! What in the actual hell? That store credit was my own money that has apparently lost value since I made my first purchase with them. Okay, so whatever... it is what it is. I order enough stuff to go $3 over my store credit. All the product comes in a week or so later and they are completely unusable. A two-piece suit had a bunch of pulled strings in it and was discolored. A dress had the texture of a trash bag and didn't even stay closed if I moved at all. The boots looked horribly cheap and felt so stiff and heavy. I have no idea how any of their products have decent reviews. So now I've learned my lesson and know I will return everything and ask for a gift card so I can just close my account. NOPE! They don't allow you to convert your store credit into a gift card. So if you want to give your remaining money to someone else you have to allow that person to log into your account and risk the chance of them adding to the store credit you already have built up. This company is designed to take your money regardless of if you get anything out of it or not. It is a complete scam full of ways to increase the chances of you forgetting to hit that "skip this month" button and securing an additional $30 bucks a month as store credit and never allowing you to have it back unless you want to use it on their shoes or clothes that will go into the trash within a month of owning it.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't use the sight. Honestly, go support your local business instead. Your money will be of better value to both you and the local business.

Las botas que pedi son de un material del cual no se el nombre parecieran de plástico super acartonadas se claramente que no es piel pero por muy sintético que sean sus materiales deberían ser agradables y manejables el diseño es bueno pero el material nefasto

Let me start by saying I hardly ever leave a review for a company. Usually if I don't like the service, I just move on and never order from them again. But "Shoedazzle" takes the cake this time.
I was told about "Shoedazzle" from a friend as a place to get some cheap(ish) shoes for a Halloween costume. So I visited the online store and found a pair of boots that would've worked perfectly with my costume (Dolores VanCatier for those of you in the know). Ordering the boots I paid for express shipping so they could get to me in time (they did not).
After waiting a couple of days I got no new shipping information as to the whereabouts of my shoes. So like a normal customer would, I called the customer service hotline. After finally reaching someone through the automated system I laid out my case as to where my missing boots were. I explained how I paid for express shipping and the website said they'd ship in 2-3 business days. For context I ordered the boots on a Thursday and waited until the following Wednesday to contact customer service.
Of course customer service was unable to locate my boots and thus tried to move the goal post on their "express shipping" policy. Stating it takes a couple days to process and then the express shipping would go into effect. So instead of 2-3 business days it was more like 5-7…which of course is NOT express shipping. Especially for $14.99 extra.
So after going back and forth with upper management I was finally refunded my express shipping cost. I asked, if they were able to locate my boots, then I'd just wait for them and forego trying to get a full refund. They could not locate my boots.
So after waiting 2 more days (Friday) according to their "new" express delivery policy, I called back asking where my shoes were again. This time asking for a full refund because it had been an entire 7 business days(Thursday to Friday) with my express shipping. After being told I wouldn't be allowed a refund I again had to speak to a managing supervisor to get my full money back…which I did.
Come Saturday…still no shoes. The following Monday…still no shoes. Finally on Tuesday (a full 10 business days later) I randomly received my shoes. But here's the gag…after opening the box…they were the WRONG SHOES and a completely different size than I had ordered. You've got to be kidding me right? This business is a joke and I wouldn't waste my time ever shopping here. Customer services needs a better phone connection so they can actually do some work instead of putting me on hold only to get disconnected. Also, the shipping department needs a refresher course on how to actually send people the right product. Please don't offer a service you clearly can't fulfill. What a waste of time!

Seriously I have to choose a star? They're not even worthy of a star. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVER SHOP ON THIS SITE! It's deceiving because you think you're getting really cute shoes/acccessories for an affordable price but all you end up getting is annoyed, irritated, and ripped off. I ordered 2 pairs of boots recently which ended up being $40 all together my first time purchasing something from this site. When I received them over a week later, only one pair of the boots were the correct size and the other size wayyy too big. I wear a size 7 and got a size 11. I then looked at my order history to make sure it wasn't an error on my end but it wasn't, it was their fault. I then had to ship it back to them which took another week and now I am waiting to receive the boots again in hopes they will be the correct size this time. It has now been almost 3 weeks since my purchase. It has been a complete pain in my $#*! and to make matters worse they have the most unprofessional and least helpful customer service I have ever dealt with. Because I received the wrong size and I had to ship them back they gave me a store credit which I applied to the boots that I originally ordered but were the wrong size so I reordered them again. I was charged for doing so not applying my store credit. So now I have been charged double ($80) and I only have one pair of boots in my possession. The whole thing has been a complete headache. Also, they didn't have my email inputted in their system correctly because apparently they don't know how to spell "outlook" correctly. THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS. Please don't go down this awful road like I did. I now have to change my card because I'm in fear they will try to charge me again.
