It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
As an employer of young ladies, I can always count on Shoedazzle to have something special to choose from. Nothing says "Thank you" like a nice pair of boots or jacket when they do a wonderful job.

I love to browse and then click on a style that appeals to me. At 63 it's awesome to be able to purchase so many unique items. The fit is always perfect and I love matching with my outfits.

First of all, I ordered from Shoedazzle and the boots are from JustFab. These boots are not at all what I thought they would be. They appeared to be lined with the fur, but it's only around the top of the boot, not into the foot. The ankle is too tight to even get my feet into the boot.

The shoes were a great fit and very comfortable. I wore them out and my friends kept complimenting it but the best part was I wore it for over 6 hours and my legs didn't hurt.

I ordered 7.5 boots and they came 2 sizes too big! We're only going to refund me half the money and we're sold out of the boots I wanted! Tried to contact them and the customer service rep did not offer me any sort of solution at all! Do not order from here, cheap isn't always better!
