Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter

Ordered boots booties and a sweater dress for christmas party tomorrow. I ordered dec 1st had 4 diffrent arrival dates. So the 5 people who barely know English told me tomorrow they will be here by 10pm.

Event starts at 2pm. I'm not going. Thank you for not only making this 1st time customer cancel their vip and when the do decide to get here I will be returning or reselling. I give 5 thumbs down 👎 Even though they attempt to be so very sorry they are not.

Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!

I ordered a size 9 toddler in gold. I is too large.
Wanted to exchange for a size 8 toddler in gold. No option to do this. Thus, it required quite a significant increase in price. I may just return all together

Beautiful white clogs for the yard and walking my dogs. Very happy with them. So pretty. Almost too pretty to wear. I loved putting the charms on. Thank you.

I found these Dolce Vita boots at a much better price than the high prices at the mall. So glad I discovered them here—I absolutely love my new boots!

I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.

Shopping the site is always easy. I did notice that one of the shoes came in a bag and not a box. I'm not sure if that is the way things will be packaged going forward. My order was super cute, but one pair needs to be returned because the space around the ankle it just way too big.

I highly recommend everyone to purchase those shoes & boots. Love it when they were on sale for $10 or 15 dollars. I definitely will order again. I just received boots last week and so comfortable and stretch. I loved 100%

First I was told my credits expired and there's nothing that can be done.
When I said wrong answer I was told "let me check".
I was offered $10 on each credit- $60 of the $300 I paid.
I said my cash didn't expire that doesn't seem right. I need a supervisor.
Again, let me check…
The rep said we could send a paper check but it'll take 4-6 business weeks. I said "that's fine" 4 different times and she repeated "4-6 BUSINESS weeks and it's a PAPER check' as if I was going to change my mind. I told her that's fine please send the check.
It's only been two weeks. Hopefully I'll be able to follow up in another month and say I received my money back!

It took two weeks for my shoes to come from California to Pennsylvania. Actually, I still haven't received them yet... For the past 3 days, Fed Ex has been stating that the scheduled delivery date is for that date, but still no boots yet. According to my updates, my package has been in Pennsylvania at the same location for 24 hrs now. This is ridiculous.

My package was delivered to a different address
When I saw the delivery picture and told them that was not my house. They said they will investigate I never heard back. It's been almost one month now. SMH

I saw this ad and decided to follow up on it. I'm so glad I did. They are wide width and fit great. There is a heel but it's chunky so I won't have falling issues. Very pleased with this. It's so hard to find shoes/boots for wide feet.

The shoes came properly. They were little too big. I returned them, but have yet to receive the replacement.

The whole process was super easy and fast. Super fast shipping especially for this time of year, Christmas season!

It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.

I love Shoedazzle for the sales alone. The quality of the product just makes me that much happier with my purchases. I bought 8 pairs of shoes. Ridiculous! Who does that?! I do. Every time there's a sale. I haven't ordered in a little while and forgot to change my address since moving. I contacted customer service and they got it straightened out for me quickly. I got my shoes a couple days later. Extremely fast shipping! This whole buying experience is what it should be like with every company.
