It was easy to exchange online... quick and simple, no hassle! The main issue right now is I'm not sure if they've received the return so I can keep an eye for when my exchange will be shipped. I returned the shoes that same day I received them and still nothing. Better communication would be greatly appreciated but since I've been a member, I've had nothing but superb customer service and pleased with every purchase.
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
I'm really happy with my purchase. Make sure to read reviews when you can. People recommended to size up half size so I did and I love how comfy the boots are. Quality is great. A random girl even told me she loved my boots haha.

I minus 1 star because i have tried numerous times to order from them and my card kept declining. It was until i got a new card from another bank the payment went through. I do blame shoe dazzle for this however, their shies are good quality and last me years before it reaps.

I'm a VIP shoe dazzle shopper. Previous times when I've ordered from Shoe Dazzle I've never had a problem and they seemed to arrive rather quickly. This last time however, seems like its taking longer than usual? Is that due to the COVID pandemic? It's been about a week. I still have hopes that I will receive them but, if I don't I'll have to cancel my subscription. What a shame. (proof of purchase posted/minus my address of course)

My order is currently a week late, no one seems to be able to give me answers and when I talk to customer service they either never call back, you sit on hold for 30 minutes, or they just tell me to wait another 24-48 hours and see what happens. This is getting ridiculous.

I just subscribed and the first thing I noticed is that my boot was delivered 4 days later than what the email said.
The boot itself is not snug, so my foot is swishing inside. With my calves not pencil-skinny, the ankle area is loose and makes it not look so graceful when I'm walking.
It's an 8 and that's the size I usually get all my boots. I'm in Canada, so returning this will cost shipping plus the rate exchange will bring me less money back than what I paid. I really wanted to like this boot since it's pretty, plus the price was very pleasing.
I'll stay for another couple of months to see if I can get a better boot/shoe in the next batch.

Same story as the rest - shoes are very poorly made. One pair looked like it had fishing line holding the embellishment on - not in an unnoticeable way either. Neither pair I ordered fit correctly. It sucks to have to pay a $5.95 restocking fee for each pair, but at least I won't have to spend my refund on their crappy shoes. I asked to cancel my VIP membership so they had better follow through with that!

This is the biggest pain in the $#*! website I have ever had to deal with.
Like someone else said, I wish I could give them negative stars.
Don't waste your money and time... time because you can't get the monthly charges to stop, can't speak to a human at customer service after many minutes even over an hour... no human!

Shoes are still a hit or miss even after my first few purchases I've had with shoedazzle.
-Customer service is great, props to those wonderful ppl
-Their shoe options are good
-Upkeep with trends are on point
-Rotating shoe options was a smart business move
-Fashion shoes are stylish
-As for quality control, good enough to bypass at a glance but not good enough to check if the shoes are symmetrical. I've received shoes with unequally sewed seams making them uncomfortable to wear, and refunding was not possible anymore. But I guess you pay for what you get. Would I buy from them again... 6/10

I've been a SD member for over 5 years. $39.95 a month for the past 5 yrs! It's a lot but it was worth it with the one time fee that (USED TO) include free shipping and taxes. After all these years as of 8/13/2020 I cancelled my membership... ShoeDazzle has now added an "import tax", sales tax AND you have to pay for shipping! By the time its all done, I paid $11.00 extra in fees! NOPE! What's the point in having a "membership" and turn around and add on extra fees@ the checkout. Goodbye SD. STAY AWAY!

I ordered a pair of boots for my daughter signed up for the VIP program got the shoes for 10 or 15 bucks paid $15 for shipping to get them here sooner the first time she wore them she had horrible blisters from Just 2 hours of wearing them. A few days later I get a charge on my card for $50 for a happy membership that I was unaware of so redefined print know what you're getting into these people will unexpectedly charge your card won't give you a refund and when you cancel your membership they take away credits that they gave you. It's a total waste of money

Shoedazzle has some decent finds on clearance but my credits cannot be used on those items. I can hardly find shoes over the minimum requirement that I actually like and would wear. I tried the purchase of a pair of camo pants recently and based on the measurements they should have fit, but they were still pretty snug and had no elasticity/stretch to them. I do think the return process is fairly easy but I still generally don't like to return merchandise if I make a purchase online I am so disappointed when it does not meet my expectations.

I love shoe dazzle. They have an amazing selection and you can't beat their prices. Only think I'm not a fan of is that you can't use credits to pay for your full order (ex: taxes and shipping) I can do it over the phone with a sales rep but they need to allow it online as well. Other than that, I love everything else.don't shop anywhere else for shoes..

There are so many fake reviews and haters here. Look at one simple fact, they have 600,000+ fans on facebook. That's something you can't fake. Zappos has 100,000 fans and they're suppose to be the best online shoe retailer. What is there left to say.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes and even though they didn't fit, the return process is super easy. I've exchanged items before to get other sizes and the company holds true to their word that it is free. I continue to order because of this, knowing that if something doesn't fit, I will have no problems getting the right size. Each shoe seems to vary in sizing, but the quality is always great. I've had shoes for years that are still holding up.

I recently ended by VIP Membership with Shoedazzle because a shopper can get better quality shoes elsewhere via sales. If you want to buy from Shoedazzle, catch a sale. In general, their shoes are too poorly constructed, uncomfortable and cheap to pay their full price.

The only reason why I didn't give the site 5 stars, is the fact, when you leave a mai page to purchase or view an item; it returns your beginning search. It time consuming and sometimes it can be annoying.

My boots looked cute so when they arrived, I hastily put them on and went to dinner and grocery shopping. Worst mistake ever. I've never had back pain from shoes like I did with these. Calf pain. Insane foot pain. By far the most uncomfortable shoe I've ever put on my feet. They even hurt when your sitting. I came home to send them back and seen the disclosure that I need to wear them around the house because there can be no marks on them. You know, so they can sell the (SAME) most uncomfortable low quality shoes to someone else. So I tossed them in the trash amd will not make another purchase with shoe dazzle. If they are OK with selling absolutely trash shoes, then I will keep going elsewhere for shoes like I have my whole life.
One and done here.

My items arrived quickly. One of the packages ended up in the wrong state before arriving to my home, and an item I ordered was never shipped; I later saw it entered as a return... but overall, a good experience.

I have literally tried to give them a chance at least 3 times already and I really dislike their service. I wear a size 6.5 in every brand! But somehow when I order with them some of their shoes fit small, so I exchanged it for a 7 and it was way to big. I don't get how that works. From a good 8 pairs of shoes I have returned 6. I did an EXCHANGE and I see that they charged me additional $40 in my account when they clearly state that exchanges are for free. Their whole system of operations is honestly a mess. I am just frustrated with them.

I've ordered several pairs of shoes from shoe dazzle in my regular size and they are consistently TOO BIG. These pumps were no exception. Their size 5.5 does not run true to size and it would be really awesome if they'd get shoes into their line-up that start at size 5! The very few offerings they have in size 5 simply don't cut it. Disappointed again.

It took about 5 days total to receive my order. Shoes are good quality and affordable. Great customer services. I've seen lots of bad reviews but this company did a wonderful job. You have to "skip the month" if you don't want to be charged. But for good quality shoes at low prices that's not a big deal to me. Keep up the great work shoedazzle!
