Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
I sent back the same shoes multiple times one size 7 runs extra small and tight but when I order it in the wide size it was extra large, there is no in between. It took me a month to get my first order because they had a problem with the delivery service. This happened twice so I just didn't look for anything else. And for the shoes that I've sent back I did not get my points back. So I cancel my VIP because it's just not worth it.
I bought two pairs of shoes both in a size 10. The flats fit but the heels didn't even come close to fitting. The flats had straps on them that just kept coming loose. I wasted money and time even giving this website a shot.

Love the shoes comfy at the start lol but I have flat feet so they was painful towards the end of my event. The extra wide fit was perfect as well my foot did not look crazy like it would in most regular fit heels

Items arrived on time and were nicely packaged. The shoes themselves were poor quality and ill fitting. They were very uncomfortable after a short distance. In the future i will pay more for better quality. Also if a customer has multiple credits they should be able to use them together. After all it is real money that you took every month and if i had multiple gift cards i would be able to use them together at any other store.

Usually when I see a sale on Shoedazzle, I'm not disappointed! Love the prices and selections available. Do have to read reviews if possible because sizes on certain items, i. E pants or shoes may not be of great quality or not true to size.

I was skeptical about purchasing shoes from Shoe Dazzle because I had never heard anyone that I know of purchase shoes from them. I would see different ads all the time about Shoe Dazzle and the shoes looked amazing but the prices looked even better! It seemed to good to be true to me. A friend of mine said she had heard of this company but had never ordered shoes from them. Well I desperately needed some new shoes, but my budget is very tight. I decided to take the chance and ordered 2 pairs of booties for work and boy was I pleasantly surprised! The shoes arrived exactly as pictured! They actually arrived sooner than I expected and they are very comfy! Now that I know this is legitimate, I will definitely be purchasing more shoes in the future!

I bought two pairs of shoes, I sent them both back due to them not fitting the very next day.I received a refund for one pair but not the other. They literally were shipped back together in the same box, so there's no way they didn't receive the second pair. Never again, that's bad business!

Got my shoes delivered on time, Purolator even called ahead of delivery.
They were as described but one of the pairs of joggers was poor quality, paper weight and I doubt they'll last but they sure looked good in the box.

As I have not received the current order, I can only give a generalized assessment. The high heels are not in proportion for small feet, the shoes usually run large, they break easily, and they don't seem to offer genuine leather

I ordered winter fuzzy boots for Christmas presents and I received them wrapped in plastic with no box. Not sure how I am supposed to present them with no box but I will be cancelling my vip status membership because if this is how they treat the v. i. p. Members then I don't want to be a part of it. 50% off my next order is not going to help me not be embarrassed when I give these to someone in a bag. Very disappointed.

I strongly dislike that I cannot spend credits (my money, already paid. Should act as a bank) on sale items at the discounted price. I am also frustrated at how often stuff I might buy is sold out in my size.

November 10 charge was not aware of and now my bank account/bank card is no longer good fooling with with shoes dazzle. Plus shoe dazzle is not willing to give me a refund at this time just close my account with your company since I'm unable to get my money back don't want a credit.

I ordered sandals. Got email saying they were delivered, I never received them. Reported and filed claim with lasership who was supposed to deliver, they said nothing but contact you. Haven't been able to do that and still have no sandals

Not only are the customer service reps have no idea what they are doing, the quality is absolutely horrible. Do not waste your time or your money. Sat on the phone for 45 mins to be told I have to spend 5 times the amount of what they are advising it for so I can become a VIP. They were selling a jacket for $13 but I had to buy it for $52 so on my second order I can buy something at VIP price. They still owe me $39.99 that they never credited my card back. Buyer beware... This place is a scam...

This site ships fast, & the shoes fit consistently. Used to use justfab, but the size was hit & miss even when I ordered 2 colors of the same pair of shoes. Just fab was never true to size or accurate with heel height. Started using shoe dazzle, I have bought 4 pairs, boots & shoes, size is consistent, all have been high quality & exactly as described. Will order again & again

Customer service is not very helpful and they continue to come up with excuses as to why my order hasn't arrived and why they can't ship a replacement. I can order from any other company and it comes in a timely manner. I ordered on the 7th of April and it is obvious that my package is lost but they won't help until after 15 days. I needed this order for a wedding this weekend and they won't overnight anything because according to the customer service person i spoke to "We don't do that".

I purchased boots 6 months ago from Shoedazzle for my wedding. When I went to put both of them on a couple of weeks later I ended up having two left boots. Got online to do an exchange picked out new boots to replace the others and well, I was sent one wide calf and one regular calf. This time I just threw them in the trash and will never order from this company again.

They did the same thing to me as Megan but before giving the refund they told me I had to use my credits, so I asked for a manager because I didn't want anything from their site and then They processed a refund but took it back from my account right after. Very unprofessional business. Will not be doing business with them again and suggest you don't either.

Purchased a pair of boots 3 months back, never received them. Called customer service they said it would be there in a couple of days, again nothing arrived. Made a second call to informed then about the boots missing and they say to pick anything else, not what i agree to get. They returned 2 months of my membership and they said as a courtesy to me... really! Never received the first and only item... horrible company to deal with, they still kept part of my money. I have ordered five pairs of shoes from Shoedazzle and have been happy with each purchase. They all came within 5 days of ordering them, and the quality is better than I expected. Before signing up, make sure you read carefully that if you do not 'skip the month' you will be charged the $39.95. I have 'skipped the month' two times now and have not been charged, so I'm not sure what the rest of you are doing wrong. Maybe trying to beat the system and only signing up for a $10 pair of shoes and then trying to cancel is where you went wrong - not justifying that they should have taken it from you, but maybe don't sign up for a monthly membership if you don't plan on sticking it out. 100% would recommend to any financial stable shoe lover that I know.

I bough a number of shoes at once, two of them needed to be returned because they were too big. I returned them, having to pay for the shipping label and box, and then when the new pairs got to me I realized they sent me an even bigger size than before! I've contacted the company via email and no one has responded back. The customer service at this company is AWFUL. This notification email to fill this out actually reminded me that I need to cancel!

First of all I never received one of my orders, they reimbursed me with credit to get another pair and I got an order that was not even mine! Plus the shoes which were ugly were 2 sizes too big! I would rather order shoes off of Amazon

My experience for the past few months have been disappointing. The shoes sizes are way off. Either the shoes fit my small, tight or big. There's always something wrong. I have returned about 6 pairs of shoes because they don't fit me right and it seems. It's frustrating.
