Excellent looks and fits like a glove. I went on a little 2 mile hike in the Sonoma mountains walked through wet grass and crossed a couple of overflowing creeks without any moisture. These shoes fit the bill, totally dry feet. 5 stars rated I will be using these shoes throughout the entire winter
Idk what the problem is but this place is very disorganized and uneducated. I returned shoes weeks ago in exchange for size and waited patiently until now since I see it's still on hold. Now they are asking for proof that it was returned! After I confirmed the return was received I threw away the receipt. So I guess they do t know what to do now since they can't fond the "happy return" that's turned out to be sad and frustrating!
I have never experienced an online order that takes five or more days just to "process" an order, it takes over two weeks to receive anything from them and calling customer service is a joke. I cancelled my membership and won't be returning.

Shoedazzle bas immaculate customer service. I was having a hard time with shipping but their customer service team were helpful and kind. Their sales have been amazing thus far. I've been using their VIP credit system since 2015. It's been an awesome experience!

I ordered a few items and one piece is still not here. It's been weeks and no communication. The site is not very user friendly- I have to call them? Terrible customer service- they should be contacting me- not the other way around.

I like the site. It's hard to find where to skip the month however. I think it should be in a more user friendly place. Especially during these times I want to buy but need to save and can't wear my shoes anywhere.

I've been a customer off and on and worked alongside the brand. I enjoy all of the different designs of shoes that they offer. The clothing and shoes come in different quality types and it's hard to tell what you will get sometimes. Trust the reviews. They tend to be very accurate and give you a great idea before you purchase.
Overall, I do recommend them if you're on a budget but with most lower budget shoes it's hit or miss with traction and they may or may not last that long depending on how you wear them. I have a collection of really cute shoes from ShoeDazzle!

I love that the bootie look just like the picture, it has a very comfortable fit feeling, however I wish the description was honest stating that the boot ran small. I wear a 6.5, which is what I purchased, the bootie fits perfect, although I like a little breathing room for my foot. Therefore, I will have to get the boot stretched because there were no more bigger sizes available.

Don't buy from this company. I've purchased shoes twice and both times the shoes didn't fit me. They were either too small or too large. You automatically become "VIP" where they charge you're debit/credit card $40 if you don't skip the month. I called customer service to cancel my membership and they didn't cancel. It's ridiculous and unprofessional.

I have never had a bad experience in four years as being a member. For the first time I had to exchange and return items. The problem came when I only received 2 exchanges back. I was charged for four pair of the same show and never received any credit for them even though I returned the 2 pair that arrived in the mail. Seriously considering cancelling my membership and that makes me sad. I tried to reach out to customer service and emailed the provided email address about this situation but still no response or credits returned

I ordered 4 items, and they arrived a week after ordering, very fast! Everything was excellent quality which I was not expecting! The shoes and dress fit perfect (true to size), and I'm absolutely in love with the scarf and purse! Will be shopping here for a long time! I was unaware they automatically sign you up for VIP but that's my fault for not reading the T&C. When I called and they explained it to me very kindly so I decided to stay on and I'm so glad I did! They have a 'skip the month' option from the 1st to 5th of each month if you do not wish for the $40 to be withdrawn from your account, so that's your responsibility!
Overall I had an amazing experience and will definitely be staying with them!

To speak to a live agent, it takes forever. You must be willing to wait on hold for a very long time. I have had the worst experiences with this company. I've skipped and still been charged, my order took a MONTH to get to me, I had to go thru hoops to get the credit I was promised. Just such a mess. They try to keep you as a VIP offering a 'one time discount' dont do it. Spend your remaining credits and GET OUT. They also can manual change the prices over the phone. I have a feeling i was duped.

The shoe is a perfect fit although the strap is not perfectly fit/ snug around my legs. It would have been good if they were elastic to clasp the legs. The delivery experience was good as well… it came a day before, in good condition. The shoe is of good quality and very comfortable. The pattern on colour white is top notch.

They advertise free returns but this is very misleading. You have to pay a restocking fee or you get store credit. The worst part is that store credit can only be used on certain items and cannot be used in conjunction with any promotions. The shoe sizes are inconsistent so you are taking a risk by purchasing any shoes because there is a chance they will not fit and in turn will not be available with another size.

I had trouble returning shoes that didn't fit, that were uncomfortable, or damaged. I bought around 12 shoes all together and I wanted to return 6 of them. But everything was very confusing so I just lost my money

I wrote a scathing review of ShoeDazzle a couple of months ago titled "Crooks."
One of their customer service people replied to my review saying they would be reaching out to me to make me happy. They did. I explained to them that I was shocked to learn they had been charging me every month as part of some sort of subscription plan. I told them I had no interest in their plan and wanted my money back. They actually did send it to me. I got a check from them for over $500. Was surprised and delighted to get my money back.
Unfortunately, it seems I cannot edit my original review, so I am adding this one to let people know they are not the crooks that I thought they were. There subscription service is a bit shaky, but when I complained here about it, they did reach out to me and returned my money.

No where on the sale site did it say if you accept the VIP were you going to be charged 39.99 a month and that's your credit. Only to find out when I was charged with no agreement to do so. After I complained it all the sudden it was added to the sight. I have others that had the same thing happen. So I will never be mislead or buy from here again.

I know you get what you pay for. I was quite disappointed at the low quality of material the boots had. It scuffed so easily the first time I wore them and I probably won't wear them again due to the scuff that I can't get out. I've order from companies like this before. I've never experienced something like this. New to me. And very disappointing. I'll be cancelling my membership due to this.

Shipping was great, products was good quality and look as advertised. The only issue is the unfairness of the products price converting from Canadian to US $$$ for Canadian shoppers, resulting into a big difference in final payment total.

I wear a 12m woman shoe, ordered 2 pairs of heals with high hopes! The buckles on one pair was so short they lack about 2 inches meeting so I won't be wearing them! The length on both pairs was perfect, however the width right at the toes was way to narrow making them uncomfortable to wear. Both pairs were supper cute and seem to be of good quality, but they obviously have some issues that need to be addressed!

I have been a ShoeDazzle VIP Member for about a year now and I still love all of the boots and shoes that I have been able to purchase at a lower price. I love the sales - they are epic (even when shopping in Canadian Dollars!). The boots, shoes, purses, clothing are also great for gifts. My only small complaint is the lack of Plus Size Clothing. There are some but more would be much better!
