My shoes came n like 2or3 days and all 3 pair fit perfect! I truly will be a loyal customer! I support and recommend these shoes ladies! I was afraid of the fit, but they were great! If u get a pointed heel get a half size up! Good Luck!

I ordered shoes in the wrong size. I called to return all 4 pair in the order for a half size smaller. The agent assured me she handled it and sent me a return label. I returned the shoes and a month later had not received the new box. Called and was told that the agent noted that I only wanted one of four pairs exchanged AND that I did not want a refund for the other three. NOT EVEN CLOSE. So now I had to reorder the shoes and find they were no longer available in my size because of the error of that agent. Took almost another week to receive new order that was not truly what I wanted and now don't have the shoe for the event I was planning on wearing them to. Then I cancelled the plan but still got charged for the next months subscription. Very bad customer service.

Just like shoedazzle a lot but when you want a refund on something, they either don't refund, or refund takes forever to get back to you, this is the only thing wrong. One other thing, some of the items do not look anything like the item you see online. That's a disappointment.

I thought for 10$ they were going to be boogie. But it was quite the opposite. They are so fuzzy abd warm on the inside with fur everywhere and they are warmer than my uggs and cuter even.They are now my favorite boots for everything. Super satisfied customer. I've told all my friends.

I have been wearing heels for almost 30 years. The Last 6 pair i have bought from Shoe Dazzle have been beautiful but have had a had a hard piece of plastic or metal down the inside middle of each shoe. Causing them to be unbearable. I am very SAD about this

They are ripping of the my credit credit card 39.99 twice a month saying i have taken 2 memberships i am still calling them for refund but no initiative from the company they are fraud i will take them to court some one has to stop them!

I was a bit bummed I didn't see these in time to get the white version however I still really love these boots especially for fall and winter as I wear a lot of black leggings, pants and tights so these give a great balance while adding an extra bit of warmth up most of my legs. The first day I wore them I got complements from a few strangers which was so wonderful since I absolutely love these boots. Hope to see them again in more colors

I was spoken to by a very friendly, "warm" young man who was a pleasure to talk to from the moment he said hello!
He resolved my issues so quickly and offered help- did not make me feel like i was annoying (like some companies do) and i felt he wanted the best for me! I was expecting a huge, long process that would be not-fun BUT he was a JOY to talk to and is a fabulous representative for shoe dazzle!

Ive always liked how their shoes look and feel, they are made with good materials. But at the same time, every single shoe/boot ive ever gotten from them has been way off in sizing. And this last time, i ordered a size and a half up from my normal size, and they still are too small! But the other pair in my order (ordered same size, both pairs) is a smidge too big! I just can't believe how wrong the sizing is. That is the reason I won't be buying anymore. And it's like that with justFab too, and it's been like this for a long time. Cute shoes, well made, bad sizing. I'm sorry shoe dazzle, but it's sadly true.

I really liked my heels and they look absolutely stunning. The price was also cheap and I know if I was purchasing my heels from another website it would be very expensive. But the price blowed my mind. I'd recommend it to people. They are very good. The only problem I had was that it took them too long to deliver my purchase which is fine tho.

I ordered pants in an XXL. But they are definitely not that size. I still fit into the pants but they are very tight. This is unusual because usually I always order an XXL. Honestly, the subscription service is not that great. The items quality have never been that extravagant. And you were forced to use your entire credit on 1 item. I don't think anyone item on that website is worth $50 Canadian.

I made a purchase of 4 shoes and I received the wrong one for one of them. Fine no issue. I called customer service and they told me they couldn't assure I will be getting the right ones, and on top of that to return it I lost $20. They said that it was a warehouse issue, i just think it is unfair how the customers pay for their mistakes. Right away cancelled my membership and returned all shoes. Safe to say I will NOT be purchasing again from these people.

It's great. The people who rate it badly DO NOT know how to use it. PAY ATTENTION when signing up! You have to read what you are signing up for, people. Otherwise, you will be charged and not know how to use it. However, I use it and don't get charged unless I actually order something. In other words, be smart. It's not a scam, they're just doing what all companies do... trying to get your money.

I had a shoe thief steal my package (not shoe dazzles fault) but the hoops they made me jump through to get my shoes so much drama, not correct info, and a lot of back and forth! The shoes were so so, nothing special about any of them, they were ok! But when I seen the price go way down, just 10 days after ordering my shoes, so upsetting (I was still waiting for my shoes to arrive). Never again will I purchase shoes from here!

Shoedazzle.com is a borderline scam. They are supposed to choose 5 pairs of shoes per month that you can pick from. The shoes are very high fashion and would appeal to a very limited range of people and probably only people who were fans of Kim Kardashian. They have nothing to choose and at this point I am going into month 3 and still have the same 5 pairs of shoes coming in multiple emails. They refuse to refund a $479. Gift card given to me for Christmas and give me no choice. They have stolen my Christmas present. BEWARE of Shoedazzle!

I legitimately have a closet FULL of shoes from shoedazzle. I've rarely ever had issues with my order (maybe 1-2 out of over 30 orders) and when I did, it was trying to get my credit to apply to the purchase. The shipping is always quick. The shoes are never damaged and the customer support reps are truly great to work with. I'm a sale vulture hahahaha so I get all the deals on all the sales and trust me, there are a LOT of sales.

Good luck trying to return anything! Their customer service is horrible they speak little to no English. I tried to return 5 pairs of shoes out of the 32 I have purchased from them as they did not fit properly. At $45 a piece I was told I am only able to return two of them! What good are shoes that don't fit properly. They are all in their original packaging and never worn. After I return the two I will be canceling my monthly subscription.
