Ordering these shoes was very easy. I received extremely fast with no problems with my order, and the price was amazing. I would never be able to get such cute shoes of this quality for even half of what I paid at other businesses. Great service, great quality, and great prices. My boots nor the shoes fit this is the 2nd disappointing order. My feet haven't grown. Is it that Just Fab and Shoe Dazzle have different size guides? Are these available in a wide width or a size 12?

I would not advise anyone to buy anything from shoe dazzle. The materials are extremely cheap and hard. They look cheap and they feel cheap. I wish I could get a refund. This was an absolute waste of money and time.

I purchased one pair of shoes and did not know I joined in which I am automatically being charged a monthly membership. I was quite shocked when two months went by and my credit card was charged a fee. I think this is dishonest and trickery. I am requesting a full refund of the charges and my name taken off of everything.

The shoes were fine quality, but I cancelled my VIP account in January of 2018. I just went to my bank and they told me I've been charged $39.99 every single month since then. I cannot get ahold of anyone over the phone or the instant messaging, so I hope posting this can get someone's attention. Again. The shoes were fine, I just don't need to get so many and I would really appreciate help in terms of a refund.

I had to cancel my membership after many years because I continue to get charged even after skipping the month by the 5th. I receive confirmation emails I have skipped the month and then 2 to 3 weeks later, I see a new charge on my bank account. After this happening 4 or 5 times, I had enough.

I always order a size 8. Sometimes the shoes fit perfectly and other times they are small and feel 1/2 off. To be honest besides being super cute I don't know why I keep ordering the shoes. They are never comfortable.

I've been buying shoes with shoe dazzle for years. Recently when I purchase my original size (11) the shoes runs small. When I order a size up (12) sometimes it runs small, sometimes it's runs big, and sometimes it runs just right. I don't have the time or the energy to keep purchasing shoes that don't fit online, then make returns, it's not fair. Only wish shoe dazzle has a store location especially here in NY. I didn't experience that in the beginning of my membership. And to be honest, I'm thinking of canceling my membership because if I can't buy shoes…what's the point.

I love the products on shoe dazzle. Started using it from the very beginning but canceled because of life. However, the charging is now out of control. I made a purchase having a monthly credit in place. Because my purchase was not equal to or higher than the credit I was charged separately, while the credit sat idly waiting to be used. That is the craziest and most blatant show of greed I have experienced. I canceled shortly after. Thanks for the great shoes but it's not worth the trouble of becoming a member.

They had a great sale for vip's so I bought a few items. Plain black heels that came as expected and I love, some socks that also came as expected, and a pair of tan flat sandals that are bedazzled. My only complaint is the sandals. Some of the jewels were missing and typically anytime I get a bejeweled shoe from here that's the case. Not a big deal, cause you can only tell up close.

I decided to try shoedazzle after seeing a commercial with great prices and the perk of getting your first pair for only $9.99. I ordered and on my confirmation I noticed that I was placed into a VIP club where a fee of almost $40 will automatically come out of my bank account unless I make a purchase every month. They do allow you to "skip the month" without the fee coming out, but who is going to remember to do that every month!? I called the number because you can't opt out of VIP via email, and the customer service person said if I opt out my order will be canceled and I'll have to pay the $59.99 price of the shoe. If I'm paying that much I'd rather go to a store and try on the shoe myself! This is awful customer service and a waste of my time shopping and ordering something. Don't be fooled by the cheap prices! There is a catch!

I cannot wear anything higher than a 2-inch heel and that is not a problem because the selection of shoes does not disappoint. I can choose from a boot to a sneaker or anklet to a dress shoe. Looking for clothes they have you covered, too.

Skipped a few months with no purchase, had accured 3 months 150 credit. Went to website ordered 7-8 sandals with that 150 credit! Felt great I only ended up paying 6 bucks! Now just gotta get some summer gear to go with all of my sandals

The clothes are priced as though they are high quality. I was shocked when I received my order because the clothes looked and felt like they were made from cheap materials. I could have found the same clothes at a cheap clothing store or flea market for a lot less money. I was satisfied with my first order which was shoes but the clothes are cheap feeling.

My first time I wore the booties I had bought, I was in so much pain. The heel part of the boot had part of what I can guess as a screw poking out from the inside some of the shoes on both boots. I ended up having to take off my boots while on my night out and saw that my feet were left so swollen from the screw digging into the heel of my feet.

I had been a customer for several years, but that went all downhill about a year ago. Shoedazzle charged me for an order that I had clearly skipped for the month. Would not refund money. The straw was when they processed an order, and charged my credit card that I did not make. When I phoned them they then said I had to wait to receive the item then do a return made me mad. And they still did not refund my money. I cancelled my membership and was told would not get my money back because it happened last year. Full of crap.

Ordered thigh high boots that fit like a glove. Unfortunately, the color wasn't right for me. I tried to order in another color but my size was sold out in every other color. I'm hoping Shoedazzle gets more in my size as I really want to order one (or maybe two) colors.

How is it possible that two months ago I cancelled the credit card I used to order the shoes I ordered from ShoeDazzle. Now two months later they have charged my new credit card $39.95? How did they get access to my new credit card number that I have never given them? Please buyers beware. Do not order anything from this company unless you use a prepaid card that can be discarded once it has no money on it. They are not in this business to make money from selling shoes. They are in this business to make money by getting credit card numbers and fraudulently billing them. They are the only company I know who will not allow you to delete your credit card information from their system. Once you put it in it cannot be removed or edited!

These sandals are clearly marked sz 5.5, but they are HUGE! The sandals measure 12 inches from heel to toe. My foot is 8 inches from heel to toe. I rated them on the ShoeDazzle website and included a photo next to a pair of size 6 sandals. It's almost comical.

After making it all the way through the checkout process I was notified later by email that a brand new pair of shoes suddenly became out of stock. You shouldnt allow customers to purchase products you dont have in stock. I dont care what the process is, its infuriating.

There are so many different designers/makers of your thousands of items that sizes/fits are extremely inconsistent. Quality in many items I order are also lacking. I have liked less than half of what I order for various reasons: size/fit, quality... but I know I'm only 1 unsatisfied customer compared to millions.
