I love the convenience and overall selection of the boots and heels on the site. There are so many unique styles and the sizing has generally been spot on. I frequently am asked where I found a certain heel or boot and I am very happy to share my positive experience.

My order was misshipped to an entirely different state and didn't make it to me in time for my Birthday party. Due to this I had to find new shoes and another outfit last minute. My funds were refunded and 1 pair was shipped after the fact. Overall I haven't worn the shoes so my review is service based only.

Everything arrived in great condition. I do wish the App was still useable instead of having to go to the website, when paying its a bit of a shock when you end up having to pay more than the original total price when the Canadian currency is factored in and it coming from the states instead of Ontario or wherever in Canada it used to ship from adds to a longer wait time…but very happy with the 2 pairs of Boots and sunglasses except one of the little "gems" has fallen out of the sunglasses when they arrived.

If you are a vip and have credits you are not afforded the option to apply the credits if there is a sale. It makes no sense when ultimately the credits should be the same as cash. I cancelled after 2 months.

Order some shoes and got them in where they where a size too big. Went online to try to fix my issue, but for returns, you have to call. Ever time I called, I never got to speak to anyone or I got hung up on.

If you people would read the fine print you may know that they would take $39.95 out of your account. It says that clearly in the contract so, if you had a brain and you could read. Don't be bashing on the side because you're stupid.

You guys used to carry regular and wide width, then out of nowhere you took away the wide width and replaced it with extra wide width. Sometimes my foot can fit a regular, but a majority of the time I need a wide width which you do not seem to off anymore. The extra wide width falls off my foot. I almost can't shop on your site for cute shoes.

I feel like the website needs updated shoes and accessories. Also, when a person should be emailed or notified for reminders before its to late to skip a month. If you are late you should be able to redeem if after so many days of the deadline or get a credit for it.

Do not buy from here- This entire site is a scam. Please be warned if you buy one pair of shoes, they automatically add you to their "membership list" WITHOUT asking and proceed to take 40 dollars out of your account every month. Also, the shoes I received were old and the laces were frayed.

I have repeatedly gotten shoes that were too big or too small and have never gotten a fair return. I have ordered clothes that were a size 2, when I ordered a size 24. Although the tag said it was a size 24, so that brings up questions. I have canceled for the month under VIP, yet I was charged anyway. I started taking pictures of my cancelation, and it didn't help. Nothing made me madder than having someone on the other end tell me they would take care of it THIS time, when it was the error of Shoe Dazzle. I've bought some cute shoes (hence the 2 stars), but the business is pretty shoddy.

I ordered an article of clothing in plus size and received a size 0-2. It still had plus size on tag, so I had to measure waist. Ridiculous and obviously poor oversight.

I went there looking for a specific shoe. Not only was it on sale! Buuuuuut as always the recommended items stole my heart. Shoe dazzle is the most amazing shoe and clothes haven ever! And the prices are just unbeatable and the quality is superb everytime I open a box I am amazed at what I got for the price. I constantly get compliments from strangers when I'm out and about and I ALWAYS share the name!

I purchased 4 prs of shoes. I was happy about the free shipping until I went to return 3 prs. They charge a restocking fee of $5.95 per shoe. This is a major advertising ripoff!
How is it free shipping and returns if I'm charged $5.95 per shoe to return.
There are too many other good sites to use a company that sells cheaply made shoes and then charges for returns.

I really love the shoes and the fact that I was able to purchase them at a discount being a VIP member made it even better. The shoe fit perfectly and having a large foot makes it difficult for me to find the style of shoe in my size. Each time I purchase a shoe it turns out to be the right choice.

I really like my purchase the shoes are really good and they look very stylish. One thing I have to say though is that my sneakers don't have much padding at the bottom so I had to buy new insoles to have some padding. Otherwise they fit well.

Size 8/12 boots in a size 11box, other than that everything has been a great fit. I had to give 2 pair away as I waited too long for send back, straps are too tight. But I do like the shoes and I will be ordering another pair of boots hopefully they will arrive in my size.

The shoes are perfect! Neutral colored and right on time for summer! However I must return because they are 2 sizes too small. I'm really a 7 but I got an 8 and it fits like a 6. Can't wait til everyone else returns theirs when they notice the sizing is wrong so I can grab that 9(currently out of stock)! Because these shoes are fire! BLACK CROCODILE BAG is spacey! HORRIBLE! They send substandard shoes and then somehow their size doesn't match the regular US sizes and the heels were actually uneven. If there were some stars lesser than 1 I would have given them that. On top of that you can never reach their clinet service number

The sweats and sweat outfits are cute but fit funny, too long in the crotch area. The dress clothes are very cheap material and low quality on the seamstress detail. They do not look like the pictures in the advertisement and there are defects in the fit such as seams sown crooked, buttons almost falling off, very cheap quality over all.
