The shoes are SO cute. My problem is I bought two different pairs. Both size nine. One pair fit really snug the other pair is too big. I hate dealing with shipping. Not even sure the shipping policy for this company. Just bummed about the inconsistent of the sizing and fit.

Shoe Dazzle is my go to shoe store. (My husband & closet would agree). Granted, I don't love every pair of shoes, but I'm a fan. Would I recommend? Yep. Will I continue to purchase? Yep. Although, I don't know how to feel about the black boxes over the pink.

I've purchased a few items and so far I've had a sweater fit awesome, a dress unravel by the armpit (unrepairable, worn twice, not washed) running shoes not fit even though they were my size (fit one size too small) and wedges break 4 hours on the first day wearing them.

I got 3 pairs of boots for cheaper than buying 1 pair in a store. Al of which are soo cute. The reason for only 4 starts is the over the knee boots almost are almost all the way up to my butt and i thought they would be just barely above the and also the pair of Sherpa wedges don't have a zipper up the sidemaking them impossible to put on

Horrible customer service. VIP feels like a scam. Cancelled VIP membership in Feb, March they again CHARGE ME FOR SOMETHING I CANCELLED! I call up on hold for 10-15 minutes and she hangs up. Hard to hear her with her background noise, barely could communicate English (my language). Repeating phone numbers, name, email & order number 5-6 times over phone with both CSR. Second time I called back after being hung up on while holding for 10 minutes, the guy tells me my account email & order number aren't showing up. How is my order number & account unable to be verified? Tells me to call back in a few hours as they are having computer issues. Of course. Just want you to jump through hoops to avoid refunding you for a subscription you already cancelled a month prior. Extremely frustrated & will never recommend Shoe Dazzle to anyone. Shoes are $39 & change quality to begin with the add on the poor horrible customer service = nightmare. Stay far away!

I ordered 8.5 wide on my shoes and they were way big. Next time I will order 8 Wide and see if thats better. This was only with the high heel boots. The tall pair of riding boots were 8.5 regular and they fit perfect.

I bought 4 pairs of shoes and all 4 were a little small. The shoes arrived on December 23 and by Dec 27 I tried to initiate a return online but it says under the return option "Not Applicable". Meaning I can't return. This is very frustrating and a waste of money.

I've been a member for about 4 months, I love Shoe Dazzle. The shoes are great quality for the price. I've ordered about 6 pair. All the other reviews you are reading of people being scammed out of money is a LIE> those people failed to read that they DO charge you $39.95 a month ONLY if you do not opt out between the 1st - 5th of the month. Seriously its not hard. Like 4 clicks on the website. Done. But with that being said, if they do take your money because you/they did not opt out. But that money is saved to the account- like a pre-paid credit you get to spend on shoes. Seriously don't knock it till you try it

I purchased several pairs of boots. The boots are cute; however, they do not zip all the way up. You have to put your foot in first then there is a zipper that only goes part of the way up. Either they should be pull on boots or zipper boots. That is not cute nor comfortable.

Loved my shoes but was cheated on some sales. I was see how the price of the shoes was go so much higher when I opted for either store credit or sale with as many shoes as I had bought I never really took the time to see how in fact I was being ripped off.

I was very happy with my purchase except for a majority of my shoes not fitting. I tried multiple times to submit a return via the website, but ultimately had to call and complete the process over the phone. I received the email with my shipping label, but the link did not work and I was unable to print it. I tried emailing to request a new link and/or label, but have not gotten a response. The allotted amount of time to send items back is only seven days and without an acceptable shipping label I was not able to return my items within that time frame.

Shoedazzle is a scam. You buy a shoes from them and they enroll ypu in an automatically iVIP membership, then they start charging your credit card every month. They did this to me for one year till I found out.

This process seems great once you can find the right buttons to print the return slip. But there was no place to note multiple items being retuned, so they just weren't processed. After contacting customer service and wasting over a half hour of my time. They instructed me to contact them again in 72 hours. Not a fan, will be dropping my subscription after I use the store credit since they will not give me back the money. Very frustrated. Stay AWAY!

F---- thieves. Seriously. I purchased ONE pair of shoes from these grimey bastards which were total crap, fyi. They hype up about first time customers being able to get a huge discount when you buy one of their products. They took out $40 for no reason and if you call them to solve the dispute, they f---- hang up on you. I talked to three different people who said "hold on a minute" and the line would go dead after a few seconds. Ridiculous. Never buying from any online asian vendor. I had to get a new debit card because these people will deduct whatever amount they feel like because they have your card information. DO NOT BUY. You're better off going to DSW or the mall.

They look awesome but these shoes are a total flop. I couldn't even walk across a parking lot! I am a total shoe fanatic and comfort is not on my priority list. I wear shoes for fashion statements when going out and especially at major events. This event was minimal walking. I had to walk across a parking lot, then board a tram, then walk into the lobby and enter the Event Hall and sit for 4 hours, then walk to the stage and say 2 minutes of speaking and sit for another hour and proceed back on the tram. Not a lot of walking by any means. Fashion shoes are totally fine... right? No, turns out these shoes are like lead weights and I was the slowest walker. It was so stupid looking that the shoes ruined it.

Boots were cute and fit well. The only issue I had was customer service. Before I could place an order I had to call cx service to update my account. The cx representative was obviously a bit distracted because she was trying to care for a baby that I heard in the background. I totally get it if there was a babysitter issue because I'm a mom too but it threw me for a loop because I constantly needed to repeat myself to be heard over a crying baby. I hoped that representative worked out their caregiver situation.
