I recently purchased two wedge sandles. They came fast and in good condition, one pair fit perfectly and are very comfortable but the other were very uncomfortable, overall very satisfied with my purchase and the shopping and return experience, I highly recommend this site and I'll definitely be shopping again.

The representative was not helpful with completing my Return. 1 rep told me they saw it in the system and another saw nothing. Nothing was done to help. Now I have to use a additional credit just to take the place of a return

When I first bought the boots I thought I was getting a good deal. They were supposedly $75 boots and I paid like $25-$30 for them. What I did not know what they had signed me up for a "vip membership and proceeded to charged my card $35 a month. 2 months before I noticed it. So technically I paid like $100 for some cheap $#*! boots which should have been $10 cuz they fell apart in like two weeks. NEVER AGAIN!

Terrible customer service -- (Specially this 'Nathan'). Starting by the representatives being rude and purposely making the customer feel bad and like an idiot that they feel the need to repeat the same thing over and over again as if you didn't understand the first time. They can't even assure you when or how your order will be shipped. Going to the extend of contacting them already proves enough that you need the order. The fact that they cannot provide you with the information you need, it is just absurd. You pay a monthly fee to be part of a "VIP Membership" for you to just have a couple of dollars off but nothing else, the least they could do is offer you the benefit of having your order shipped on time or at least the information you need!

Due to the horrible reviews I will not order from them. I did order from their sister company JustFab and they were horrible. I had to change my debit card number bc after I cancelled my membership they continued to charge me. And their customer Service was rude and terrible. After dealing with JustFab, I won't order from this company.

I wear a size 11 or 12 depending on the style so for most of my life I have struggled to find footwear. However, with Shoe Dazzle I can find the most stylish shoes without spending a fortune. My tall fuschia boots are amazing.

They sent my shoes perfect the first time but they were a bit smaller for my feet so I returned them for bigger size. And i specifically wrote a note of the sizes that I wanted and also today the customer service. They brought 3 same shoes with different sizes and they didn't want to give me my money when I requested for a refund after I returned that order. The call representatives are dumb and may seem like they helping you but they are not! Shoe dazzle needs rebranding, never will I shop with them I usually don't write reviews but this I will talk about it.

I ordered my shoes and I paid an extra fee to get 2 day shipping and my product took 5 days. I called in and the representative told me that I paid for 3 to 5 day shipping when it frankly says 2 day express shipping. So at that point I decided to no longer do business with you guys

Shoe dazzle is just another Internet rip-off. Avoid this site like the plague. If you don't find that little box and uncheck it, they will steal $39.95 from you each month. They don't let you know, they just take it. Worthless. I would give it 0 stars.

I like how you can search through there shoes by heel hight. They don't have too many wide calf options but they do have them. There stuff comes in unique colors. Plus size is available. It doesn't make u feel too fat. I wear a 12sp and I could fit a large.

The shoes had some defects on back heel that is visible, black lining of heel wasn't allogned. Heels was also bigger than what it looked like on picture. The website wasn't clear on how to return an item. I made one purchase months ago.

If I have an item I rather exchange for whatever reason they have a simple process that works with you for 30day period, along with that they have amazing customer service that definitely puts the customer first. I know they have a monthly charge however your able to skip the month and your not charged if you make a purchase during the month. Easy site to shop and your cart will hold an item for so many hours. Best part your first purchase is 75% off, nothing beats that. A good point system that accumulates points to get a percentage off an item of your choosing from thousands of styles. They carry everything you need from bras to shoes and clothes. The only reservations was the waiting time which was somewhat lengthy. There was no communication from shoe dazzle all through the waiting period. I had expected a call or message informing me of the status of my orders when it was past the estimated delivery time

Smh, this site is just OK.
Don't come here looking for exclusive shoes in a showroom customized just for you. You'll be disappointed if you do. BIG **FYI** Once you make a purchase, you become a "member" and they will charge you every month for a future purchase, unless you tell them not to by the 5th or so each month. If you want to cancel your "membership" you have to call... annoying.
However, the shoes are actually pretty good for $40. I've never had a problem with shipping or had to return anything so i can't speak about customer service.
I've ordered several pairs of shoes, a handbag and a travel bag. Everything was good quality and very stylish. People will compliment you.

Cheaply made shoes (I shouldn't be able to see the glue drips between the shoe & the sole) & they run VERY small. Not worth the price or the hassle of returning them... I am trying to return the three pairs I bought, & my order doesn't even show up in my order history, which has been a pain in the neck.

You have to remember to skip the month or money for nothing is taken out of your account. There used to be a large stock of size 12 so was worth the hassle. Now there is limited larger size shoes. I really should just abandon the "credit" which is actually from when I forgot to skip the month and cancel my memebrship

I ordered a pair of jeggings that l really like, but definitely looked better on the website model than me. I still wear them occasionally because they are super comfy, but I have other jeggings that a slightly more flattering :) very satisfied though. I can't help that I don't have enough junk in the trunk and the girls on the site do

My favorite place to buy shoes. And I received 50% off the entire order. That is a major discount esp with the amount of shoes I buy. I order size 11 and so far they have all fit perfectly. I have never had to return any. The shoes are so cute and all styles are available for ever person.

I have been buying from Shoedazzle for more than 6 months now.
The quality is amazing.
My only complaint is the sizing.
An 8 in one style is bigger and another is smaller than the standard 8 I am used to. I have to check reviews and sizing guides to determine which size to buy and then even that is not accurate.
I have had to exchange my shoes due to sizing recently.

A new pair of shoes showed up with a weak heel. Of course I had to wear them because I ordered them for a specific outfit I needed to wear to present at a conference, which is when I discovered the heel was weak. Now that I have worn them I will not be able to return them so this was just money down the drain. Very poor quality pump!
