I have been a member of Shoe Dazzle for a couple of years and it's the WORST mistake I've ever made. First of all, I've had to return every pair I've ever purchased except for one. They were either cheaply made when I got them, didn't fit right or weren't as represented on the website. When I tried to cancel my membership by email, they never did and kept charging my credit card. When I finally called and got really upset with them, they finally cancelled them. However, after one month, they started charging me again! I didn't even notice since I hadn't been in my account for months and when i finally looked I had a $156 charge to my credit card. I'm now going through the Better Business Bureau to try and get my money back. I think they're a total rip off and you can get way better shoes at local shoe stores for the same price. I can't belief they haven't been sued and shut down yet. If I don't get all my money back, I may be the first to take that action though!

I ordered a size 10. It took them two weeks to deliver my package and after getting my delivery, it clearly says its a size 10 on the box. But when I took out the shoes, they were size 9. I got a 9 after two weeks of waiting. I'm never going to get anything from them again.

I order a LOT from Shoedazzle so I obviously love what they put out. One thing I don't like is the buckle on the outside (which is industry standard to be fair). Why oh why don't we have a strap or boot belt with the buckle on the INSIDE where you can reach it to don and doff the shoe? Usually ShoeDazzle shoes can be modified to move the buckle, but I recently purchased a pair that couldn't be modified. Oh my, it took a half hour to put them on!

I sent back the shoes because they ran a size or so too small, I ordered 2 pairs of shoes both the same size one fit the other did not. Instead of me receiving the new size I was sent back the same exact size I couldn't fit now I'm just overall frustrated. However, I did get in contact with a rep and they were able to send me another return slip so hopefully these shoes are the right size. Thank you.

I wore these heals for ONE night. Maybe like 5 hours total and the heal SNAPPED while I was walking…. I'm not a small human but I'm also usually supported in heals very well. This was the worst experience I've ever had with shoes.

I was skeptical about ordering from Shoe Dazzle at first but I took a chance and ordered 2 pairs of thigh high boots. They got delivered 2 days early and look exactly how they did on the website! When I called customer service to get details about the VIP, I was informed that all I had to do was skip the month within the first 5 days of the month and I won't be charged. I skipped February with no problem and I also set a reminder in my phone for the future to skip the month if I didn't want to purchase any shoes at that time. I will definitely be ordering from them again!

They keep charging my card even after I cancel my membership. Stealing people's money. Also they did not want to delete my account when I asked for that and I can not delete it online. Overall, Bad website

I have been a member for two months. I have received 6 pairs of shoes. Really cute shoes, but bad manufacturing. After a few months of reasonable wear, they start to fall apart. It is company policy not to take back any items that have been worn. I believe they know it bad quality which is why have they have this policy in place otherwise they would be exchanging shoes left and right. It's a terrible policy and a dishonorable company as they won't even back up their own product!

I have been a member for years and there have been several instances where my rewards were taken from me because I didn't use them in a timeframe they deemed fit. Some looks are repetitive, and others just aren't me style. My money should not be thrown away or taken away at any time. My money is set up to be taken as a member, it should be there until I see a reason to spend it

Shoe dazzle stole, yes, STOLE $119.85 out of my account & every time I call I get told that I'll receive my refund in 5 - 7 days. On May 30th they charged my card $39.95 three times in a row! So I called immediately, 1st customer set. Rep. Said I'd have a refund so I called back yesterday & was told the same thing again! $119.85 for NOTHING AT ALL. Such a shame they have to steal money right out from under people. It really sucks for me I'm a single mother of 2 boys, so shoe dazzle basically stole half of my sons grocery money. Way to go! I have purchased several pair of shoes from this site and I have nothing but good things to say about the service and the shoes. I love the shoes and the customer service was always nice to me. To top it off, I like the cute box the shoes come in. It pulls out like a drawer, so they are great for stacking.

Now I must say; I don't like the fact that the prices have gone up tremendously! If I'm going to pay the prices they're asking, I have to try the shoe on; especially since they have a restocking fee of $5.95 a pair. I haven't made any purchases lately because the prices have almost doubled. So now I'm back at DSW for my pumps.

Ive ordered from shoe dazzle frequently. I love all of my shoes. The only thing is I always have to order 1/2 size bigger. Im normally a 7 1/2 I have to order all shoes in a 8 but they fit very comfortably.

This company is AWFUL! Cancelled my membership back in October (purchased shoes in September and they didn't fit) the man was kind enough to refund me the oct "fee" however failed to mention the account wasn't actually cancelled. 2 months later, they are still charging me the monthly fee! I call in to speak with a representative and they won't refund the last 2 months because I canceled my membership moments prior to reaching a live agent via their automated system. I asked to speak with a manager. The rep claimed ALL managers were busy then hung up on me.

I called in and a representative created a return label for me and processed the exchange for my boots. I only requested for wide calf the same boots. After a few weeks of the items being returned to the warehouse I still had no boots. I called and the next representative stated she could only issue a refund and not send the boots I wanted as they were no longer available. I have been a vip member over a year and this is terrible service I received.

Showdazzle is the worst site ever. Do not buy anything from there. Their details about their shoes are off, their customer service is terrible, and I have not even received the last two shoes that I ordered and they refused to do anything about it. All they did was give me free "style points" which are damn near worthless.

I have had a good experience so far with ShoeDazzle. I've only used the site to buy handbags, and the two that I've bought have been unique, fairly priced and seemingly of a pretty good quality. I can't speak for the shoe-buying aspect of the site, but for handbags it seems to be a really good deal.

Unfortunately I didn't see the size in a pair of pumps, for some reason it changed the size? And I got the wrong size. This was my first time purchasing shoes online so I wasn't sure how it would turn out. The quality of the shoes was really good but since I have been wearing size 6 1/2 my whole life I just assumed ordering this size they would fit but unfortunately they are too tight to where I can't wear socks with them. What I don't like about this whole VIP thing, is that you cant use your monthly 39.99 to shop any of their sales! If you try to use your monthly credit, your charged full price! Credit only applies toward full price shoes! I will cancel!
