Very good service and the young lady was very polite and professional and she resolved the issue because I had not received my order because it was sent to the wrong apartment number I want to thank her so much for resolving the issue

The VIP membership is a trap. $40 is taken each month unless I go in and skip, even if I don't buy anything. When I decided to use my $40 to buy something and cancel the membership, only $10 is available to me. What a scam!

As many others have stated these crooks basically auto enroll you
Without your permission into their "vip" program... even though i had cancelled many months ago and had said no to all their popups i check this last month my credit card bill and there it is the fat 39.95 charge so i immediately notified my credit card company and they will take care of the charge and have changed my cc #.
Do not shop here... even if you uncheck "I do not want to enroll" somehow they will enroll you. Customer service/live chat is horrible. They give you the run around and try to make it appear as nothing can be done and you are to sit there and burn money month per month even if you don't even want to shop there ever again.
DO NOT USE SHOP HERE. There are better options online and offline to buy shoes but not with these crooks. Even with the fake "reviews" on here they are at 2 stars that should tell you something right there.

My experience was quick and easy. My shoes were on sale and I was able to use my credits which I love. They were shipped quickly and received with no issues. The shoes are also great quality for the price I paid.

Usually everything goes pretty smoothly, just wish some of the items looked as good as the photos and sometimes the colors are slightly different than the photos shown for an item. Other than that they are usually good about returns and such

Ive ordered 4 pair of shoes off of shoedazzle. The first time buyer discount was perfect. All of the shoes look good, nice quality. BUT I have not worn any of the shoes outside of the house so I can't attest to the comfort.

Apart from the fact that the shoes don't return to stock shoe dazzle is awesome. All the bull $#*! reviews here are just that. Anyone with half a brain would realize that if they don't want to be charged they should skip or cancel and if you order something you should track it. Guess what any site you order from idiot if you done claim your package and they have redelivered it will be returned to the merchants. Use your brains you idiots

Placed an order 12/9. Good timing to have by Christmas. Place the order said shipped, received my confirmation for the complete order. Never heard anything until I realized, I was missing a few gifts. Went to the website, looked at my order history (two weeks later) and it showed it was waiting on labels. Called and spoke with a young lady who tells me my order was brought back to warehouse by the carrier and one of my items was (basically takin off the my order) was no longer available. I just got the other items on 1/1/2023 ( a whole month later). I asked for my money back and they still gave me store credit as if it wasn't my money. Once I find something I like to use my "credit?" I'm canceling this membership. Been with this company for years and to be treated this way for the second time? I'll be the fool for the third. That's not in my DNA thanks but no Thanks

I don't know how this site can get so many bad reviews. I've bought 20 or so shoes from this site and loved all of them. Even the one i wear the least is great for the price. Always the right size, always at my door within 2 weeks or less( Toronto. ON) I get compliments on all of them. Maybe people are choosing the wrong ones, idk but I'm a loyal shoe dazzle customer.
I am an active online shopper and this site is the only one that's got it right each time. I have forgotten to skip the month twice so i paid the penalty but I still saved at the end of the day. Check my instagram for pics of lots of their shoes@ lifeofnikkilo :)

I called to ask if I could cancel my account with both ShoeDazzle and JustFab and although the customer service was very smooth and nice, getting the point through that I *actually* wanted to cancel my account and not "skip the month" every tedious 4 weeks was a PAIN IN THE A**. I understand how they may be a little reluctant upon cancelling customers' accounts because hey- no more money for them. But I literally had to sit through the tellers' speech of repeating every. Waking. Option. Instead of accepting the fact that I wanted to cancel for an ungodly long amount of time, even though I repeated my valid reason for cancellation numerous times. In the end, the ShoeDazzle service wouldn't even delete my account! I eventually hung up and I hope to have better luck tomorrow.

I just received an order from Shoe Dazzle yesterday and it was wonderful! They come in this cool pink box, and includes a pink shoe bag, and a free gift which was Dazzle Me Pink nail polish, a nail file, a coupon book and it all came in a silver mesh bag. I'm loving Shoe Dazzle! All :) this way!

Mu shoe size always varies depending on the shoe. For the most part on heels I'm a 7. So I tend to stick w that. For a pair of shoes I bought, I didn't see anything on them running big, so I went w a 7 and it's about a 1/2 too big. So now I have to return them.

I ordered three separate times. The first order i have not received but the second and third order i did. I have contacted them twice and i am being told to wait 14 business days. I needed this order for a special occasion and I didn't get immediate replacement

I love Shoedazzle. Great stylish products to add to my closet. However I always wait over a month to receive my package. Tracking link is not always helpful. When I track my package and it arrives at one location, it takes weeks before it is finally shipped to my destination. Not sure why. I'm charged for shipping, yet it takes extremely long to receive my order. If I have plans for anything I want to purchase, I have to make sure I order at least 2 months in advance just so my package reaches in time.

I love ShoeDazzle. They give you 5 days to skip before you are charged. You receive an email the first day of the month with new styles available in your showroom. I usually go ahead and skip the month only because I like to take my time and they get new styles all the time. All you have to do is skip the month and you will not be charged. I love them! Cute styles and never have to buy unless I want to.

I placed my order on March 8 and still haven't received my package and today is March 22. None of my previous orders have taken this long to arrive. I normally receive my order within 4 to 7days after it ships, and usually ships within a day or 2. The shipment label was created on March 9.

Y'all size 12's are not size 12. I got some slide in work shoes and seems now every size 12 I buy are not the right size. I'm going to have to cancel my membership cause I loved y'all for having my size and they don't size no more.

This is my 3rd pair of shoes I have purchased from Shoe Dazzle and they fit perfectly! The quality is amazing, so no worries about your first $10 pair falling apart, they won't! I love Shoe Dazzle and recommend them to everyone. I have also purchase 2 pairs of jeans, a pair of shorts and a dress from them. Everything fit perfectly, except the dress, but it was my fault for not paying attention to the size chart and I ordered the dress too small. But the dress was super cute!

I got in touch with a customer representative for a inquiry about my recent return about how it does not add up. From there, I found out that the monthly VIP price has risen. I had absolutely no idea and was not informed in any way. Anyways, I added the prices from my purchases that was on the invoice to get my total amount but it was a different amount from what the rep is saying. It was a lot of going back and forth so I decided to just drop the issue and to request a cancelation as I no longer want to do business with them. The rep was really rude and continued to press on the problem to prove that she was right.
