I always buy my shoes and boots from Shoedazzle. But my recent purchase was some beautiful boots. It came with pockets and a pouch on each boot. One of the pouches was loose on the left boot and it was loss the first time I wore the boot. So I was unhappy that this happened because I don't know where it was loss so I could have fixed it. Beside that little incident, I love me some Shoedazzle.

I contacted Shoedazzle about my missing package so many times. No solution was made nobody really helped me. I called many time's finally they said they would reship my package. I hope my package comes this time!

I have been a Dazzler :) since day one and I have always been a satisfied customer. I absolutely love every item that I have ordered. Don't like the increase but the sales make up for that. I have always recommended Shoedazzle to all of my family and friends.

Ive been ordering from shoedazzle almost 6 yrs when i 1st start ordering they wasn't charging shipping fees then after maybe 2 yrs after my membership they start charging 4.95 shipping if its less then 39.95 now i go on today they started taxing which something i have never did so now im going to cancel my membership

Your services suck. You took 40 dollars out of my account unauthorized. Anyone ordering shoes from this site better watch out because they will start drafting you account. You better get your credit card of this site. They will not refund anything either they just take out money whenever they want. I ordered my daughter one pair of boots. One transaction and they have drafted my account of over 100 dollars. Yall suck major. I will never enter this site again.

I am currently trying to cancel my account and return a pair of boots for a refund to my credit card, and the process is terrible. (I can't ever remember to skip the month, and I can't ever find shoes that I like to spend my credits.)
The representative is claiming that I can only receive VIP credit to order more shoes. I paid for that VIP credit with my credit card. I should be able to receive the refund to my credit card. I don't want to order more shoes that I'll have to return or exchange three times. I just want my money and to close my account and be done with this whole debacle.

Love how they tailor what I see in my showroom to my specific likes. It helps to avoid aimlessly browsing full of styles I don't like. I purchased on the 25th and my shoes came on the 4th so I'm happy.

I had some store credit leftover to use so I decided to get a tote bag and a pair of sunglasses from the site. I was surprised to see the quality of these items were just as good as the quality of the shoes on the site. I was thrilled with my purchase and I will continue to shop with them.

I loved ordering the products from Shoe Dazzle. They were great with pricing and promotions to attract their customers. So, when it became an issue with their new computer program to hault customers with multiple account it was crazy. At the end of the day I thought it was more important to sell and make money. But, since this is not as important to do this, there should have been a better method used to fix this. I've been with the company for years and had several accounts delivery coming to my address. All of these were not for me yet my address was used. I lost access to my primary account this way and orders canceled without knowledge. Bad way to conduct business

I signed up for shoedazzle because I was curious. It gave me my options and I hated every shoe. So I asked for new ones. Hated those even more.
I have 2 e-mails, so I signed up under my other e-mail and mnade completely different choices for my style survey. Got my choices, the exact same shoes offered before, but in different colors. Are you even trying? What's the point of telling you what I like when everyone gets the same options?

I bought the backpack as a go. It had items in it if I need to go to the hospital or if we have an emergency situation. I bought a backpack for MIL last year and she has used it several times for hospital stays.

This isn't really a complaint against shoedazzle more of a complaint against the company they use to deliver. After waiting since mid December for my delivery, a fee weather interruptions to my package missing a connection in what appears to be the city it needs to be deliver in they have lost my package.

When the boots arrived I was so excited because I didn't have a pair of black boots. I tried on one boot the right foot and it fit perfectly. So I threw away the grey plastic packaging which the boots came. Two days later I had an appointment I got the boots out of the box when I went to put on my left foot I discovered I had to right foot boots I thought I was going to cry. So I had to change my whole outfit and was late for my appointment I was devastated! Then I had to email my daughter the return label and she lives in a different city for me to return the boots she has printed the label now I am waiting for it to get back to me so I can send them back. I hope they don't say I need another one (label). This has truly been an ordeal for me. I will be truly happy once it has been resolved!

I have been a member of shoedazzle since 2011 and am happy with the service. The selection of merchandise they have is excellent; truly there is a pair for every style. I have not felt scammed by the site at any point during my membership. There have been a couple months that I forgot to skip by the fifth and have therefore been charged the 39.95, but that's my error, not the site's. This being said, I have ordered a couple items that didn't last very long despite being very cute. I usually skip unless I see something I love. Shoedazzle is definitely not a scam, but you might find a better price for a better product elsewhere.

The shoes were poor quality but as cheap as they were that wasn't a surprise. What was a surprise was that they gave me the runaround in cancelling my membership. I now have a $20 credit on th account and can't login to use it b/c they keep saying my "browser needs to be upgraded". However, I try to update, my security scan says that the file could "harm my computer"... not a good sign.

I've purchased many pairs of boots for friends for Christmas and the last pair of boots I purchased for me, along with the white pair of fuzzy boots, the boots that had the sparkle was defected. The sparkle started peeling off and I only wore the boots once. I am now fixing to get with shoe dazzle to see how they want to handle this. Thank you!

I ordered shoes in November of 2018. It's is now July 28th 2019, so why are they taking money out of my account? They so called will tell you that you have a VIP account that I knew nothing of. And then when you call for your money back they tell you you have to wait 5-7 business days before you get your money back. They didn't wait 5-7 business days to take their money. It's really sad because they don't know who they are taking money from and how it effects that person. Regardless of the amount. But because it's not them it doesn't matter.

This is the worst company Ive ever worked with. Ive returned shoes and they refund you as a store credit when i paid with my own money. Then when you want to use the store credit they hit you with "store credits cant be used on sale items" this company is total dissatisfaction. I wouldn't recommend anyone deal with Shoedazzle unless you want to be ripped off.

Experience with the ordering was OK it was the shoe that I got. It was too long and it does not fit very well. I do not like the quality other shoe. I do not like the style of the shoe. It looks very very different from where it was on the Internet. Very poor quality. I'm very disappointing and I don't know if I will ever buy another shoe from your company again.

I purchased a pair of Analisa Block Heel Bootie size 6.5 in the color black from Shoe Dazzle but some how on yesterday I received a pair of Black suede boots that goes over knee and ties up behind the knee from JustFab and not only I was shipped the wrong order they were also the incorrect size. I think that whoever packaged those boots knew that they were not the correct boots because there were no return label or receipt with that shipment. My Order #*******243
