This place is horrible. The product is extremely cheaply made and over priced. The sizing is all wrong and the shoes fall apart after 1 wear. I tried 3 different products: 2 pairs of shoes and a pair of jeans. The first pair of shoes I ordered, the heel fell off the first day I wore them. Then I ordered a pair of jeans that were incorrectly sized so I sent them back and was charged shipping. Then I ordered another pair of shoes that were so cheaply made it was laughable and I was not about to keep them for the $39.95 it cost me, so I returned them and was charged for shipping again. I have requested to cancel my membership and have my store credit refunded and I was told that I can cancel my VIP membership, but that my store credit would go to waste because they can't refund a store credit.

I order these booties in red when I got them I tried them on. I always try on my right foot cause it's bigger. I put the first boot on and it was like two feet was in that boot, my feet are slim. So I called and explained the situation to them they sent me a label and a brand new pair of the same boots to me and they fit like a glove.

When I first went on the website to look at shoes it was fine, everything that was on their website was stocked and in every size and color... then it asked me to sign up for vip and receive 75% off my purchase. I signed up and went back on the same product I was looking for originally and they weren't available in that same size and color. In fact, the only size it was available in was 12! I honestly would've been fine with paying the full price since I really need shoes for fall. However, don't advertise something and not have it available. I consider this to be very deceitful and can't believe they'd do this to their customers, especially first time customers. Very Disappointed.

One one my last pair of shoes were not so great. The glue that held the stones on was still wet and it cause the paper that the shoes are wrapped in to be stuck to the shoes. Even when you tried to take the paper off with easy it was cause the stones to lift from the shoes.

The delivery was not satisfactory at all! I live in a condo in Henderson, NV and luckily it is a first class place, otherwise my shoes could have very easily been stolen. The package was left in the lobby of the condo and not at all secure. They was no mention of when they shipped nor when they arrived. They were left there for a week until I checked the website to see where they could be. We never come and go through the lobby as our parking garage is on the bottom floor and therefore had no idea they were down there. We receive a lot of deliveries and 99% of the time they are brought up to our floor and put in a secure personal courtyard.

Shoe dazzle quality is horrible quality. I ordered shoes and none of the sizes are consistent. My sister is a 8.5 and her shoes fit my other sister who is a 10. The shoes I ordered (7) were too small and the other pair was too big. Don't waste your money.

I have not received my shoes so far. I made two trips to the post office for this and the post office staff said they dropped the package. After that I contacted the website and the website said it could not be re-shipped.

The box inside the thick wrapping had water damaged and was destroyed. The boots inside the box, were dirty & dusty and the packing paper was stuck to them. This appears to have been shipped this way, which is unacceptable.

The price was great for $17.79 and the size is fine too. But the front of the boots is not that pretty. Maybe that's why even the pictures are not from the front. The boots look exactly like the advertised pictures. I'm happy overall for the price paid

Stay away! It seemed to good to be true but i thought to give it a chance anyway.
They try to charge you 39.95 a month to be a VIP
Member when i never signed up for it in the first place that would almost be $480 a year.
This is a scam BE AWARE! I will NEVER buy again!

I don't like the idea that I had to buy each month or call in. I got Covic and could not do anything. When I got better I was very tired. My daughter finally came to visit from out of State and she called you and I spoke on the call to cancel. I felt as though I had signed a contract that was too rigid and I was not satisfied with the product but I was not able to return in time.

I was super excited to receive my shoes, only for them to not meet even my lowest expectations. I'm a true size 9, no matter the brand or the type of shoe I'm always a size 9. All of these shoes with the exception of one have all been wayy to big. The knee highs are huge feet ways and thigh wise. My friend tried them on and she said these are massive. Anyways not a fan at all of the quality and to cancel a subscription you have to jump some ropes just to cancel

I am new to this site but the prices are crazy good to the point I thought there has to be a catch? Hopefully that is not the case? So far so good! They came super quick...website super user friendly & as if the prices weren't good enough they have a great selection! I so far love it & as long as they fit true to size (I haven't tried any of them on yet) I will not be buying shoes anywhere else! BTW...I have already purchased 6 pair & I got 5 pair of boots & 1 pair of booties & I haven't really added it up but I know I didn't spend more than $150 for all 6! That's crazy & I have told everybody I know about this site!

What did I expect from anything that a Kardashian touches. They are horribly mis-sized. When I called customer service, the representative told me that "clients from Canada should call in before ordering so one of the girls in the office can tell you how a particular shoe fits". Yeah, that's normal. Everyone always calls customer service before they order to make sure the items are true to size. Really? A Canadian woman's size 7 feet are different than an American woman's size 7 feet how? One pair I ordered fit my niece, who takes a size 11. The other pair were so small, I couldn't find an adult that they would fit, and with a 4 inch heel they were totally inappropriate for a teenager. With the hefty return fee of $14.95, I let my niece have the too big pair, and donated the other pair to Goodwill.

I ordered two pairs of sandals, size 5 1/2 and received what is actually 6 1/2. I cannot wear them because they're too big. My sister is a 6 1/2 and is the lucky recipient of these shoes. I will be canceling my membership and will no longer use Shoe Dazzle for purchases.

I saw this ad on instagram and was so happy to see how low their shoes and heels prices are when you sign up for the VIP… BUT there is a catch. You can only get the low price if you shop from their store monthly or you skip the VIP membership fee which is 49.99 or else you get charged every 5th of the month. This warning is so small that if you weren't paying attention you won't see it and you would get charged every month unless you don't mind getting so. PLS BE AWARE!
