I bought a pair of boots that look like Uggs only they are cuter, at the beginning of winter. I loved them so much I just ordered a 2nd pair. I really wanted to make sure that I can wear this style for years to come so I bought an extra pair. They came up on sale for 1/2 price what the first pair cost so I went for it and now am set for probably life. The first pair still look and feel new so maybe I'll give the 2nd pair away as gift!

I have always loved ShoeDazzle and have been a long standing member. I had found it super disappointing that my order was cancelled and I wasn't even notified. Generally I'd get an email but after a few weeks of not receiving the order I noticed it had been cancelled and I had to reorder it. It all came in good condition as usual I was just disappointed to not be informed of the cancellation.

My first ever 1star review. I never received my items after saying I did…then I had to wait 3 to 4 business days to have another order sent out or a refund. I opted for another order to be sent out. At that point the item was sold out after I told the rep that it would be if I waited that long. And that's exactly what happened!

Horrible I paid for my subscription for 2 months without buying shoes. I had two credits. When trying to my credits they tell me I cant. I would like to cancel so they did and tell me they wont refund my money I paid but didn't use.
Same shoes they charging 49.99 for can be found in payless or fabco stores for half the price

Ordered two pairs of boots first time buying from shoedazzle. Received one pair and the other I still haven't received, I called and a representative said I haven't waited long enough and that I should get my package soon. I've tracked it and it says awaiting carrier pickup since January 3rd it's now January 19th at 11pm at night. Will be calling in morning and never purchasing from sight again. 1st pair of boots were ok cheap material and very uncomfortable If the "leather" is against my skin.

I have adema my feet have been swelling since I was 12 but not like now in my adult life. I was diagnosed 2yrs. Ago just in the last year I have not been able to wear any of my shoes except slippers or some Thongs. I took the chance ordering because they are thongs unfortunately I can't wear them I have about 15 to pair's of pretty shoes that I can only look at it hurts because I love my shoes. I gave a couple away but not the ones I can't let go. I have a Treatment that I do every day with a machine that is to circulate my blood up to my heart and back to my feet the only thing is there is no cure but they are trying to get the swelling down some. I am 72 as of March Retired Divorced Happily and this happens but it could be a lot worse. I will not let my shoes go just in case things turn around and I will be able to wear some of them I plan on selling some but not right now I'll just keep looking at my collection.

I ordered a pair of boots on Dec 26th. Canceled my membership Jan 5th and was still charged the vip fee Jan 15th. This is literally the worse place to order shoes from. The boots were cheaply made and you can clearly see the glue thats holding them together

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, you will regret it.

I made 3 purchases from Shoedazzle--2 pairs of shoes and a lingere set--and was OK with the products. The lingere fit horribly and was really cheap, and the shoes were decent looking but nothing to go crazy over, plus they fit a little too tight and seemed to be made out of cheap material. I wasn't too happy with them but I was content to give them another shot at some point in the future. I sent in the return, only to discover that you need to pay a restocking fee for EACH item and EACH item needs to be shipped seperately! This is crazy! I got completely screwed on restocking/shipping fees for nothing. The shady policies behind this company alone make me never want to order from them ever again. I'm going to cancel my membership immediately. Not worth it!

I have not found any shoes I have liked so I asked about how to get my money back and cancel my account as I have yet to purchase anything and I was told that they do not give refunds but they will be happy to cancel my account. So they keep your money and cancel your account. I had to purchase some ". Decent" shoes that they have just to use up my credits, hopefully these ones are of better qulity and are good enough to gift to friends and family. The choices in shoes are no good. Everything looks the same and are cheaply made. I will not be using this service for shoe shopping anymore

Do not purchase from this site, you will be charged a lot of money and if you do not find anything good, they will not refund you but will gladly keep your money and cancel your account. It's a scam.

Very amusing I'm being asked to review product I still haven't received (after more than 2 weeks). For reference, I have ordered items from other similar stores (Lulu's, ShoeDazzle, Old Navy, etc.) in this same time frame and those items arrived within a reasonable time. Honestly this delay in shipping is why I previously canceled my membership. If your infrastructure cannot handle sales on a mass scale, don't offer them. Will be canceling once again because between Old Navy and Lou & Grey at LOFT, this isn't worth it.

Placed an order last month and realized I had made an error in the shipping address. Ininderstofd that it could have been corrected before it was processed and shipped. I tried to correct it and there was no way to do so. The order said processing time was threw days hut the order was processed the very next day and I tries to reach out to you guys but got no response to emails nor did I get through to your number. And then to find it that returns or refunds takes 60 days! I was appalled and I used 6 whole credits to place that order. And got to satisfaction.

A few times I have been a bit disappointed with the shoe quality, but I'm aware I can return the item if I so desire.
Sometimes that seems like more of a hassle though, as I believe I would be charged for the return shipping, so I opt out.

I really like the shoes, just need a little bit more options (styles and colors), there are more boots than heels or sandals, and different high heels, there are all really high.
I just had one little problem with one pair of boots, they were sparkly silver boots and near the zipper they were unstitching but other than that the shoes are great and good quality.

I was a member for over a year. After about 9 months I started realizing that unless I'm twirling on a pole, I have no use for the 6" stilettos that became the constant crap they were "recommending" to me based on my survey (where I requested only flats?) Dont get me wrong, some of the shoes were cute and of decent quality. But the majority were (like other reviews said, CL and MA) cheapy brands and were sub-par in quality. Their return service was speedy, but what good is that if all the options suck? Even worse, I've been trying to cancel my account for the past 10 days where they will not cancel it via email for their "security purposes". And when you do call... don't expect anyone to answer. If they don't close my acct in 2 days, I'm contacting my credit card company and the BBB.

I was very happy with the speed of delivery and the gladiator heels are exquisite. I wear a usual size 9, and I ordered a size 9, and its true to size. And, my cutout zebra dress fits perfectly. I'm 5'10", 175lbs, usual size of medium/large. I ordered large and it is just right with a little loose, material non stretchy. But, happy to say the least.

I'm very happy that I paid a discounted rate for the items that I got from ShoeDazzle. I would never have paid full price for the quality that I got. A larger bag that I ordered is already having issues. The small purse that I got is decent. After finding out what this company stands for I decided to cancel my membership. I refuse to support virtue signalling companies. It is important that the company's I support also a line with my values and morals. This company definitely does not. Overall it's not too much of a loss because the products aren't worth the money you pay.

I had a bad experience with to representatives of the company. One of which who hung up the phone on me in the middle of a service. I feel that I was disrespected and dismissed. I also don't like the fact that certain functions aren't available on the site for example having the right to remove a credit card or other information on your own. As a client I felt as if my personal information/ card is being held hostage. For me that was an uncomfortable feeling for me.
