I wouldn't recommend this site. They will only accept a return within 30 days and I have been disappointed by every pair I have purchased. The boots I bought broke the first and only time I ever wore them.

Every pair of wedges (3) and the heels i bought and neva wore have big gaps at the bottom on both sides. It took me a while to figure out why I didn't like the way they looked on my feet. My feet are skinny and they look swollen in all pair. I glued one pair and can definitely tell the difference but that should not be my job or you all should send glue kits im paying 40$ pulse shipping and I gotta buy glue. I know u all r about making money but yall clothes r terrible no I've neva bought any becuz they don't appeal to my and the prices r too much I've seen similar things for half the price n with the glue thing with the shoes I can just imagine wats wrong with the clothes. I asked them to send a refund check for the credits I've never used. They quoted 4-6 weeks. It's going on 7.5 weeks and they keep saying they'll send an update and they never do. They ask me to give them 24-48 hours. I've done that- a couple times. It's the same story- they need to send a request and get an update. Finally someone in another department received my request only to tell me to check back in 48 hours…I canceled my membership because and only hope I get an actual update in another 48 hours. They've asked me to call back 6 additional times to check status of my refund check. Ridiculous.

I can never find anything of value. The shoes are uncomfortable. Not worth the $39.95, not even worth $15. You can get better shoes that are more comfortable for less than Shoedazzle. I bought a pair of Naturalizer heals that I can wear all day at work at Ross for $22.99. Granted they are a great find but I couldn't find one great shoe on Shoedazzle. I constantly had to return, wait for the credit to show up and then find something I barely liked. Ended up using my credits to purchase items I would never normally spend money on. I tried to do one exchange to make it faster and they wanted to charge me more money for the item when it was the exact same price when I did the exchange. The price went up after the exchange and they wanted to charge me more. Cancelled. Not worth it.

This is a terrible service. If there are real stylists behind this site they are not very good at their jobs. The shoes and bags are cheap-looking. When I got my first selection I thought I must have accidentally checked "Clubbing" somewhere as an interest because the shoes were so slutty. So I clicked the 'alternatives' button and completed another survey. The alternatives suggested were only marginally better - in some cases I think they were showing me the same shoes and bags. Unimpressed. I agree with those who say this website is a scam. Also, once you sign up the only way to cancel is by calling (this is a a big pet peeve of mine for online sites - if I can sign up online, I should be able to cancel online). I waited on hold for far too long to be able to cancel.

I had ordered the Regain knee high boot in size 9 and got a size 11 combat boot and they didn't even have my size in the boots I originally ordered when I addressed the problem. The shipping fee was never able to be refunded so I paid 5 dollars for YALL to ship me a boot I didn't want. That was my first order and then my 10 shoe voucher was never able to be redone. Scam scam scam.

I asked to cancel my subscription and the customer service rep harassed me with more deals. I continuously asked them to cancel my subscription and she refused! I had to call back and speak with someone different and they were pushy as well. I would have considered keeping my subscription if I wasn't harassed by your staff. Do better

SHOEDAZZLE is a great site! I have bought 8 pairs of shoes in the last 2 years and they all have fit perfectly. And all the different styles I have bought were so comfortable even the 6 inch heels! I may have forgotten to skip a month a few times but whatever, a few times means a few more pair of shoes!

Great customer service, easy to contact, which is rare with alot of companies. The only I dont like is the membership is over priced and still have to pay for shoes which is a turn off to me, but nice shoes, needs more of a selection with nice heals or dress shoes for church but satisfied with what I got. Bring membership down and I would order more but I will have to wait.

I bought my girl friend 3 pairs of heels from shoedazzle she loves every pair she said 2outing the 3 were very comfortable and love the quality of the heels my only problem was the lack of notice about cancelling your v. i. p membership they ask another random question after you ask to cancel for the month. Me missing that they charged me the fee for the month... not a big deal but when i emailed customer service i didn't recieve a response after 3 attempts.if your like me customer service and how well the handle issues are as important as quality of product in my book so that just little fyi

To order 1 pair of shoes you have to be a member and signing up I thought it was for frequency credits. However, they charge you $40 every month if you don't buy something from them. They do not send you a bill they just take it out of your account. Then you supposibly can "skip the month" one your shoe dazzle account once you log in but that opinion is not available when I log in. This company took over $100 out of my account without notifying me and the option to stop it is not available. Please be advised before you become a member or give them any personal information that they will rob your bank account without your knowledge. I had to cancel my debt card and get a new one to stop them from taking my money. BEWARE THEY STEAL YOUR MONEY!

Well they sent me the wrong size and then I called them to figure out how to send them back they were so rude. Then u guys just took $49.99 outta my account with out my permission. I never sent my boots back because I couldn't get my return off my email. I called back and I didn't get no answer that helped me with my return. I will never recommend u guys to anyone! The order was received in a short time, but I talked with shoe dazzle representative to inform you that I needed an 8 1/2 instead of the size 8 that I ordered. I was not satisfied that I had to wait on a return label to send them back before the 8 1/2 shoe would be sent to me which would be after the date that I needed the shoes. This upset me to the point of cancelling my VIP membership.

After waiting a month for my order which supposedly shipped two days after I placed it but tracking info never updated. I received an email that no delivery attempt was made and that my order was return to the warehouse. When I called and asked them to send it back out I was told that wasn't possible because the items in my order weren't in stock.

At first I never had a bad experience with shoedazzle, this time I did. I ordered a pair of shoes about a month ago and received the wrong size, I had to return the shoes and wait another 2 weeks to receive the correct size. I just received my order today only to realize that they sent me the wrong size again. I called them and all they said was that they will send me the correct size and offered 20% off my next time, the same that was offered the first time they sent me the wrong size of the same shoe. I asked the representative if there's a way to expedite the shipping as it was not my fault that you sent the wrong size twice and now you're making me wait another 2 weeks for the correct size. They claimed there's no way their system will let them expedite the shipping. It's ridiculous that I'm the one having to pay for your mistakes. I canceled my membership

I ordered 2 pair of boots but one pair says JustFab and the other Shoedazzle. I went by the measurements and I was way off on size. So I went online but couldn't find my order on JustFab plus it seemed the site wouldn't let me in. I didn't get a receipt as well. I have ordered quite a few pair of shoes and boots from these companies and they're all still in the box and that's because I couldn't get the information needed to return. There was a time shoedazzle took 40.00 off 9f my card but when I contacted them my money was back on my card. I've been dealing with shoedazzle for awhile and that's the only problem I had with them and that problem was resolved immediately...

I don't care about the country they outsource from, it's just the fact the do it. I've been a customer since, 2010 I have a shoe closest full of Shoe Dazzle. When I wear them a few times, I pass them along. I am vegan and I love the fact I can wear fashionable shoes NOT made of animal hide.
