I was a finicky shoe shopper. I used to go through an entire shoe store and wouldn't find a single shoe that bedazzled me. The shoe heel height was too high or too flat. Maybe the shoe style is okay but the texture isn't. Finicky I was until I discovered Shoedazzle! Plenty of shoes with a variety of styles, textures and heel heights. A galore of dazzling shoes to buy! Finicky no more for Shoedazzle galore!

I called and asked them to cancel my account, they didn't cancel it, charged my account and wouldn't refund my money. They don't deserve the one star I have to give them so I can post this. Customer service sucks. Shoe quality is a mess

Got the shoes in a few days, very pleased with the experience.
They do not smell weird and are packed nicely. Haven't worn them but they seem to fit my feet good.

ShoeDazzle is a complete ripoff! Do not deal with this company, do not give them your credit card number or purchase anything from them. My daughter purchased a pair of shoes from them. They continue to charge my account $40 per month. Said they signed my daughter up for VIP which she never did, they did themselves. She called to cancel and they said she had to use the $40 credit to shut the account down. So, she bought a pair of shoes for 24.95 and they debited my account. When I called, they told me that she had to use the whole 39.95 that is credited to her and more to get the credit back. The credit is my money that they just took out of my account. So, I told them to keep the $40 but cancel my account. I also told them that I will come after them with the attorney general of the State of CT. And the IRS if I get one more debit and shut their operation down. Never mind the lawsuit, they need to be shut down and the lawsuit! STAY AWAY!

I've been a member for over a year now and love Shoedazzle. I can't wait to check my showroom on the first of every month. I have had some cosmetic errors with the shoes before, but I just call CS and return the shoes for free. It doesn't matter to me at all that they don't make their own shoes, I love that they have found them for me! If you live outside of the US, unfortunatley of course shipping will cost you more. Plus, you can't really be mad when they tell you on the homepage shipping is only free within the US. The shoe selections are based off of your style survey and purchasing hx, however you can always check the facebook page out to find other shoes you are interested in and CS will add them to your showroom. I get compliments every day on my Shoedazzle shoes and I think they are great quality 99% of the time! Love love love

I injured my ankle and then after that healed injured my knee. I thought my sexy heel days were gone. I thought that I would be wearing wedges (which made me feel old) from now on. These heels are sexy and yaaasssssss they are comfortable! I'm so excited, I now can wear heels on date nights and out with my girls!

Shoe dazzle, has shoes that dazzle and make your outfits look great. However, almost all of their shoes are cheaply made & hurt your feet. They soles are almost always hard, heels are almost always uncomfortable, even with insole brought at a local store & break apart after a few wears. Also, if you look closely at the make of the shoes they have glue on the side, one of the shoe doesn't fit properly, the alignments are off, at times discoloration, etc. For me, I have classified shoe dazzle as shoes to buy for wow factor events (occasional wear 1x-2x), but not every day usage. The flat sandals are ok, but some of the same issues from above applies. At the end of the day a waste of money if desiring every day wear from your shoes.

I signed up and even skipped a month and was still charged. I have tried canceling every day for the last two weeks. I've been on hold for an hour at a time and no one picks up OR they pick up and pretend like they can't understand what you are saying. The minute I mention I want to cancel, they pretend to not understand me. I am currently on hold and it is in the 2nd hour. I don't know how I'm going to cancel this subscription. Worst company I have ever seen. The shoes are awful, the service is awful, and I can't even figure out how to cancel the service. They took 39.95 from me this month even though I skipped a month and tell me there is no possible way to get that money back. It is so frustrating and I hope no one ever signs up.

Most of my shoes were not true to size. I alwaz buy size 6 for shoes. 3 of my shoes were tight even with size 6. Nd main problem is i cant even change my size coz they are final sale.Nd for sandals i go for 5.5 nd the sandals i got were too big. This all happened for the first time. Disappointed

The customer service is horrible and most of the reps don't speak english that you can understand the rep became frustrated with me after trying to explain to her the issue with my order she hung on me I called back explained that I was just hung up im not the issue the new rep tells me its my phone gets smart and hung up again. For the Love! Really not professional at all I have been a customer for 2 years never a problem. This month I was overcharged and i didnt make a purchase I made a purchase last month im confused and i cancelled my acct good luck to anyone shopping with Shoedazzle I hope they hire nice employees with the ability to multi task and listen instead of hanging up on the customer!

I ordered a two pair of boot and they gave me a date they were supposed to arrived. Then I check for an update bc I didn't get them. And they changed the date. The date came and no boots. Checked again and again they changed the date! Thill this point I have not gotten my boots and it's been 3 weeks!

That's why u are suppose to read the VIP info! Some people are saying that shoedazzle is taking money but it clearly states it on the website & if you dont agree, nobody is making you agree! It is not their fault that some people cant comprehand & I have ordered from them & I skip the month & I have never had a problem skipping now on the other hand I do not like just fab & I prefer shoe dazzle's sale prices

I have to returned my shoes 4 times, first because they runs big, second time they were defective, third time the box was the right zose but not the shoes, and fourth I was done!
Also, there is a horrible customer service and they charged you to your credit card with out authorization.
I dont recomend this compañy. Shoes are very cheap and expensive for the quality.

WOW. I thought I was getting a great deal by shopping at Shoe Dazzle, but I was WRONG! First of all, the quality of the shoes are terrible. I ordered a pair of booties that zipped up the back... the first night I wore them, the zipper broke and I couldn't unzip them so my foot was literally stuck in the boot. I had to have someone else pry the zipper open so I could slide my foot out. THEN, the clasp on the zipper fell off that same night! I couldn't believe it. Second, I went on to check my bank account today and saw that shoe dazzle has been taking almost $40 out of my account EVERY month as "store credit"! I did not willingly sign up for this VIP package! I called them and they said they can only offer me a ONE TIME refund! I am so disgusted by this company I will NEVER shop here again! Don't even bother with this company because they scam you out of your money without you even knowing.

DO NOT DO IT GIRLS. Worst experience. Ordered shoes and my account was charged that same day. A month later no shoes. A month later however I did get an additional 39,99 charge. They apparently had been trying to contact me to verify my account. As if getting my money was not good enough. An to top things off by the time things were cleared out the shoes I had orded were no longer available. Two and a half months later and I am still waitting for a credit to my acccount. Every time I call it is a 30 minute waite before I can get an actual person on the line.

I just noticed that I've been getting charged $39.95 /month by ShoeDazzle on my credit card. I bought ONE pair of sandals from them MONTHS ago and now they are saying the money is NON-REFUNDABLE. So I basically have to buy shoes and keep my account open or lose my money and cancel my account. Oh they did say if I remember to log on between the 1st-5th of each month I can select to "skip a month" of charges... that is ONLY If I remember to log in and make the selection during those 5 days of the month. That is crooked, underhanded, shady business practice! I am not happy at all and will warn people about this

My package never showed. The email said it did. O called in, after 1st person put me on hold then after 6min and hung up on me, then another phone call and total of 30min on hold. I was told to give another 24-48 hours & call back. My package still never arrived. I want a refund.

I was super excited to receive the 2 pairs of boots that I ordered, however my excitement was short lived upon receiving my order.
The quality of the boots is poorly made in my opinion for the price I paid for each pair of boots. The pictures of the boots compared to how they looked when I tried them on looked nothing like the pictures online, nor did the boots fit properly. I was and am very disappointed and canceled my VIP membership the same day. Also returning the boots was and in my opinion too much of a hassle, I am stuck with 2 pairs of boots that cost 70$+ each that I will never wear, I will more than likely just donate them or give them to a family member or friend.

They had this beautiful faux fur hooded denim that i had my eyes on and i also made a purchase for however when i couldn't complete the order i called customer service they placed an order for me. So i did this and i noticed i didn't receive a tracking number but got an order confirmation i checked the site for my order history and its cancelled! I called CS and they straight up told me there's none in stock or nothing they can do! Like WTF! Why promise a customer an order that they will never receive? Im heated with them and i cancelled my membership ASAP!

They refused to assist me. I told them I had made two returns and they conveniently "couldn't see" them in the system. I ended up filing a dispute with my bank. I work in customer service and I have never treated a customer as poorly as they treated me.

Just the way you see them is what you get. I been shopping with shoe dazzle for yearss... and still have some of my shoes, and all of them still sturdy. I dont order nothing but heels i love all of them. But its one boot i really wish theyll bring back. But yea cant go wrong!

I made purchased last year September 30 2015 just only one boots s, so I received the item. I didn't realize that VIP membership they charge you monthly like $39.95 so it's been a year since they took my money monthly. I never purchase again and I don't want to... suddenly they took my money about $600 plus without my permission. I tried to find the skipping month I couldn't find it so they charge me a lot. Low prices of the item just show off so that people can attempt to buy but they get a lot of money from your credit card. Scammed! I asked a full refund but they said they can't refund my money and you need to purchase. Really $600 plus to purchase your sucks items? This website is really horrible. Don't order this website better go to the mall and shopping personally

After waiting sometime to only receive the wrong item is very disheartening. I called customer service immediately. They will not ship my item until they receive the incorrect one sent. That is extremely unfair to me the customer. I should not have to suffer for the companies mistake. I do not have access to print a label and have now been waiting for the return label to arrive by mail. I do not need the extra headache/stress. I will be canceling the order.
