Omg I purchased shoes and a bag from this website. You would never believe my experience but everything was weeks late after calling customer service over and over. Then I get them and they do t look like the pictures on the website. Then like after a month they begin to discolor. I called the company and they said they couldn't help me. Do not shop on this site.

All 4 out of 4 of the shoes I bought didn't fit, 2 were too big. 2 were returned and the they sent a size smaller but I got it and it didn't fit either so I'm sending them back for the 2nd time. Then the 2 pairs of boots I got said final sale once I received them and they're are a whole size to small so they'll never fit me.

When I got my sandles, they were broken. I did call customer service and they said I could send them back. But they also said they cant ensure they will have the same Sandles in stock. They said if they don't have them in stock I will get store credit which I did not want. So I ended up just keeping the broken shoes and haven't worn them.

I feel like the clothes and shoes on your site are two extremes. Either too high heeled for people in 20s or flats for 40s. The shoes I see that are 3 to 4 inch heels are rarely good quality. I end up wasting alot of time buying and returning.

I haven't had all bad experiences with Shoe Dazzle, but I haven't had all good ones either. I have a problem with them giving me my credit and if I don't use it in the time frame they say, I lose it. I also located another site that I am trying out now,(https://aladyschoice.com) I hope I have a better experience with them since I have a shoe fetish out of this world. Shoe dazzle received a lot of business from me, but the wait time to get a response for a problem is way too much.

Called customer service for an exchanged that was never processed. The rep quickly gave me my options and was even able to see what I had in my basket. She asked me if thats what I wanted and quickly sent the exchanged item to me. I refer all my shoe loving friends to Shoedazzle not only for the quality but also becase the customer service is fas and reliable.

I decided that I was going to cancel my VIP membership. It was becoming too expensive. I had a $20 credit, of money they took from me, and it randomly disappeared. They did not inform me when I was canceling that it would expire as soon as it did. I also was pressured to not cancel and to upgrade to VIP elite and they did not listen to me when I said no multiple times. They also only said "sorry" when I found out they stole my money. They also have HORRIBLE customer service. I will be canceling my membership. This shoedazzle is not worth it.

Shoedazzle gives very poor customer service. I had my account canceled when I found out that they were charging me monthly for a VIP account that I didn't even ask for. Thanks to this they over drafted my bank account and when I went to claim this they didn't do anything about it. I tried using my the credit I had with them, they charged another account of mine and my purchases still haven't arrived and it's been a month. Horrible website! DON'T BUY HERE!

It was good, shoes are comfortable but heels are too high even not just mine. If you check other heels shoes all r too high and thn we can just wear them in house not outside.
Shoes are comfortable to walk and I like shoes.

Quality of the product is not bad, BUT the Customer Service is the worst! They are trained to repeat "I understand that", "sorry for that" without a genuine care... they are many other sites with same or better shoes' qualities. And a lot better SERVICE!

I have not looked at, thought about, even worn the shoes I ordered from ShoeDazzle in two years, when I was pregnant with my son. And TODAY a 39.95 charge shows up on my Amex?! A charge showed up on my card in October 2017. I called and canceled my suppose to already be canceled membership again back then in October and now again today! I have all of it documented. I will be contacting the BBB

Normally I would never have anything bad to say about shoedazzle.com but now I do. I've been a member (not VIP since I don't shoe shop online often enough) since last year and I've never had a problem. When I ordered a pair of heels two months ago I was unaware that they had turned my account into a VIP account. I wasn't charged in June last month but when I checked my bank account today I noticed a $40.00 charge to shoedazzle.com. I checked my account to make sure someone hadn't hacked it and placed an order. When I called to find out it, I learned that I was charged for not buying their shoes with a VIP membership I didn't sign up for and the woman refused several times to let me cancel the VIP membership since they charged me for nothing but gave my account store credit that is some how no longer there. I gave up on that and had to cancel my card so they can't charge me anymore.

For the money to be automatically taken off my card consistently every month, you'd think the shipping process would be easier and smoother seems as those you have my information stored. It's getting harder and annoying that I'm waiting longer and longer. I suppose to be VIP but the feeling is less likely. SUPER DISAPPOINTED!

Expect to receive your merchandise in 2-3 weeks. The wait process is horrible.

Not a good experience at all. I made a purchase with my credit by selecting the VIP credit payment option but they still charged my card. Theu then processed a return and reorder using my vip credit stating they would credit my debit card back the 39.95. When they said they credited my card back, they lied. Never returned my money. I had to cancel my card to dispute the charge. I'm over this company

I order a pair of boots size 6 and they send me one boot size 6 and other one size 8 i call to do change and the lady on customer service said they can do nothing about it cuz i did'nt have the box and receipt even that i was in the sistem,, those boot went to the trash i am never buying from them again.
