I purchased two pairs of shoes. One was the new member offer. One pair was very large for it's size. The other has a structural defect where I felt something in the heel area. I returned both. Return went smoothly. I was given a store credit for one and a refund for the other. I have not seen any other shoes I like at this point. I will wait. I hope I get a new member deal since at this point I have no shoes.
All in all the customer service is quite responsive. I don't hond then accountable for the product.just the service.

Shoe had a black spot on it,and instead of sending me a replacement and i return the ruined ones when i recieve the new pair, no i get a label that i have to print off, the agent was rude and unattentive and didn't pay attention.

The glitter around one pair of shoes is literally glitter "tape" and was peeling off before I took them out of the box. The other pair has rhinestones on them and the rhinestones are glued with something so poor the stones can be moved with your finger. They are also coming off. NEVER AGAIN!

I was skeptical of ordering another pair of shoes from you guys again because when I did I signed up for the VIP membership and when I got my Box it was torn. So I canceled the membership. Then I ordered another pair a couple months later. The box looked like it was sat on.

I don't like that shoedazzzle does not offer an option on their site for Canadian users to see Canadian prices. I thought I was paying $73 CAD NOT US dollars. Many sites that I've shopped from will convert the prices to the current currency in accordance to your billing address. Shoedazzzle needs to follow suit.

Im usually happy with ShoeDazzle. This past order came in separate deliveries. Two arrived although 2 of the items weren't true to size when I ordered the same size I always do. And the third part of the order which was the largest portion never did arrive. I inquired through the shipping company which after review said they dosnt have the order and the order mistake was from ShoeDazzle end. Items have never arrived. I placed the order in June.

Hate hate! Crooks! They of course have the fine print where you are charged a $40 membership fee monthly and surely don't send you a reminder to unsubscribe before they charge tou for the new month. So now you're stuck with this $40 store credit you HAVE to use on this $#*!ed up website. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I have been a member of shoe dazzle for Probably 10 years. I was grandfathered into a VIP program that that I really enjoyed. They ended This program, so I lost my VIP status. So when I tried to use credits built up I got a lot less for my money than I used to used to. Since the shoes on the site are cheaply made and far less comfortable than I would normally wear, I have always used them mainly for special occasions. Now I am not getting any value from this site.

I had an issue with the price of the shoes that I wanted to purchase being higher in my cart than it was in the ad. I also had a $10 coupon that wasn't transferring to my cart. The first person I spoke with corrected the price but not the coupon. The second person I spoke with corrected both issues and the shoes have arrived and they are great. Can

I never received my order, then they canceled it! I called three times, they canceled my order without my permission. They told me to call back on January 4th to cancel it. I didn't have to they canceled it on their own.

They charged me $34 something for a subscription when I sisbt sign uo for it. I only ordered one pair of pants and was done. While I love the pants. That I paid $15.84 for. I'd like my money back for the 34$ something they charged me. I don't want a credit because I won't be shopping here again.

My package went sent to my old address. I went to that address to retrieve the shoes they were gone. I called Shoe-dazzle to and the shoes were replaced easily and quickly. Shoe-dazzle even let me update my address so that it would get to my house! The shoes are gorg and I'm a happy customer. Thank you!

This company is a joke! I bought a pair of shoes but ended up having to return them, that went fine. Then I got an e-mail saying I had a 40$ credit, wo, I used it. They charged my card! When I called to return it, I was told I'd get my money back. About a month after I retuned it no money had been refined. So I called and they said it was put back as a credit and wouldn't give me my money back. I was pissed because I was told I would get my money back by the first person I talked to. Not even the manager would help me. Needless to say, they suck $#*!! Don't buy anything from them!

I smelt a ripoff when I saw this membership crap, but I took the bait, and I got away with it. HAHA I got an email for a 10$ credit plus the discounts for VIP and first time customer. Called them at the crack o dawn to cancel. Paid 4.98 for a 30$ pair of shoes. The representative on the phone was hassling me not to cancel but I wasn't falling for it I even heard the dip in her voice when she saw that I already made a purchase. Even if the shoes are crap, it was only five bucks. I'll be keeping a weary eye on my bank account for the next few weeks though. Hope it was worth it.

I ordered a pair of shoes for 11.19 I thought that was too good to be true and it definitely was too good to be true. I do alot of online shopping and I rarely check my transactions... well to make this long story short, they took 55.95 cents out of my account and I have yet to recieve my shoes. Don't make an account and don't get excited about becoming an elite vip member! That $#*! is a rip off! You will be charged monthly and getting your money back will be like winning the lottery

I ordered a pair of shoes from them on March 24,2021 and when I received them they did not fit I contacted customer service and they were supposed to send me a return shipping package in which I have not received o this day which is May 3rd 2021. I would not recommend to ordering from them

The shoes and boots selections are nice. I only wish the heels would be offered in different heights. Alot of the 4inch heels are pretty but should also be offered in 2inches or flat for
Those who can't wear the higher heel but love the look of the shoe. I purchased 6 pair of wedges before reading heel height. Now I have them and know that I will never wear because they're too high

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Absolute scam. You will be lured in by an ad that tells you "FREE BOOTS" don't fall for it. You will be automatically signed up for a VIP membership that charges you $39.95 a month! Even if you do not buy anything from them you are charged! The first time this happened I called and was told my membership was canceled but I could not receive a refund even though I was forced to send these "free boots" that I got back because I canceled my membership. THEN this month I was charged $39.95 AGAIN! I called back and was told I had never called and canceled my membership. AGAIN I was not given a refund. Total bull. The customer service is rude and not helpful and they will not answer your online chat if you write out what your problem is. I had to trick them and write "need help buying boots" then they answer. DO NOT EVER buy from this website.

Shoe dazzle is nothing but a ripoff. They are happy to take your money every month but when I couldn't find anything and I cancelled my membership they refused to refund my store credit and then when I tried to use the credit the price of the shoes almost doubled! That is theft in my book!

When I found out that I can by a pair of shoes for only 39.95$, I was over the moon excited. I an a shoe-aholic, and couldnt wait to sign up. I'll admit the shoes are cute. I ordered a pair of shoes. As we speak still waiting, it's been almost 3wks now. When looking at my purchase statement I noticed that I was bring charged 40.95 not 39.95 and being a first time buyer they took off 7.00. So, next tine if I choose to buy I will be charged full price so it will come out to more. False advertisement! Also, they are supposed to give yiuba tracking #, I never got one, so I called, basically because I live in Canada it take almost a month and we do get charged shipping and handling! I am pretty disappointed. These shoes better meet my standards, whenever I get them. I don't reccomend this to anyone living outside the states. I'd rather go shoe shopping then look online.

I bought shoes with my debit card and you charged a card that was not on file after I bought and paid for my shoes and now my bank card is locked because I had to dispute the transaction that I didn't approve in the first place and now my rent will be late due to the fact that you take peoples money without their permission

I just ordered two paira of shoes and a bracelet. Shoes fit awesome and were good quality. The bracelet was shattered and I was upset because it was on sale and I thought I couldn't return it. I called customer care and spoke to Luis. He was wonderful. He said he'd rush ship replace my bracelet and gave me a discount toward my next purchase. Tried to order boots for wide feet. The boots came & were too small & shouldn't have been & the legs on them are so freaking ridiculously wide they look stupid! They aren't anything like the pictures... deceiving! Now I'm stuck with $40 boots no one can wear. It was a total waste of money. Don't order boots from these people! I got too busy as a teacher & had a family member die from covid & couldn't get them returned in their time frame. I'm not Dazzled by this rip off!
