As an employer of young ladies, I can always count on Shoedazzle to have something special to choose from. Nothing says "Thank you" like a nice pair of boots or jacket when they do a wonderful job.

I love to browse and then click on a style that appeals to me. At 63 it's awesome to be able to purchase so many unique items. The fit is always perfect and I love matching with my outfits.

I literally was on the checkout page for a half hour trying to purchase a stupid pair of boots that have been out of stock in my size and color choice, and it kept saying EVERYTHING was invalid! First my phone number, then my CCV#, then my billing address, etc. I finally realized that if I kept refreshing the page it would accept information I input. I got excited thinking it was finally going to work UNTIL it said my billing address didn't match the address connected to my card, and I couldn't get it to work. Done. I'm seriously frustrated and very disappointed with this website. I didn't even get the chance to be a return customer! Zero stars!

Ok, so I've been a VIP member for a couple months now. I am fully aware of the 39.95 charge and that I can skip the months I want to. HOWEVER!, when they bill your account it's first a "phantom" charge just to make sure the funds are there. It goes into your posted column so it looks like it already posted in your account giving you a false available balance. Then the charge drops off and charges you for real a day or 2 later. I overdrafted my bank account. I spoke with my bank and they explained how the billing works with SD. I called SD and they spoke with 2 diff reps and they were not helpful at all. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Shoe Dazzle is it! I have been shopping with the site for 3 yrs and continue to get great syles for great prices and there is always a deal for exclusive VIP members.
I got my last Shoe Dazzle haul for just $5.00 over the Black Friday Sale with all my member credits and deals! I can shop affordably and stay current.I Couldn't ask for anything more. I have over 30 boxes in my collection.

I called in because my husband had created a account and I didn't know that so I created one as well! When I found out I quickly called in to fix it! I've been with shoe fab for years so I NEVER had a representative speak to ME the way the one from shoe dazzle did! He REALLY is the reason I cancelled! I won't order another pair from them ever! You shouldn't have people trying to accuse you of malipulive behavior, when I called in and explained that it was a error in the first place! I spend alot of money on shoes! I won't be with shoe dazzle! They employ rude rep's!

Initially I thought it would be worth my while to open a shoedazzle account. I was wrong. The quality of product is not what I expected and when I went to cancel my "VIP" account, I was given an EXTREMELY hard time. I called to cancel my account on October 6,2014. I was refunded a monthly member charge and my account was canceled-or so I thought. Just to be safe, I attempted to log into my shoedazzle account to double check. (This was at the end of October, almost three weeks later) Not only was it still up and active, but, I had not yet skipped the month, and had I not caught this, I would've been charged another "member fee" for an account that I was told had been canceled. If you can afford to be robbed blind every month and have money to blow on sub-par shoes and cheaply made handbags, go for it.
Tip for consumers:
The call center has to be located outside the country, because all of the reps I have dealt with have trouble with the English language. I'm not being sarcastic, I mean literally.

I got the vip special and bought about 5 pairs of shoes. I wore one pair twice and noticed the bottom starting to separate from the shoes. These are one of my favs and it sucks the quality is so poor.don't think I want to continue to pay vip for shoes I more can't wear more then 2x.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for a trip I was about to take on the 17th. I ordered them on the 9th and they were expected to be delivered on the 13th. I come back tomorrow and it still says delayed on the tracking for delivery.

Has a nice selection but the shoes vary by maker and design. I hate making returns and 2/5 pairs that I ordered had to be returned because they were too large and too small.

I had taled to customer service a couple months ago, to cancel my membership, and months later they activated it again, and got my card charged again, i tried calling or using the chat to get ahold of customer service, and it will not let me get ahold of customer service. So now i have to go to skip the month every month. It's annoying.

I am short and never had the problem like I did with the jumper I bought. The arms fit ok as long as they were by myside. If I lifted the arms got tight and rode up in the back(bum area). And baggie in crotch area. Look more like a sleeper then a jumpsuit.

My account was accessed by someone, who clearly gave them a different name, not my name, a different one, they canceled my account and now I have been waiting 10 days as of today, for someone to $#*!ing tell me, how it is that this could have happened. I work at customer service, for a different company, but I'm pretty sure all customer service policy is the same: customer VERIFICATION! If someone did call, with a different name, why the hell would you give them access to my account, much less permission to cancel it. Never would have known, if it weren't for the email that was sent to me. When I had this, it was a great deal, but now your puttin my credit and my identity at risk here! This is totally unacceptable! And if they don't tell me how it is that this happened, I'm going to get a lawyer involved, there is no reason for me to have to wait for a supervisor to get involved, it's just not!

Waited 2 weeks for my shoes, e-mail said they arrived-I never received them. Got a follow up email saying the shoes were returned from the shipping warehouse. My shoes were redelivered. One pair never arrived, was returned again. The second pair I was sent the wrong shoes. I returned the wrong shoes and just canceled my order.

My most recent order took over a Month to be delivered to me. I called customer service Only to discover that my order had not shipped after 1week from my order date; Upon the call I still haven't received my order so, I called for a 2nd time only to find out that my order had a shipping delay. So, after about a month I finally received my package.

Second month I could not log into my account. So shoe dazzle placed an order for me of shoes I would have never picked myself! They billed me PayPal account. When I refuted it they claimed it was not an order for they sent me the shipping notice for but it was or canceling my account or the same amount. I was to I ha to pay it an would not be redounded. Three days later I was offered the same shoes or half off.

I ordered a pair of shoes on the 9th, it is now 20 days later and item still hasn't moved and the customer service agents all have the same thing to say: we can reship but no guarantee it will get to you. Never using this bullcrap site again. First order was 2 sizes too big, second order never got to me. DO NOT I repeat DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They will scam you and then beg you to keep your membership. Cancelled and boycotting this stupid site.
Tip for consumers:
Just don't. It's not worth it at all. Quality sucks, service sucks, and takes FOREVER to cancel and get a refund.

I purchased a shoe about 3 months ago and it was too big! I was going to send it back but it was just too cute. On May 9th I noticed that the restocked the shoe! I was excited until I tried to exchange online and thru wouldn't allow it! I ended up calling and the were so nice to take it back I was beyond happy! The boots sale was incredible, I love everything that I have ordered and the compliments on each boot, and I have big feet (size 10), the comfort, fast delivery, the prices keeps me from not leaving Shoedazzle.
Tip for consumers:
Do join the VIP, because you have better deals on merchandise and if you don't want to order anything just call Shoedazzle and tell them to skip a month and then buy some merchandise later, but if you don't call by the first of the month, you can get charged $39.99. So make sure you call them.

Took way to long to deliver l couldn't track my shoes l ordered l pair then 6 more and the order with the most shoes came before the boots and when I received the shoes they fit really small so I gave them away the boots are way to big I look like a clown and they just sitting in the closet

If I don't remember to skip the month I'm out of $40 for that month. If I try to cancel I lose the credits I have. I have to spend the credits I have which I always end up having to pay more money when I do order something. I like most of the stuff but I wish I wouldn't have subscribed
