My whole order was delivered to a whole other apartment and now I need to wait 2 business days because the courier who messed up isn't getting penalized for false report on delivery.

Had to place a return for 2 pairs of shoes. I was sent another size and the shoe doesn't fit as it should. Lately this has been the case with their sizes. No longer accurate.

I never received my package and instead of giving me a refund they gave me store credit 3 months later as if I'd ever want to make another purchase with them. Crazy.

My boots have been sitting in NC which is about 3 hrs from me, for 4 days and delivery doesn't show until friday of next week! Today is Saturday! Will never use them again!

Service is consistent as always. Delivery was right on time. The only issue can be Suze variances even among the same label and nearly identical product.

I bought 3 pair of shoes tatil was 60 dollars then 2 weaks later they charge me 49 more I try to dispute the transaction some how they claim that they only charge me 1 time on my PayPal but my statement say -60 and -49
