I had no problem with placing my orders. I'v noticed that lately orders are taking longer than usual to be delivered. Especially the last order I placed.
Tip for consumers:
Shoe Dazzle use to have very good quality shoes. They've gone down a knotch or two. But I can see them (Shoe Dazzle) trying to make a come back.

I was a member for over 7 months. They promised exclusive shoes and when they did not deliver, they apologized, changed their wording in their marketing, and changed nothing. Stylists do not exist. Your selections each month are computer generated from your answers to their joke of a survey. I know this because they have sent me several shoes in my selections that I already owned. And if you complain or question them in any way that does not sing the praises of their company on one of their many fan pages on social networking sites such as Facebook or Twitter, they will call you, cancel your membership, keep whatever credits you may have, ban you from their fan page, and delete all comments made by you on said fan page. Basically they delete your existence, so that other members will not be aware of the problem you were facing. I know this because it has happened to me.
A representative of ShoeDazzle called my home and told me in no uncertain terms that my negative comments and feedback were not welcome or appreciated on the fan page on Facebook. Also, my messages to other fans (who asked, by the way) about where to find the shoes cheaper, was against their terms of service. Mind you these were personal messages, not public posts to a wall. Which leads me to believe they have employees post asking for the info, and wait for members to answer, and they then ban and cancel those people. I would never recommend this site to anyone.

Terrible. Customer service rep said she was going to get me a credit back and also discount my next purchase 50% off. I have yet to receive anything telling g me I could use it for the discount.

I put in MY size, shoe type, color, heel height, and found the shoe, the EXACT shoe I've been looking for, to be told 'not available in this size.' What's the point of having a 'filter' feature if it doesn't work? I was looking for this shoe for WEEKS, and thought I got lucky when it came up in the filter results. Removed from my favorites and unsubscribed, I can't deal with a company who can't even run their website.

I always love the shoes I get from shoedazzle! There have been maybe 2 pairs that didn't live up to my expectations in the past 2 years that I've been a shoedazzle subscriber. And let me tell you all, I'VE BOUGHT A LOT OF SHOES! That being said, if I got 2 so-so pairs out of probably 30 or more pairs, I'm a happy gal! Love the boxes and packaging, really cute and classy. Makes me feel like WOW. There's just something about shoes that really put an outfit together, and shoedazzle, you deliver! Speaking of delivery, sometimes the shipments take longer than expected, especially when you buy a bunch at once and literally one pair is shipped separately and that one pair takes forever to get here. But in general- most orders- arrive in a timely manner! Also love the option to skip a month, it makes it easy to manage finances if im in a squeeze at the start of a month or have a project going on. I can not buy the shoes I really want, the wedge sneaker in my size because they have been out of stock for two months. I don't want to keep getting credits and then settle for a sale item.

Do NOT fall for the VIP membership if you are only planning on buying one or two pairs of shoes, because $50 was withdrawn and I NEVER got it back! I called and texted the customer service number, and they never answered.

Rip offs messed up my bank account said they give my refunds today still waiting caught customer service in lies 9n phone with me I recorded her so 10 dollar boots I ended paying 60 something credits of the 39.95 a lie tried to use they charged my account again now as of today I'm overdrawn again said they send me confirming emails of my refunds I would get back today nothing my boots I wore twice both zippers broke already and believe me my legs are so skinny they didn't do it false advertisements and they lie lie I'll come back let you know if I've ever did receive my refunds this place is b's my name April Adcox
