Got my shoes in the mail and they were not true to size the part that holds my toes in was way too loose I could slip my foot out which is a major safety hazard.

I love my boots. They came in early but they are big on the top like I can actually put my daughter leg in there with me. So I'm probably not gonna wear them. Wasted money.

HORRIBLE AVOID them!
I was charged $39.95 even though I opted to "Skip the month". My bank account was reimbursed 1/13/15. BUT it was taken out immediately after for $39.95. An employee Janelle "Dazzle" laughed when I told her this and said it was impossible and that I didn't know how to read my bank statements. I WORK AT MY BANK.

I have used their site for several months now and have not had any problems until today. I was skipping the months I didn't want and decided to get charged the 39.95 dollar member credit this month. I waited for a buy one get one sale because that's the only time I buy from them. One recently came up and I bought two shoes and double checked the order page for any unwanted magazine subscriptions and made sure my member credit would apply. (which it said it did) Little did I know that YOU CANNOT use member credit any way you want! (even though it's YOUR money!) I checked my bank account and I had been charged another 39.95. When I contacted them as to why, they said that member credit is not available for this promotion so I paid full price for the other shoe... I'm sorry but it was MY money that I paid to be a "VIP" member of this site and I can't use it however I want!? And now I have to wait for my shoes and send them back to get a refund. So, basically if I had just skipped the month and then paid when I saw the sale I would have been able to get it?... Does that make sense to anyone? Way to trick your "VIP" customers into having to spend more money. If you do buy from them triple check every freaking little thing. Or they'll take your money.

The VIP reward, which you can trigger when you accidentally forget to hit "skip the month" and get charged for it, is IMPOSSIBLE to use. There are so many small-print restrictions on it, I went to try to buy a pair of shoes that qualified with the price, but they applied a tiny discount to it that I couldn't take off, and it made the whole purchase ineligible for the VIP reward (which would have made it free.) they know what they're doing when they set up this program, and it's not satisfying to this customer.

I was given the date of January 30th by 6:00pm ever since the information was available. The day of the 30th at 6:00pm on the dot the date changed to the 1st at 6:00pm.
Well tonight 6:00pm came and still no package and now it's saying Friday the 3rd they will be here!
So what when the 3rd comes is it going to change again?! This is just a tad annoying! The same thing happened to my friend and so I still decided to purchase because I thought what are the odds it does it to me too…….VERY HIGH apparently! Pick a date and stick with it! Change the amount of shipping time if you have to!
I live in apartments so I have to adjust and make plans for someone to be there so my stuff doesn't get stolen so when I have it arranged for someone to take time out of their day to be there then my package doesn't show up….annoying.

Just speaking about my personal experience, their shoes are cheaply priced for a reason- they are also cheaply made. I ordered 5 shoes and sent ALL 5 back. Also, they only go through the post office which is inconvenient being that the post office closes early every day and is not open at Sundays. One thing they failed to mention is they don't return your money until they receive their shoes back even after getting a confirmation e-mail from the post office that the shoes are on their way. After paying $156.00 for those terrible shoes they take out $5.00 per SHOE for a "restocking" fee WHICH MEANS $25.00 WERE TAKEN OUT OF MY MONEY FOR SHOES I DID NOT WANT IN THE END. That is a policy that was not told me over the phone when I called to return my entire order.

Ok so I don't normally shop online cuz it's annoying especially for shoes. I always manage to get the wrong size or like the shoes look so different from the ones in the picture, also a cheap quality(cough* cough* shein). BUT FEAR NOT cuz I swear to you Shoedazzle is actually good. I did only order one pair (these amazing high heeled black boots with a gold chain down the side for Halloween) but they were honestly so good. The quality matched the price which by the way since it was my first purchase it was like only 18$. I know the price rises after that like 30-40$ I think, but if you compare it to boots u might buy somewhere else for more money or some shady website for less and a cheaper quality, shoe dazzle is a way better option. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND!

Was just on the phone with an Ira, she totally just hung up on me. I called because they gave me a credit of 5 dollars for causing an inconvenience in the delay of an order. But because they are running a promotion on hangbags I cannot use the credit. How does someone give you a credit for inconveniencing you but tell you how and when to use it. So confused, canceling my accounts with them as soon as I can. No reason to keep them if even their customer service SUCKS and there are shoe venders literally everywhere. You can get a good deal and good customer service somewhere else!

I ordered a total of three pairs of shoes from the website and only received two pairs and when I called customer service she told me I had to wait another week before I called again to make sure the package didn't come there was only one tracking number for the entire order so therefore they should have all come together or I would have a separate tracking number is what I would think kind of ridiculous but I hope I get my shoes soon
