I am completely disaapointed with this website. They are fooling people. Firstly, they show the advertisemnt that first purchase only $10 but after you visit the website the same thing will cost for $20.
Secondly, when you go for checkout, there is a must that we should make vip member or any other member ship titles. We wont be able to skip it because they wont allow us to check out if we dont choose vip or premium pink member. And they make us to be a Vip member which they say its free but its not. They charged me $40 for no reason and they said its for vip membership. My saying is, if they could not give us a good customer service we are not making any purchase and the membership is useless for us. They charged me $40 without any notifications and reciept.
Thirdly, the customer service is worst. And they are not helping out to get any solution. This is the worst online shopping i had ever seen in my life. I reccommend to all my friends to stay away from this "SCAM Shoedazzle".

Customer rep was rude. Kept insisting that I keep my subscription when I wanted to cancel. She made inappropriate comments. It was a horrible experience.

I ordered 2 pair of sheos. One is best best ever and other one is not that much comfortable sheo. I wanna change and retrun but if there is another sheo like that i will change. If there is an option please give me the chance.

I bought 2 pairs of boots for a really good price + a free pair of heals. To be honest the material the boots are made off it's really nice and soft, they were $50 and I got them for $20 GREAT DEAL! The problem was that they were too high and I mean uneven high, the heal was higher than the front platform: ( walking on this boots was pure pain, only wore one of them once. I had to order size 8 even though I'm s6 they fit perfectly, like for real. I was also charged for the VIP bc of not reading but I got my money back and cancel right away. And lastly the pair I got for free are really CHEAP LOOKING, really HIGH, and came a little broken but surprisingly constable, that's a plus.

Two pairs of shoes broke within 5 minutes of wearing them. Customer service said I could exchange them, once I PAID the shipping fee to return them. No credit for those monies paid. I was then told the shoes weren't available anymore. I DO NOT LIKE THIS WEBSITE AND AM ONLY TRYING TO USE UP SOME CREDITS I HAVE SO I CAN CANCEL AND NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Got a pair of boots from shoedazzle, looked super cute online. I understand these are $40 shoes, but when I received them I was thrown back by the cheap quality of these boots. No padding in the soles whatsoever and the heels felt as if they would break. So I requested a return label and received it. I sent my package out with it and waited, and waited, and finally after about a week and a half I called to see if they had received my return. They had not. Days later, the same package shows up on my doorstep. At this point I am ticked bc I should've had my $ back by now, and now I am going to have to wait another 2 weeks and hope the return gets there. So I called their customer service and they told me to send it out again. I have a feeling the same thing is going to happen, which must be how they end up making $ through having people keep their cheap shoes. Totally disgusted with my first and only experience with shoedazzle! Why can't they just give me the return address, and I will pay for the shipping back instead of the package continually being returned to my doorstep? So stupid!

They have a decent looking selection of shoes, but when you have something in particular your looking for it can be hard to find. Bag selection isn't very good. And customer service isn't that great!

I bought two pairs of booties and they don't have a zipper! You can't even get the top of your foot in! Shoes are cheap and tight don't fit and uncomfortable. Will never buy again

This is my third time ordering shoes from ShoeDazzle. This past order I decided to order three pairs of shoes. The company, OnTrac they use to ship your orders have LOST my package. I have heard MANY horrible things about this company and I am MORE than disatisfied with them as well as ShoeDazzle for choosing such an unreliable shipping company. I will be cancelling my membership and going back to JustFab, sadly because of this.

While I am all for diversity in our communities and life. There is a must that the customer and agent relationship be understood. You can't hire people who don't speak perfect English just for cheap labor. Having the customer agent understand simple request was difficult. And the whole process was frustrating. I've been with Shoe Dazzle and JusFab since 2018 and in that instance I canceled my membership, all of my perks and points gone down the drain because I was dealing with someone who could not understand a simple request. FURTHERMORE I REFUSE TO RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AND I WILL NEVER PURCHASE EVER AGAIN.

It's so hard for me to purchase shoes or boots online. Especially boots. They said extended calf size but they didn't really fit. I had to sell them on Facebook.
