This company, along with its sister company, JustFab, are the absolute biggest scams on the market. If you're looking for shoes that make you look like you just came from the Walmart clearance section, this is the company for you. The shoes are horrendous. The pair of boots I ordered were cheaply made (original price 49.95 USD) and the second I tried them on, the button on the top came off. All of their shoes are not true to size, and happen to be about two sizes too small. I am a size 9 US and when my size 9 US came in the mail, I could barely fit my feet inside. Terrible quality. They look so cheap. On the website they look high-fashion and high-quality, but the second I received them in the mail I could tell that they were not built to last. RETURNS: They will not refund you unless you follow up with your return. I returned every last pair of shoes that I got, and for one order that I returned, I was only refunded half that I was supposed to get back. One pro: their customer service representatives are great. They will fix your problem if you go into that call being calm and understanding. With that being said -- do not use ShoeDazzle or JustFab, and make sure you treat customer service representatives with respect because they are people too.

The weekender bag holds a lot of items and it is sturdy. I used it right away and I had plenty of space for multiple outfits, shoes and toiletries. I like how items are separated.

THIS WEBSITE IS A COMPLETE SCAM. When you first enter the website they advertise that when you buy your first pair of shoes it would be at a discounted rate but what they don't mention or say at anytime during your checkout or shopping experience is that your joining the VIP membership which charges your account almost $40 a month. Had no idea that these charges were being done for the past 6 months so when I called to ask for my money back politely the lady was rude saying I must not be able to read the terms and agreement during my checkout, how I tried to run a scam on them, and how bad I needed my money back. UMMM YES I NEED THE MONEY BACK BECAUSE I'M A COLLEGE SENIOR TRYING TO GRADUATE SO I WON'T END UP HAVING A HORRIBLE MISERABLE JOB AND LIFE AT SHOE DAZZLE.COM CUSTOMER SERVICE. Both sizes were available but unfortunately I have to send them back they don't fit. Red heels are too small & the Rowen heels were too big I shudve stayed with my size 8 with the Rowen heels the red heels just wasn't for me if I order a size up they will be too big

My experience was great, love my boots, the coat was a little too big, but I decided to keep it, for when I wear big sweater or sweater dresses or when I bundle up so I won't feel too stiff wearing it.

We pay for delivery and it takes a long time to arrive. I purchased the items almost 2 weeks ago and didn't receive my items. The website says it's going to arrive on monday,17 days after purchase.

This is the absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company & I strongly encourage you to stay away. Their customer service is horrible and I have never been so mistreated by a company.
Upon ordering my shoes I saw that they were made from really cheap material and not what they seemed. So, I went to send them back free of shipping charges like they advertised. Not free! They charged my a re-stocking fee that I was not made aware of prior to my purchase. When I called and complained they were very rude and then I asked to speak to a manager. The manager not only didn't care about his rude employee but made the following comments "Of course we are not going to advertise that we charge a re-stocking fee under free return shipping, people wouldn't buy as much." He also said, "Mostly people don't notice always so it's not a concern for us." He wouldn't help me or let me talk to anyone higher up in the company and refused a refund for the re-stocking fee. Also, I returned my purchase weeks ago and have yet to be credited anything at all.
