Then I got charged 3 months in a row for "Membership Fees" I have now cancelled, but I cant get my money back... I HAVE to buy something to get my money back. RIP OFF.

My high school daughter recently bought a beautiful pair of boots from ShoeDazzel, They look great and that's why 3 stars were given instead of 1. What my daughter, and I'm sure many other young people don't realize, is that when you take advantage of their "VIP welcome offer," which reduces the price of your purchase by a good amount, is that you agree to join their "membership" club which automatically charges you $49.95 every single month towards the purchase of new shoes. The first ShoeDazzle rep I spoke to said there was nothing she could do and that all the information about VIP membership was in the small print under "Details." After calling the credit card company to dispute the charge it was also suggested I call the company directly to cancel my daughter's membership. After calling and speaking to another rep at ShoeDazzle I informed her that I had just called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I also expressed my frustration and my opinion that it is really poor PR to sneak in these memberships under "Details." She was kind enough to the cancel our membership and refund the recent $49.95 charge. That's the other reason I gave the company 3 stars vs 1.

If I could 0.5 star I would… I paid for my shoes on Tuesday morning and also for overnight shipping… I was expecting to have my shoes by Saturday even thought I paid for the overnight shipping…. I do not have my shoes… I've made several calls to fed ex and to shoe dazzle … shoe dazzle has not shipped my shoes to fed ex still… as I look at fed ex website now I'm pissed that they still haven't received the shoes… I missed an important event due to me not being able to have the shoes that I bought… I'm so u impressed… I won't be able to wear these shoes… how do I cancel this transaction and get my funds back…

Well the shoes are decent enough, the first pair is only $10, so you shouldn't expect much/write a bad review about them. If you want to save your money shop there, you will.

ShoeDazzle is the best online site ever, though there are times that their products would not match on styling preference, but at least i have my own boutique. READ YOU DON'T TO PAY $39.95. F your consider ordering from shoedazzle and you live within the hawaii area be careful as good as there things sound when you go to check out it gives you shipping options what it lacks to inform you that it only applies to 48 states and when you receive an email with tracking number stating your package will be delivered on 11/5... ONE MONTH TO RECEIVE IT IN HAWAII HOW RIDICULOUS IS THAT... so unless you dont mind 1 month wait then your all good other then that I wouldn't recommend this site to anyone.

It's the best that I've had all along freight you ship it FedEx just doesn't seem to care about letting us know where the package is and you can't contact them and you when you do get somebody on the phone and get some moron from another country that doesn't understand English the way we use it in America and I hate buying anything that I have to do this it's almost where I want to go back to the stores and put up with the idiots in the stores, until cliche you can't fix stupid.

They don't make it clear that becoming a vip member involves charging you card about $40 every month automatically if you don't make a purchase. I called costumer service and had to talk to a recording for half of it after finally being switched to a person to help. Although, she was very nice about it all and said by bank polices i should have my money back in the next week. MAKE SURE TO READ THE TERMS AND AGREEMENT!

I also am waiting for a REFUND for my mom getting the run around almost 4 weeks they put the money in her account and then took it back out and WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK so much for the holiday spirit about to BLAST them on line and oh yes they credited the money to my account which I closed must be the wealthy need the money more than us who want to treat ourselves every so often.
