I ordered a desk organizer from Shoplet and it unfortunately came in damaged. I called up Shoplet, spoke with a rep named Tamika and she immediately pulled up my order, arranged for the return of the damaged item and processed the delivery of a replacement. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I ordered two chairs from Shoplet, received one of them and when i called to find out the status of the second chair they told me I would have to go figure it out with UPS. They still have the same chair in stock and good customer service would be for Shoplet to send me a second chair while Shoplet figures out what happened to the item in transit.
If using PayPal BEWARE! Your order is placed BEFORE you get a chance to Review it and shipped the next day before you can cancel it... I Tried! Also is taking me more than a month to get my refund! And 5 phone calls with wait times to screw up my day!
I ordered 12 boxes of wax paper. I received them but EVERY SINGLE BOX was open. I have called 5 times and told really time I'll hear from the company with return information. I have not had any contact from them and they will not refund my account without the item.
I always used Shoplet for my office stuff. Got an email for Memorial Day special items that would work for the holiday weekend so I ordered stuff for myself personally. Good paper goods for a holiday BBQ, Nice to know that Shoplet has good stuff for my house as well as work.
I ordered a wheelchair an got a mattress pad. I called and they told me it was listed wrong on the website and they would refund me and send return shipping lable. Nonhave been done. I called thre times already and get the same run around.
I have tried contacting and had no response. This occurred back in March. I was able to get through today and was told that they listed it incorrectly on their site and they would email me a label so they could refund me. After telling Shakira Pointer I was very unhappy she hung up on me. I would NOT recommend purchasing ANYTHING from SHOPLET! NEVER!
They sent me the wrong item, first of all... I need the item rather urgently and was happy to see they shipped it quickly, but when the box labels showed a 11lb box with dimensions that were much bigger than the box they sent and what I received was less than 1lb, I knew immediately something was wrong.
The problem is - getting them to correct the mistake is AWFUL. They keep telling me to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait. It is a huge pain in the butt. I just keep getting shuffled around and they now want me to send me "the rest" of my item. Worst part of it all is that I have to have the item reshipped so every mistake they make costs me $10+ just to get to me.
All I want/need is the item I ordered, for the love of all that is good, and I'm in a bit of a rush. Just wish they cared, and I would happily just order it again and "returning" the almost empty box they sent. I may end up doing this anyway actually. I don't know at this point what else to do.
Placed order in March 2020 for Covid products order then a few days later it was cancelled by them Reason was inventory issues. Yeah right!
And in April 2020 placed another order that was scheduled to deliver in early July and check to see where it was only to find out it's backorderd and now coming in August to September.

I ordered a webcam they said they had in stock. A day later and without any contact I get a notice from PayPal that my order was canceled. I had to log in to the Shoplet website and navigate a bit to find out they did not have the item in stock. What crap is that? Stinky crap!
