I love this PUR pitcher. The water comes out tasting great and so cold. Its large size allows frequent usage as long as you keep filling the top blue part.

I bought several items on Sept 3. I saw others' Facebook posts that orders they placed got canceled on them. So I checked my acct, and sure enough, MINE GOT CANCELED TOO. I had about 5 different products in the cart at about $125 total. They didn't just cancel one item. They canceled my entire order without explanation. I had paid with my Amex card and had no issue with payment. This company does not stand behind it's word to "shop with confidence" with them. I don't think this is a reputable company at all, and you should stay far away. Since I REALLY needed the items, I tried to place a 2nd order with them, but no doubt, that will be canceled too, wasting hours of my time, and worse, I lost valuable time in which I could have purchased similar items from others.

NO SERVICE! Partial delivery! Cancellations with No REASON!
I ordered and paid for items that were in stock 5 days ago, and received a refund days later with no explanation for the disinfectant products I was so happy to believe I finally found. I tried calling customer service during their business hours AND have tried emailing them three times, and NO ONE RESPONDS to either source of contact! I am now going back in my previous orders because I do recall previous shipments not containing all my items, and there is no one at the company to ask about these orders, though they SAY they are available during business hours! I see many, MANY other people experiencing the same thing!

Missing info, package, someone else's order

I never received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, or half my order for that matter. There was no packing slip, and I even got someone else's order. What a mess, stay away!

Boxes are crappy

I ordered boxes for shipping from this company. On their sitee the reviews said the boxes were durable and sturdy. The boxes arrived unprotected and damaged and are less sturdy than Uhaul boxes! Don't waste your money. This stuff is crap? STAYWAY!

I received a email stating I requested a cancellation on my back order I never put this request in. If you guys were never getting stock back in you shouldn't have accepted the orders to begin with. With everything going on with Covid19 people cannot find the cleaning supplies like Lysol and hand sanitizer they need and are willing to wait for back orders. This is total BS. I am posting a negative review about y'all as well. Again if you aren't getting it back in stock don't allow back orders. It's as simple as that. Highly dissatisfied girt time customer, I will never be a repeat customer. Your company is unreliable

Dishonest! Scam!

I ordered several items from this site in early April. The items were on backorder when I ordered them, but was willing to wait for the items. They (Shoplet) of course, took the money from my funds as soon as I placed the order. After several weeks Shoplet cancelled the order with no explanation. To date 6/29/20 I have not received a refund for the cancellation. I have made numerous contacts thru emails and I have not received any response back and forget trying to reach them by phone! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! They are dishonest! Scam company!

ORDERED A CASE OF CLOROX CLEANER ON BACK ORDER TILL JULY FOR $68. THEY CHARGED MY CC FOR THE CASE OF CLOROX AND SENT ME 1 BOTTLE OF A DISGUSTING LAVENDER CLEANING SPRAY INSTEAD. TOTAL RIP OFF.
