I have so many sensitivities and this site has been a total Godsend honestly. If something gets damaged due to shipping, they always make it right. I was just telling my husband how happy it makes me to have something like this service available. We love you all!

This market is similar to a local co-op grocery. They have high quality products that can be hard to find at chain supermarkets. The Thrive branded products are great too. Good prices for good products. I contacted customer service about a torn package and they refunded my money.

So far I do like Thrive Market for the fact that it has a good selection of organic and low waste products. I have found that most items on my list are cheaper on thrive market or at least the same price. I wish they would tell you when a sale is ending because I was trying to stock up on The Honest co., diaper rash cream when it was on sale for $7 and everywhere else it is $10. Along with a lot of other reviews, the out of stock items is a bit annoying if they don't give an estimate on when that specific product may be returning (I understand a lot goes into this process). Overall I will keep my free month trial membership and consider keeping it by the end of this month.

So let me start by saying I tried thrive market last year for some free coconut oil, and cancelled the membership after because I did not want to pay the fee. Not sure what others are talking about because it was super easy for me to cancel. I just emailed them and they replied back trying to get me to stay (which is expected) I politely said no and then they went ahead and cancelled after. Very simple. I've recently been trying to make healthy changes in my life and whenever I search for organic products online, Thrive Market always has the cheapest prices! I considered joining again because the prices you cannot find anywhere else. I joined and have nothing but good words to say! The customer service is amazing! I accidentally ordered the wrong item and it was too late to change it so they gave me a gift card to make up for it. I would recommend this website to anyone. Love the messages they promote and love the prices!

I only purchase my meat and seafood from Thrive Market to be assured that I am getting organic sustainable food I can trust at affordable prices. I also really love the packaging of the frozen items with denim insulation!

I have been ordering from Thrive for over a year now. My packages arrive promptly and nicely wrapped. My membership is well worth the fee as the local prices are a good deal higher--20 - 25%. I am never disappointed.

I moved to an island last year from a city where we were members of a local food co-op. Every time I order on Thrive it reminds me that I can still shop like I had a local co-op but instead I get the convenience of having it delivered to my door. It's true, sometimes, Thrive is out of the things I want but they have an option to get email notifications when the item you want is back in stock. I have three growing sons and so I almost always have an ongoing shopping list which makes the need for relatively frequent orders not such a big deal. The fifty dollar minimum for free shipping is easy to get to. I highly recommend them!

I haven't tried the powder yet l! I'll write again But, The order had my shipping at $5.95 which is probably what it will cost to ship my small tooth powder order. It would not let me process without answering yes or no to your membership and agreeing to $9.95 shipping! Kind of a rip off. I don't mind paying my actual shipping charges. I should not be punished for wanting to purchase from you without being a member! It's $5! But it is a principle matter!

I am 2 months shy of reaching my 1-year mark as a Thrive member. I love shopping on this site. I typically LOVE grocery shopping, but there's something about having all the essentials in one spot - brands that or types of food that I would typically buy. To be honest, I signed up for Thrive because of the brand Good Catch (it's only available on Thrive) and have purchased not only food, but also beauty and cleaning supplies. I actually bought my diffuser on here too!
Even during this crazy pandemic, they are providing me some things that I'd rather buy here. Sure, they're out of things - every grocery store or all-in-one store (i. E. Target/Walmart) is! I am also contributing to a company that gives back to the community. I can't be mad at that.
The reason for 4 stars is because they're packaging can be a little surplus. I do love that they take care of my purchases through special shipping/handling, but the usage of plastic bags can be overwhelming. I have started to reuse them.

Love, love love everything about Thrive Market! It's even fun to order online and gives me an alternative to Whole Foods (Amazon). Both the website and the phone app are beautifully and efficiently laid out. Last week I ordered Sunday night and my box arrived on Wednesday morning! The box is magnificently packed - opening the box felt like Christmas. They seem to do a good job vetting the brands for health. (And I am a health nut). I couldn't be more pleased!

I love shopping Thrive market; it is easy and the products are just what I need. I've been eating the Plant Paradox way and it can be hard to find food that doesn't have a form of sugar or lectins in them. I was able to find some yummy things here.

I absolutely love Thrive Market! I find the same things I get at Whole Foods and Sprouts for much lower prices and they ship super fast! The packages are always packed super well (nothing has ever been broken or leaking), and they personalize them which is cute. All in all just a wonderful way to get healthy items!

You can search by diet type, which is awesome. I've done the Whole30 and they offer tons of products that are Whole30 compatible and you can search that way.

The message that comes up is telling me the amount ordered is incorrect. I simply clicked the button - for minimum quantity. If you are out of the item, please advise, etc.

I generally enjoyed my membership to Thrive marketplace. However, the cancellation experience is absolutely horrible. Pushy "customer service people" will essentially try to force you to retain your membership, even through you try to cancel 3-4X in a row, they will keep pushing you on discount deals and essentially refuse to cancel you quickly or easily. It took me over 15 mins to cancel. STAY AWAY.
I requested to talk to a supervisor, but of course, nobody is available, except the pushy sales/customer service team who won't respect your desire to cancel.
In 2021, this is a terrible customer experience. You've been warned.

I ordered a $16 item, which was shipped promptly. Then about 6 weeks later I was charged a $60 annual fee. I did not previously authorize this fee. I tried to call three times, but was put on hold for over an hour each time. I never did talk to a representative. I finally called my credit card company reported it as fraud and had my card replaced so they cannot do it again. It is just a scam.
