I love everything about Thrive! From the products to their customer service, 5 stars! They are so nice and so understanding. I never have any issues with refunds or replacements orders if something happens to my box. They are prompt and friendly at all times. And best of all, the company has good ethics. Their number one concern is GMO's, and they will kick companies out that they work with if those companies try to pull a fast one. With my allergies and health concerns, I feel very safe ordering from here!

It's a 30 day "free trial", but if you read the fine print you will notice that once you actually place an order, you are charged and it's non-refundable. There is no way to cancel your "free trial" unless you get in touch with an actual customer representative and this person will not allow you to simply cancel. They will continually insist that you stay with the membership and offer this discount or that discount. I think they're paying people for these positive reviews - it just doesn't add up. You can find the same exact product on Vitacost, and you don't have to pay a membership fee there. Save your money and check out Vitacost - WAY better.

We offer a 30-day free trial which is not contingent on purchases and will only be charged after the end of the 30 days, or a 30-day risk-free period to those who sign up as new members, which is fully refundable for 30 days. Thrive Market offers good prices for goods that cannot be found in many grocery stores in middle America, but I decided to cancel my membership after not being able to take full advantage of the monthly membership. I received an email confirming my cancellation, but I continued to be charged the very next month. The customer service rep profusely apologized and refunded the charge, but the charge should have never happened in the first place. I am disappointed by their disorganization.

Signed up for a monthly membership and immediately wanted to cancel! Many of their items requires minimum purchase in which I rather go to the store. I didn't place any orders and was denied a refund. Shopper's beware!

These are either items that would not be sustainable to ship alone, or items that require a cold pack. Our minimum purchase requirements make sure that our products get to you in the best condition and for the best value per item. While previous monthly membership fees are nonrefundable, upcoming renewals may be canceled at any time.
I really enjoy ordering from thrive, my order it here within 3 days of ordering. Everything comes well packed and protected. The seafood bundle is a great option for busy people. I don't have as many healthy options in my local store, so I love having thrive as an option to get what I need. Thanks Thrive!

I can get comparable items at my local grocery stores for less. I think the original prices are outrageous, and the discounts only bring the price down to mildly expensive. I live in SC, so maybe prices are lower here, but a membership is not worth it. I do appreciate that they donate to families in need.

I had a great customer service experience with their chatting feature after their website made a mistake and put me down for the yearly membership instead of the monthly one. They fixed it for me, and also cancelled my auto-ship as I asked them to. Their phone website leaves better things to be desired, especially if it makes mistakes. Time will tell about the quality of the supplements, but I read that they are very good! So phone website only problem, but at least it let me know what it did, so that was good!

They care about people and the environment and make every attempt to assure their products are of superior quality. The picture attached is of an item that arrived damaged and they replaced it at no charge. Normally this does not happen and their items arrive packed well and in good condition. I was a subscriber before my daughter but now that I have a 10 month old with 3 food allergies I am REALLY loving Thrive Market. I can easily filter to foods that she can eat and so many of the products are Non-GMO or organic. I've also price checked against a local grocery store and Thrive really does offer savings on almost every product. I've purchased a ton of food, wine, supplements, skin care products, and makeup. It's nice having a one-stop-shop for all of these things. Oh and with extremely quick shipping. I can't recommend enough!

I appreciate the convenience of ordering specialty foods which fit my diet in a place that doesn't require your first born as payment. I also really appreciate that my subscription gives someone with more limited means to have access to the same options.
I've had my membership for over a year and I have never had any issues with my orders. The deliveries are relatively quick and come in recyclable materials. I use Thrive consistently. Money well spent for me.

I complained many times about the delays in receiving. I have tracked my packages all the way to my small town and then it goes back to sparks, after sitting on main st for the week-end. Almost every shipment. OnTrac is bad. The products are good but not the savings suggested and not worth a subscription fee. Not that many choices of food, didn't like the meat. A lot of packaging to recycle.

I live in a rural area with no co-op or health foods store. Nice to find some organic foods for pantry staples. I'm not sure how the prices compare because I can't buy these foods without driving an hour to the city (which I don't do). My local grocery store has some organic foods but the selection is low. I wish Thrive had some items they do not (like ginger snap cookies, organic lemon juice and lime juice for cooking).

It is convenient and the variety on offer is very good. It carries my favorite snacks and will present healthier options to replace the usual junk food. I found the site when I started scrambling for online food shopping and have consistently ordered from them without any problems.
I understand that not everybody can afford to shop here and I appreciate Thrive allowing us to donate at checkout. I hope they extend it.

Thrive gives you the chance to try out new and healthy/ethical brands and products basically risk free, The prices are so good and the ship time is so fast it's as easy if not easier than going to a store in person. I like the ability to filter by diet, so I don't have to worry about the ingredients. I've tried so many new things and found so many favorites. The Wonder noodles are definitely my favorite!
I was skeptical about another subscription but earned back the annual fee in the first 1 or 2 orders. It almost feels like I'm cheating the system, the prices are so good.
The customer service is also fantastic. I had one small issue with a delivery and the rep handled it so quickly and friendly.

I get all of my specialty items at a lower price than my local stores, especially when I take advantage of the discounts and special deals. Sometimes things are out of stock, but considering similar situations in the grocery stores I'd say they are doing a good job of keeping up. Customer service is great. If there's a problem it is taken care of quickly.
