I just received my first box, and I am very happy with the product so far. I haven't tried all of them but what most impressed me was the packaging truly biodegradable one of the best in the industry that I have found so far. Another thing is the variety of products and brands I don't have to go to several stores now to find exactly what I want. Why did I wait so long? My next order I'm adding the wild caught sockeye salmon I can't wait to get it

The website was not clear about how to remove an item from auto subscribe. The options only wanted to add and no remove options. I have 2 of each item already at home and am not in need of more at this time. It automatically wanted a review if product which was not convenient when frustrated about not be able to solve my problem. Chatting with Patrick, he was able to handle the unsubscribe option for me. Everything I have ordered in Thrive from name brand to their own brand which is unbelievably wonderful is always consistently great. The products are significantly less expensive than in my local grocery stores minus the hassle. The love I get a text of when it's arriving. Great company.

I trekked Thrive for the first time in December and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. I've tried other services and was disappointed. Thrive makes it easy to shop for healthy foods -the site is well laid out and so shopping is quick and efficient. The prices seem fair or better. And I received my shipment exactly when they said and it was packed well. I hope Thrive is around thru the next decade to provide good food easily.

I interact with may business, online and brick and mortar. Usually, online takes away some of that personal touch. Not Thrive. Thrive professionals are responsive and incredibly nice and patient. Any complaint is handled. All the products are ethically sourced. The company also does promos that make the customer journey exciting and allows you try out new products. Keep Thriving!

Stay on top of the promos and sample new stuff. Some may be in your cart the next order. Reviews on here are usually spot on.

Living in a rural area (being vegan) with no grocery stores within 30 miles I love this option to be able to purchase natural, vegan, organic foods at a great price delivered to my front door. The first 4 orders came with missing items are broken items. This last order came okay. I think the website could be more user friendly, it has gotten better and having cbd products and seem to be pushing them, that's were the money is, so was this their intention all along. I like the products but a lot I can buy at the local organic store since I moved. I think a membership fee is ridiculous and never join anything with a fee.

I was notified my my bank of a $59.95 charge from Thrive Market, a business I have never purchased anything from. When I investigated, I was told this was a quote membership" fee. I never signed up for a membership. The only thing I ever did with respect to Thrive Market was to look and see if they might have some gluten-free products that would be good for my mother-in-law. When I saw how much the shipping charge was and how long it would take to get to her, I decided not to order anything from them. When I called today and spoke with their customer service rep (by the way, their chat function is laughably bad and just kept telling me I had "multiple tickets" even though I had never contacted them before), she told me that just by accessing the website to see what they have, I had somehow agreed to pay almost $60 for membership. Talk about sketchy business practices! Beware. (I'm sure Thrive will claim there is some "agreement" buried on their website and that, by merely entering their site I agreed to its terms. That is BS for t least a few reasons. First of all, it is incredibly dishonest to bury that sort of thing in fine print that I never even noticed when I visited their site. Secondly, I visited the site more than two months ago and just now am being charged for this supposed membership. So that pretty much defeats the claim that I agreed to be charge merely because I entered their site, which is what the customer service agent was telling me.)

Would you like to shop somewhere where the prices are competitive and all of the products are non GMO to start? I was thrilled to find out that Thrive Market is a non GMO source for healthy snacks, non-toxic kitchenware and high quality cleaning products that are eco-friendly and well priced. I was also very pleasantly surprised to find the items in our order neatly packed in mostly paper material. Wow. I just placed my second order and can't wait to receive it!

I like Thrive Market for a Vegan because its so easy to find and sort out the type of products you're looking for. A downside is that some things can be sold out quick or not available, but they do show what is sold out which is good for future purchases!

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 3 days now and still haven't been able to get anyone on their chat, which for some reason is the only way to do this. I'm hoping to get in touch with someone before my autorenewal next year, bit am not hopeful. Their products are way to expensive.
